This company is a van service that transports customers to and from ny to pa.They operate a 10-12 passenger van that is suppose to supply a safe and comfortable experience.The vans are always overpacked and booked to capacity so that they can get extra money.The passengers rely on this 25 dollar service and we are packed in vans like sardines in vehicles that are not clean or not working properly ie air conditioning or heat with my most recent experience was the brakes.They promote a servixe quoting times that they never arrive on or show up at all.These conditions are dangerous on the highways or anywhere for that matter.Not to mention I am pregnant and was very nervous and uncomfortable for the duration of the ride the roads were wet and slippery.And my complaints to the driver was ignored but he had no problem taking my money.
