Thank you for your time in trying to resolve my complaint against the JT Clark company I was pleased to see the companies response and promise to replace my item . Their response stated that the item would be shipped out on August the 7thAs of August the 14th I have yet to receive said item

We have no control over when a manufacturer ships their product to us
We still do not have all the items in from OYO
Since the charge now option was selected during the checkout process, the order was charged in full
We can cancel and refund the order in full, but we will need the card
info againWe do not keep that on file
