I have had a number of problems with my computerThe young man, August, worked a long time and seemed to fix the problems
I am looking forward to using my computer with much more pleasure

I am very pleased with the help I have gotten when I call Jupiter The only problem I have is understanding a lot of the words of the man helping me

Andi , did a great job and was courteous and pleasant He also answered questions without making me feel bad Always said take your time when I was slow to react I am very pleased to have this event and to see that I can use my emails and computer much better Thanks for the help, Andi!!

Jordan and Emily have been extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient with me and my computer which is old and out of date and I am a senior who is NOT tech-savey and proposed I'm sure quite a challenge for them Everyone at Jupiter has performed outstanding and exemplary and I look forward to a long relationship with this company and hopefully get to work with Emily again, as I know I will continue to do so with Jordan

My computer has been causing problems for really weeksI am an at@t customer and had received good, FREE service until Wednesday p.mJune
A red screen appeared and the computer actually gave a long, loud whistle!
I contacted at@t support - was told I had viruses and would cost $to cleanWas on the computer with technicians for almost hoursMy e-mail still would not workRang them again at 2:a.mStill no satisfaction after hour of technician's workPhoned again late Thursday morning, another almost hours of technicians - e-mail still compromised and was asked for another $I said NO!
Took my computer to a Geek store$later still e-mail problemsWent back to Geek yesterday $later continuing e-mail problems
Late this morning, I contacted Jupiter SupportTook a number of hours because, by this stage, too many people had been tampering with my computerI am now clean as a whistle and back on yahoo e-mailJupiter told and showed me my SEVERELY compromised computerI had disconnects all over the placeOne thing I really liked was being walked through the processJupiter took the time to explain and were more than willing to helpJupiter receives high praise from me

The games had been removed from the tool bar to speed up the computer's operation without authorization which is why I calledThey have now been restored
