I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, I did specify in a hand-written note to them with the items that they needed to be replaced due to damaged boxes.  They have a refund in process so we will see if that happens.

I am waiting for a refund of $59.99, that still has not come.  This has been an on-going battle with them since Jan 5th.  It does not take that long for a refund to go through.  They had no problem taking the money out of my account, and they have there merchandise back.  So I want my refund!!!!!

[redacted]  I have never received a refund of any sort.  I will be happy to send you a picture of my bank statement proving so.

The customer did not specify why they were unhappy with the items, just wanted to return.  If they were re-shipped the same items it was a mistake and they were issued a refund and able to keep the items.
