Office staff is helpful and considerate and technician is reliable and provides explanation of
all of the work being done. They go above and beyond in completing the necessary
work and making sure there are no additional things that need fixed or adjusted. They seem
to enjoy and take pride in their work.

Just wanted to express my appreciation as well as how impressed I was with the plumbing service that I received this evening from ***son’s heating cooling & plumbing. I was in a situation with my sump pump that had failed and in the forecast, more rain on the way. Jason Dalton was the plumber that arrived at my house and he did an excellent job, was knowledgeable and just by his very nature, seemed very trustworthy and willing to help. Jason also is a veteran with over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry. The pricing, considering the service was after hours, was very reasonable. It was a breath of fresh air, to actually do business with a company and its personnel that provided excellent service and customer satisfaction; in this day and age, I really appreciate that! From *** in the office to *** at my house. They are great to work with. There pricing is alittle high but there customer service so far is outstanding. I’m a repeat customer. I used them last year to replace a sink, faucet and disposal. Great job

J did a fantastic job, was very friendly, professional, trust worthy, and even covered his shoes to walk on our floor! I would call him again (except Johnson Heating installations never break down needing a repairman). Hang on to this one! Give this man a raise to keep him!

Great customer service & installation! Really enjoying our gas furnace. Looking forward to much lower winter heating bills now that we switched to gas heat.

Jeremy the technician was very good at his job and friendly. Was open to any question and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. I appreciate his promptness in getting to the house when he said he would. I have always had good service with Johnson in the many years I have lived here.

Bob the Service Rep came out to our residence to do a PM on our AC unit and did a wonderful job. Was very thorough on checking all the systems, changing the batteries on the thermostat and cleaning the AC unit. Have been very happy with Johnson Heating & Cooling since they installed the units and before with our old Heating and Air condition system. Thank you!

The installers were great. Paul and his assistant did a very thorough and efficient job. Paul explained everything to me and to call if there are any problems. Very personal.

We’ve been using Johnson Heating and Cooling now for almost 13 years and have had great service from them every time! Nikki is very pleasant on the phone and I love her greeting! They’re always on time and even help us stay on top of our maintenance schedule. Just had Bob here this morning for maintenance and he was on time despite the snow, very pleasant and competent. I highly recommend them!

Paul was very good. He put on his shoe covers every time he came in and out. He cleaned all the water. He was very nice and told us how to change the results of our pipe.

Nikki was pleasant on the phone and very helpful and understanding. They came right the same day, quickly identified and fixed the problem and referred me to some else who could fix the damage. Paul the plumber was very helpful and took time to answer all my questions.

The technician Bob gave me a call and informed me he would be there in 45 minutes. Bob arrived on time and was friendly, pleasant and told me about his 40 years of experience in the industry.
This is our first time using Johnson and in the past I have always remained present while the technician did the furnace tune-up. Bob did cleaning and explanation that no other company I have used in the past ever did. The one part we needed to replace he explained to me what it did and the benefit of replacing now to avoid a future bigger problem.

Having someone like Bob with his experience was a relief that he did our service call and Johnson is fortunate to have him as a technician. I will definitely be using Johnson again for all my heating, cooling, and possibly plumbing needs.

This company is Unbelievable ?? I can't believe how helpful knowledgeable and honest they are.

If I lived anywhere near them I would only use them!!Honest and nice! Do yourself a favor and call them before you use anyone else!
