Review: Placed order for items on March 8, 2014. 2 of 3 items were 'pre-order' and I understood there would be a delay. I was charged the full cost.

Sent emails weeks later to inquire about delivery. Clark Toys responded that they had not yet received items. Sent more emails - weeks later

and received the same response. Nothing to date. However the items ARE available on the manufacture's website

which seems to me that the items are out there and available but not through Clark.

Hi,

We have no control over when a manufacturer ships their product to us.

We still do not have all the items in from OYO.

Since the charge now option was selected during the checkout process, the order was charged in full.

We can cancel and refund the order in full, but we will need the card info again. We do not keep that on file.

Review: I have been waiting for a refund of $59.99 since Jan 5th. Have tried contacting them several times, with 1 response saying it will be coming. It has been absolutely ridiculous trying to get an answer from them. They said it's the banks problem and not theres. Then they said they refunded me the amount, and the next day, they said they didn't have my bank account on record anymore to see if it went through. I'd really like my refund. I will never buy anything from them again, and I tell everybody I know, not to go there.Desired Settlement: I'd like my refund of $59.99 please. Thank you for your time. [redacted]

We have issued the refund on the return.Usually the refund can take a handful of business days to show on the customers end. In some rare occasions, it can take up to a full billing cycle.We have no control when the refund is released back to the customer. That is on the card issuer or bank.Thanks

I am waiting for a refund of $59.99, that still has not come. This has been an on-going battle with them since Jan 5th. It does not take that long for a refund to go through. They had no problem taking the money out of my account, and they have there merchandise back. So I want my refund!!!!!

Review: I ordered 16 sports figures in one order from Clark toys and upon receiving my package the Box was busted open missing items and the rest being damaged. I receive my mail from a PO Box at a UPS Store from which they can verify how the package was received. I have been trying to contact Clark toys for the past 5 business days with no response. I have left approximately 7-8 Voice mails requesting a call back and left approximately 5-6 emails requesting a call or email back. Nobody has attempted to contact me. I have ordered over $2000 in merchandise over the past 3 years from this company and apparently they don't care that I have been a loyal returning customer. This entire situation has been frustrating.
