Upon receipt of the complaint, Josco reviewed the matter. Josco offers a variable rate that may change month to month. As soon as the customer requested cancellation, Josco submitted a request to cancel the account. Josco does not determine the end date, rather it is up to the utility company. Since...

the customer was felt like he was paying too much, Josco agreed to refund the differential between Josco and the utility rates which came out to $349.66. The check was sent on 2/2/16.

Hello, once again I am being over charged on this new pse&g bill for my both accounts. Acc # [redacted] for 1st floor while pse&g charge  $120.09 josco energy is charging $174.90 for gas. For electricity  pse&g charged $19.46, josco charge $64.02. Acc# [redacted] 2nd FL pse&g charged $197.34 for gas and josco charged $286.10, for electricity pse&g charged $14.16 but josco charged $34.99. This is outrageous. I cannot believe I’m being charged a lot more again on my bills. I cannot afford this and it is ridiculous. This is my February statement. I need this fix.
