Hi,Upon receipt of complaint, Josco looked into the matter. Josco reached out to the customer numerous times but was not successful in reaching her. The sales agent no longer works for Josco Energy. Josco mailed the customer a letter on 1/23/18 and a rebate check which the customer is eligible for....

Hi, This is in reference to Complaint Number [redacted]. Upon receipt Josco looked into the matter. Customer started electric services with Josco December 21, 2016 and dropped January 23, 2018. Customer started gas services with Josco December 1, 2016 and dropped January 23, 2018....

Josco's customer service manager spoke to the customer. Customer did sign up with Josco. Nonetheless, Josco agreed to refund the difference in supply charges between Josco's rate and the utility's rate for the service period. A check was mailed on January 29, 2018. In addition, CUstomer has been added to Josco's internal Do-Not-Knock and Do-Not-Call list.
