*** ** *** ***John Elway dealership has found the check with my one refund due me for the canceled warrantySo part of my complaint has been
resolvedThe refund for the matainance plan steal has not been resolved Regards *** ***

Purchased a used .preowned *** diesel truck that included a year extended warranty contract that we signed on in October Now after years and months we tried to used the warranty and come to find out that it was expired in January John elway ,at the time we signed up for the warranty, did not tell us or state in the warranty that the warranty would end in January of The signed warranty is dated October
Josh with John elway stated that the truck was considered new even though we bought it used with over 8,milesOur purchase agreement states it was a used truck.I believe that I did not get the year warranty that I paid for

I brought my van in for some routine warranty repairs and a check engine light onPicked my car up, money was missing out of cup holders(we had been throwing change in them for years) I call everyday for days requesting a manager never to get a call back or speak to a managerI finally call threatening to show up with the police and the news so they finally put the service manager Cyndi on the phoneshe proceeds to tell me there is a police report that several vehicles were broken into! Don't you think you should tell your customer this?!?! Then a couple days later my check engine light is on again I bring it in again, they say they fix itI pickup van, bring it home and the next day my van won't start and the key will not come out of the ignitionI tow it back to John elway They fix it again telling me it was just a dead batteryI pickup van again! A few days maybe a week goes by check engine light and the same problem I INITIALLY brought it in for is worse than ever before and happening DAILY! I bring it to john elway AGAIN!! They ask if anyone else has ever worked on it which no-one has besides them! Long story short they screwed up my car so badly it needed an entire new engine!!!! I don't even know if I trust my van now since they did all the installation of the new engine! Will NEVER EVER GO BACK!!! oh and when you call service either doesn't answer or there is only one person who knows anything about your vehicle and if they aren't there, nobody can give you an update!!! No-one calls you back, they mainly communicate through email and even when you have a Chrysler case worker helping you, you email the service manager, and the general manager it's unlikely you'll get anyone to respond to your emails in a timely manner! Worst customer service EVER! You could probably get a job there with a resume out of a cracker jack box!

I bought a new *** *** from this dealership in August! Immediately after the purchase I went to the parts department of this dealership and wanted to put some upgrades on my truckWe discussed with Eric R*** what I wanted done (wheels, tires and leveling kit) we settled on a price of out the doorIn this discussion Eric told me and my wife that if I traded in my stock wheels and tires to them they would give me all the parts for my truck at costAt a few different points I had asked about my warranty being in tact after these parts were installed! Eric assured me my warranty was fully intact!! So I agreed and added fender flares, rear air bags and a tunerAfter they installed the aftermarket parts my truck has had a really bad vibration
I have taken it to *** *** and they agree that there is something wrong but don’t know what it is either! It is now at ** *** *** dealership since December 13th and they cannot figure it out eitherSo John elway has ba

We are willing to refund the customer 50% of the cost of the diagnossis of the last repair

I had been working for close to a year with the John Elway dealership to fix a warranty issue with my carIt had/has a loud rattle when drivingAfter many failed attempts to repair it at the dealership and a few attempts that left my car in worse shape, they came to the conclusion that my windshield needed to be replacedI had replaced it only a couple months before and the problem had existed for months prior to thatWhen I questioned their diagnosis the manager Cyndi became angry and hostile and told me to bring back the rental, get my car, and not come backOk, that's fine but they left my car taken apartNow my car is unsafe to drive and we have not had use of it for most of this weekI contacted Todd M*** the owner and his only response so far was for me to replace the windshieldThey are completely unwilling to return my car to me in the state that it was in when I dropped it offThe car currently has no rearview mirror in it and has wiring hanging down from the headli

I bought my brand new RAM *** *** *** *** on 12/26/After I signed papers, their lot tech drove the truck to wash it, while doing so they crashed my passenger side dually fender into a poleI gave them a chance to fix it rightThey would not let my body shop of choice do the work, only theirsI wanted a new truck box because it was a brand new truck and should have not been attempted to be fixed by just replacing the fenderThey would not let my body shop do the work so I let their body shop do itWhen I was given the truck back after weeks of them having itIt was covered in dirt and road grime and also had 36+ miles on the odometer which shouldn't of happened because their body shop is miles awayThe next morning I got to look at the truck in more detail and found 2- 1/8" deep scratches on the fender they had fixed and then a couple weeks later I was washing it and found out in the process of taking the rear bumper off or putting it back on they scratched

Revdex.com:I am waiting for my truck to be finished by the body shop which the dealership is taking careI accept the resolution at this moment in time

When I purchased my car, I purchased oil changesI called to get an appointment and they told me I had oil changes left but they had expiredI called times and left a message for Rob the service manager to call me back and I have received not return callsI then called the general manager JonathanHe said he had never heard of oil changes expiring and he would talk to Rob and call me backThat was over weeks ago and I have not received a call back from him eitherI have also left him two messages asking for a call back and nothingI needed my oil changed so I took it elsewhere to get it doneI was waiting and the technician brought out my oil filter housing and my oil filter and there was a metal washer loosely hanging on the filter shaftThey explained how this was not correct and the potential damage it could have causedI took a picture of the filter housing for others to see in case I end up having any engine issues

I purchased a new *** *** from the john Elway dealership on May 25, that was not on there lot but out in CaliforniaThey took over weeks to get it hauled out here after they told me it would only take one week, and this is ware the problem beganAfter taking possession of the new truck the dealership was suppose to cancel an extended warranty and a maintenance plan I had on the trade in, a *** *** *** from witch I was to receive money back fromThe dealership was to start the process immediately after I took possession of the new truck on June 28, Two months later it steal had not been processed from the dealership end so we had to start the process ourselvesIts been two more months and Elway is saying they steal don't have the moneyThey are also telling us that nothing has been processed yet and they have no idea when it will be

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I asked for a written letter, apologizing for the fact that Mr. G[redacted] lied to us concerning our credit being pulled, and for the way that we were treated.  Yes, I do understand that this will all show as one credit pull after 30 days, but that doesn't negate the fact that we were flat lied to.  The owner did apologize on the phone, which I appreciate, and he was very friendly.  Mr. G[redacted] also spoke to me on the phone.  I did know that he was present during the conference call, however, when he started speaking he never identified himself so I didn't know for a long time who I was talking to.  Honestly, I thought it was still the owner until near the end of the conversation.  Never once did Mr. G[redacted] take responsibility for his actions, but rather rationalized why he had our credit pulled after he told us that he wouldn't pull it.  Never once did he apologize for being rude.  In addition, it was made very clear that we already had the loan secured at our bank, and all we needed was for my wife's name to be added to the paperwork, so most of the other paperwork that he had us sign was not necessary.  We've bought nearly every car that we own in Colorado, because it is a bigger market for vehicles, and never once have I been treated the way that Mr. G[redacted] treated me.  Never once have I ever had a car deal that was made this difficult, and never once were we asked to sign some of the paperwork that Mr. G[redacted] sent up with Mr. Rode for us to sign.  At the point that I told Mr. G[redacted] that we had financing already secured, it should have become a cash deal for John Elway.  A conference call with my loan officer would not have alleviated any miscommunication.  It was made very clear to Mr. G[redacted] by our loan officer, and myself what was going on and Mr. G[redacted] became irritated and rude.  There was not any necessity for my wife's credit to be pulled by John Elway as the loan was already complete at my bank.  All we needed from Mr. G[redacted] was a new buyer's order that also contained my wife's name on it.  That was the only document that we needed to sign.  As soon as that was signed, my loan officer handed Mr. Rode (the salesperson from Elway) a check.  To say there was miscommunication is wrong.  The bottom line is that Mr. G[redacted] was too arrogant to do what was best for the customer, and that he lied about what he would do with our information.  Whether it counts as a hundred hits on our credit or one, we were still lied to.  When Mr. G[redacted] spoke on the phone during the conference call with the owner, all he had to do was admit that he was wrong.  Instead he tried to explain his actions away, saying there was a miscommunication.  Nobody did us any favors by bringing up the paperwork - it could have easily been mailed and been here before it was driven up 2 days later.  By the way, I drove into town 20 minutes (40 minutes round trip) and waited for Mr. Rode to bring the paperwork when he said he was going to (Tuesday, August 8th) I waited for about 45 minutes where we were supposed to meet.  Finally, I called Mr. R[redacted] to see where he was and he said that he had been meaning to call and let me know that he wasn't coming until Thursday, August 8th instead.  Believe me, I did have better things to do than be waiting for someone that wasn't coming, yet didn't call to let me know.  To say that Elway tried to accommodate us by having someone drive "several" hours is ludicrous.  Instead, an hour and a half of my time was wasted while waiting for someone that wasn't coming, and by having to meet again in town 2 days later to sign unnecessary paperwork.  All we needed was the buyer's order with my wife's name on it.  Don't try to justify any of the actions on John Elway's end in this deal, or make it sound like anyone did us any favors.Yes, I get the fact that [redacted] quoted the dealer a different rate than what they offered us.  The difference in rates was not one of the issues in my complaint.  The point was that Mr. G[redacted] was wrong about what he told me.  I explained to Richard that we have member benefits with [redacted] and that I could get a lower rate through them.  I understood why the rates were different, but apparently Mr. G[redacted] didn't.  As stated previously, he guaranteed me that I couldn't get a lower rate and that it had already gone to their underwriter.  I knew that the underwriter wasn't considering our member benefits, but Mr. G[redacted] apparently knew otherwise because of his "17 years" of experience that he felt was necessary for me to know about.  I wasn't impressed, Mr. G[redacted].Here's what I want and only then I will consider this issue resolved:1. A written letter sent in the mail, from the owner, apologizing for the fact that we were lied to by Mr. G[redacted] (this is what I originally asked for).  I get that maybe it happens more often than it should, but that's not how business should be done.  I've gone from an experience where I would recommend this John Elway dealer to where I will definitely encourage people to shop elsewhere because of the way that Mr. G[redacted] treated us.  I don't want any other explanations of why Richard did what he did - bottom line is that he lied and mishandled the financial side of this deal on the only brand new vehicle we have ever purchased.  There was never a misunderstanding, and if he is telling you that there was, Mr. M[redacted], then he is also lying to you.  There are no rational excuses for what he did and no customer should be treated with the level of disrespect or condescending attitude that Mr. G[redacted] provided us with.  The only thing I found a little humorous was the fact that he guaranteed us we couldn't get the rate I told him we would and which we ultimately did.2.  Mr. M[redacted], you asked me what you could do to make this right...I certainly am not going to drive down to Greeley for a vehicle service at John Elway, but you could agree to pay for my first 2 maintenance services here at the local dodge dealer or send some custom fit seat covers if you would like to do something.  But even if you just send me a written apology in the mail without any rationalization of why things happened the way they did and accept the fact that Mr. G[redacted] acted unprofessionally, I will consider this resolved and indicate so through Revdex.com.

On July 31st, [redacted] purchased A 2014 Chrysler Town and Country.  She was to provide proof of income right away, 3 weeks later we received her proof of income and it did not match the credit application that she filled out on July 31st.   The bank turned down the deal and...

we had to start all over in the approval process.  Mrs. [redacted] made a huge issue about us paying off her trade in even though we had not received funding on her deal,  she did not want to make a payment on her trade although she was not making a payment on the new vehicle.  We agreed to payoff the trade and We were able to get her approved.  Mrs. [redacted] then failed the customer interview with the lender at which time we guaranteed the loan for 12mth’s with the lender in hopes of getting the financing and only because the previous loan had been paid off.  The bank accepted the contract and expected Mrs. [redacted] to pay her first payment at that time which she did not.  Now we had to send the lender the first payment of $560.00 and guarantee the loan for 12mths.   Numerous phone calls were made to the Gladding’s with no call back.  November 17th the 2nd payment was not made, so on November 30th we repossessed the vehicle with a for-hire repo man and he retirieved the vehicle for us.  Her trade was paid off and sold with $4800 negative equity and $560 pymt plus when the vehicle got here it had $1800 in body damage .   I believe the dealership did every ting it could in good faith and still went above and beyond the call of duty.  [redacted] owes us, John Elway Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram $6360.00.
