We have ordered a duplicate title for this customer.  We put them in a loaner vehicle while we get this resolved.  When we get the title back form the state of Missouri we will give the customer 100% of the late fees associated with this transaction.  The title work from Missouri...

I am rejecting this response because:I have talked to [redacted] on the 25th, and 26th and he told me dodge was going to call me back on the 26th to let me no what they decided they never did and [redacted] even called dodge twice to confirm with them they need to call me and they kept saying they would but haven't.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

I have talked to this woman. When she had her vehicle towed in, we did put a new alternator in. At that point, we found something else wrong with it, we informed her and she chose to have it fixed. She picked it up and left. She called back stating her blinkers, radio and windshield wipers were not...

working. We didn’t do anything with those, so it was not checked before she left. I told her to bring the vehicle back in and we could hook it up to our computer and it will tell us when all those issues started. She said she wasn’t paying for anything else. I told her if we hooked it on the computer we would be more than happy to take care of the issues if it was caused by our work, but if it was a pre-existing issue, she would have to take care of it. She was rude on the phone and said she would not do that and did not bring it in.

I spoke with the GSM of this dealership today. They have spoke with Ms. [redacted] and the issue has been handled. Ms. [redacted] came into the dealership on Friday, 2/9/18 and the dealership gave her $300. Thank you!

When [redacted] picked up her vehicle she expressed concern wanting a subwoofer.  We told them we would order the factory speaker for the vehicle.  When it came in we installed it and they were unhappy with where the speaker was mounted.  We told them this was the only speaker...

Jeep had.  After research we found we could build a system that fit into the space provided at a considerable expense witch the dealership covered 100%.  We went to Jefferson City picked up the vehicle and left them a loaner.  We had the new system installed and delivered the vehicle back to them costing them nothing. On 9/25/2017, [redacted] left a message for the customers to call him back.   [redacted] wants to understand exactly how much the [redacted]s are expecting Machens to refund.   [redacted] is waiting to hear back from the customer.
