Good service!! Addressed the problem efficiently!

Although I did not expect to have a computer problem today, once I called the ###-###-#### tel no. which came up on my screen, each person that I talked with was very impressive to me. I certainly didn't expect to spend $300 today (I have to watch my bank balance very carefully to NOT overspend my balance). However, I DO NEED to use my computer DAILY because it is my primary communication tool (email) with many friends spread all over the world.
I realize that Xavier spent 99% of the time fixing my computer, (Vincent was also very helpful initially), and Xavier called my phone several times during his "repair" to keep me informed AND with some necessary training for me.
Al in all, I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I received. (I also will add, that I expect some other customers such as me, DO NOT have the time to be available for talking with the technician, as I did. However, I am 84-yrs old and am retired, although I do spend some time each day working from home.)
THANK ALL OF THOSE at Jupiter Support who were involved correcting my computer problem.

I came to him as a real NEWBIE! with a problem in getting my e-mail. The problem was caused by a WORM "CONFLICKER"
I was scared silly that I was going to be confronted by someone who would
treat me like the newbie that I am. Instead, I was treated with kindness and PATIENCE
I will always be grateful for his help!
If all of your reps are like him...you must be a great company!

My conference with Mr. H[redacted] in correcting my problems with my computer was done in a timely fashion and his attendance to my questions were answered promptly.

Business was very good. However Elina was a little bit hard for ME to understand.

I am 74 and not of the computer generation. The technician was very patient with me, and walked me through the solution to my problem step by step without making me feel really stupid. I am very pleased with the Jupiter Support Service.
