states he did wear his Josco ID at all times and identify himself as a Josco employee As a matter of quality control we have retained all of our vendors in the applicable Uniform Business Practices

We reviewed the matter of this enrollmentAs soon as the customer advised that the bank would not take the check, we sent out a new one

Upon receipt of complaint, Josco looked into the matter. Customer started electric service with Josco on April 4, and will drop February 1, 2018. Customer started gas service with Josco on May 4, and will drop on March 5, 2018. Customer acknowledges that
she did sign up with Josco but cancelled services and would like a refund. Josco offered to refund the difference in supply charges between Josco's rate and the Utility's rate for the service periodA check was mailed on January 22, 2018.Customer has been added to Josco's internal Do Not Knock and Do Not Call list. As always, Josco does not charge a termination fee.The customer is satisfied with the resolution. The matter has been resolved
