Thanks to the Jupiter tech. he was able to get my emails up and running as well as taking care of a bad virus.

I had a Windows Live Mail problem, called first Friday and was on the phone 21/2 hours and they did not fix it, said they would call back when they got it repaired never did call back. I called again this Friday, same thing, after almost 3 hours they said it was fixed.
well when I tried the Mail Service would not work. So I feel as if I have wasted at least
7 hours of my time with no results. Needles to say I'm very upset and would not recommend this company to any one. Sorry to be so Negative!

The salesman was good, curteous and also helpful . I am anxious to receive my e-mail and visit with friends.

Importing photos was resolved. service person was very helpful and patient .
