The merchant is full of *** It is always a good idea to make sure you know the facts before you speak I admit I was wrong on the month I signed up, I honestly believe it was earlier in the year As for the business response, none of what they have replied with happened Every single call I make is recorded, outbound and inbound I can provide the recording showing that I did not hang up on them, no mention was made that someone else could cancel on my behalf, and no attempt was made to re-contact me (call logs from Verizon can prove that).I will make it down to the business, fill out their ridiculous paperwork, pay the early term fee and tell them to fk off Then I will post the most negative reviews on any service I can find them on and tell the world what lying pieces of *** they are and I can do that because I can BACK IT UP!

First and foremost, there have already been problems on the first of training with the trainorSecond day of training, she was thereI talked with one of their trainers to just cancel the sessionInstead of the manager, as I requested to speak regarding the situation, it was the trainor who kept apologizingSecondly, I was told that I get free sessions to se how I like itI cancelled all membership and sessions before the 3rd week of AprilThe front desk send me a form to cancel itI sent it back the same dayI even initialed the cancellation part because they want to just freeze my membershipThe trainor and the front desk is fully aware of my intention of not doing business with this companyThey never had any consitency with their information at allWhen I received a call from their billing, they said they never received the form of cancellation, then so, I sent it againI have called so many times, but they just brushed me off all the time telling that they'll have the manager call meBut no return call at all to straighten things up, but even until now, no one is calling from their managementFor whatever contract it is, cancellation is a choice to stay away from this kind of people, and will definitely not give free money to trainor when I didn't get any serviceOne of their staff said that I have to pay the whole contract because that's the salary of the trainor even If I didn't use itWow, that's a total rip offThey are pretty shady, they will go all the loops to get money from peopleWhy is it so hard to understand that I am not interested in doing business with themTheir customer service is extremely poorThe proof is thisThey just want money, and they won't communicate at allThis kind of dishonest and shady business should not be allowed in the cityThey have way and ways to rip off people

Dear customer, the agreement that you signed up for is not a contractThe month-to-month agreement that you signed up for let you get out of your agreement at any point of time with a day notice, and a $cancel feeA contract would require you to be with us for x amount of time
based on the agreement you signedAll of our month to month agreements have a day notice and a $cancel fee, which was explained to you at point is sell, and after reviewing your manual agrrelent you signed next to that to that on your agreementWe will not be allowing you to get out of your day notice and you must pay your $cancel fee to cancel out per agreement signed, thank you!

What a joke and a ripoffWe joined August - we never used the gym onceAfter calling Sept Oct Nov to cancel - speaking to someone different each month) we were finally told we had to cancel in writing and turn fobs inWe went in December, turned our fobs in and hand delivered two cancellation lettersWe had just been charged Decfront Clerk said she would accept our cancellation and called it good and we would only be charged one more month eachOutrageous if you ask me as we already paid and never used serviceFast forward months and We have had to cancel our credit cards to get them to stop taking our moneyNow the new GM states there was a special form to fill out along with all late fees, cancellation fees and past due amount (well over 100.00) and is demanding we pay it because of the fine print in the contract a special form is to be signedWelll why didn't his employee tell us that in December when I delivered hand written Cnx lettersHow about the months they charged our two accounts illegally after telling them they are not authorized to charge our cards? According to Idaho Law - when the clerk accepted our fobs back and cancellation letters, that also voided our contractSTAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

First of all I just want to start out by saying this response is being sent in the mindset that we can hopefully work this outBased on the texts, Revdex.com complaint, and phone records we have we would like to get this straightened out so your don't continue to accumulate late fees or legal fees on this month contractI have read all your emails to the Revdex.com, reviewed your texts back and forth with your trainer and interviewed any staff that has had contact with youBottom line you signed a month personal training contract with us and now trying to bad mouth us for something you need to take responsibility forI have included our legal team in this email so they are in the loop of communication that we are having with youAlso attached is the contract you signed with your initials and signatures agreeing to the termsI would like to figure this out with you and get you reset up with a new trainer, but if that's not an option then you can either pay your training off in full or we can reset the monthly payments and you can use the sessions or gift them at a later timeIf you have any questions feel free to contact *** *** *** at *** and ask for *** *** ** *** ***I would like to get this matter solved by the end of this week ending in 6/3/Thank you!

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I submitted letter to Dustin stating - Due to breach of agreement for not providing services in a timely manner in which they were promised because of the continuous change and shortage in staff; I have not received the services paid for, without resolution, and at this time will be ending my membership and services with Johnny’s Fit Club
Because of lack of communication and follow through with the club, I have found a different facility to train at with a person that not only shows up but is invested in my goals and meeting my fitness needs. Not someone who treats me like a number and tells me they have other rotating clients to deal with as well
I appreciate the response to this claim, however, it is a little too late to go back and resolve the issues after I have attempted this for months. I also see the agreement attached and that I signed. I do not believe this holds true as Johnny's Fit Club did NOT provide the services promised in this agreement making it null and voidI stand behind my decision to look elsewhere for services in the unfortunate case

me the right to cancell my membershipIn doing so all terms are breached
Further there is no specific date for notice of club fee withdrawal
No member can be held to an ambiguous standard As the businesses
reply just stated, the maintenance fee is for club repairs and future
equipment The response also acknowledged that I have been a member for
two years (although seldom used the facilities) and have paid two club
maintenance fees That seems reasonable and since I will not be a member
for a third year, a third fee will not be appropriate Additionally, the harassment and hostility I received
by the (yes, I sincerely apologize I got "***" name wrong, but I am
happy you were able to identify the one regional manager) was atrocious
He yelled at me, in front of other members, causing me undue anguish,
emotional stress, humiliation, and embarrassment Further, the regional
manager told me he was "more than happy to cancel me" although he
refused and denied me access to do so In light of: me not having access to the
benefit of FUTURE repairs and equipment, The harassment and public humiliation
caused by Johnny’s fitness, The breach of contract by Johnny's Fitness,
Johnny's Fitness having already received two years of club maintenance fees for
the two years of membership I did have, and Per the contract, there is no
specific date to hold one liableTherefore, we are squared up and reasonably there
will not be a third service fee for services I will be bared from.Regards,*** ***

Revdex.com: I don't know which part of "I work as a Flight Attendant and I work outnof town/ abroad a lot" did *** *** the District Manager do not understand for her to say that I am "unwilling" to come in person to process my request for cancellationI have been patiently waiting for their resolution for the past almost monthsI was on my ground school training last October when she bombarded me with calls and emails me for paymentsHad she come back to me last Septas she replied to my email, my membership would've cancelled and My card wouldve not been charged for membership subsequentlyHer way of dealing with customers is unacceptable and unsatisfactory from basically telling me I lied when she agreed for them to reimbursed for the months of September and October; to telling me I'm still going to be charged for November if I don't pay the cancellation fee.Johnny's Fitness had inconvenienced me from day starting from their dance floor being a safety hazard up to harassing me for paymentThey don't care for their customers, they just want moneyThey don't care if you're out of town/country working, they just want your payment right awayThey have no sense of valuing their customers and absolutely zero considerationIt took a consumer like me to file complaints with the Consumer Protection Division (office of Atty State General here in Boise), the Federal Trade Commission and of course with Revdex.com before this business come to their senses.Their last response here on Revdex.com is inconsistent but let me rephrase, The District Manager, *** *** wants me to come in person so I can sign their cancellation paperworkThe DM wrote that I will not be charged of the cancellation fee worth $if I come in personally before October ends. I am currently in Portland, Oregon for training and I will be back in Boise tomorrow October I am out of town/country for work on these dates, October 21-I will be in their office tomorrow, Saturday October 20. Ms.*** became a member with us back on 3/9/17, she chose to be set up on a month to month agreement, where she could cancel at anytime with a cancellation fee of $39, back in August she sent in a via email that she had moved to Canada and would like to cancel out her membership, our
policy and terms in her agreement state that if you move miles past our club we will cancel you out without any fees as long as you provide a current utility bill or valid proof of move, we let Ms.*** know this, we emailed her multiple times letting her know that we could not cancel her out until we have the proof of move or she must pay the cancellation fee, she submitted a hotel bill which is not a valid form of cancel proofIn order to cancel as it states in her agreement we will need valid proof of move. We never heard back from her, then email her again she said that she was in a session that she would call me back with her credit card to pay the cancellation fee and would like the two months when she was not here to be reimbursedI told her I am sorry until Until the cancellation is processed and verified we explained she would continually be bill every month for her membership, and several emails I sent her I told her I would like to resolve this and get this done quickly as possible but she's very hard to communicate with, We need some verification of moving proof and we will waive this $cancel fee and cancel her account out asap. Hello, attached is a copy of ***'s agreements with us, both digital and hardcopy. She is required to come in and fill out the cancellation paperwork associated with her agreement here. We had corresponded via email with her and let her know that is the case, that she has to
