for this issue as it left a feeling the order was not being handled correctly. I have personally worked with the representative and the cap and gown for Jelashe will be delivered to your home via UPS. The cap and gown should arrive no later than March 4th to the address on the order. Once again I apologize for the lack of communication and the denial of the supervisor as you requested. Thank you for inquiry on the repair of your mother's class ring.
We apologize you feel you were lied to when your ring was sent in. After the ring arrived we contacted you to let you know that the ring was too worn to hold...

finish anymore and the sides of the ring were too thin to put a new palm or band on the ring. Unfortunately, there was not enough metal for us to work with on the ring without the possibility of ruining the ring. Wear is not covered under our limited lifetime warranty at that point we offered to make a ring with today's current designs for our standard remake fee or return the ring for sentimental reasons as is with no repairs done. Per your instructions we returned the ring in the same condition it was sent in.

In the future you change your mind and would like to have the ring remade for our standard remake fee you are more than welcome to do so.

The local jeweler had no problem repairing the band. My mom didn't want a new ring, only to have hers repaired. I understand that the antiquing might not be possible and I told them that I understand that so only repair the break. They refused so I said just send it back.....if a local jeweler had no problem repairing, then surely jostens could have and you can't even tell there was ever a break...They just refused to repair....some lifetime warranty.....

Our rings include a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. As such, our warranty team has reached out to the consumer to discuss options and is more than willing to work with the consumer. This was the first we had ever heard of this issue; the consumer had not contacted us about their dissatisfaction...

I am rejecting this response because: it did not address my complaint against Jostens.  It needs to be sent to the proper consumer.  My complaint was resolved.  I did receive the refund that I had requested.
