send emails to the customer for an alternate number and best time to reach but there was no response ( 1st email was send on 4th Oct and the 2nd was today on 7th Oct.)We request the customer call us to resolve his current issues

This company has been a very positive one for me They are available hours a day and have handled what appeared to be complex problems for me That is a plus for me due to my schedule and problems seem to happen when I need to have the computer right away They are always kind and complete the work in a very timely manner I would recommend them to everyone however understand that not everyone can afford the price

I called in to Jupiter Support for a little help, my computer was giving acting upI was given to a very nice guy that got to work faster than I am use to on hereIn no time he had to problem figured outsent me to the T.E.Csupport person and he found it right off

Very helpful and patient working with customer

I was impressed with the amount of patience the reps had with me and my old computer I wasn't tying to be difficult, but I am years behind any kindergarten child with computer skills There were numerous phone calls and it took hours to complete, but they keep at it They never made me feel stupid, which I am when it comes to technology
