I called Jupiter Tequesta Air Conditioning & Heating about a problem I was having with my thermostat, never having dealt with them before. They scheduled a service call for that very same day, causing my husband to remark that we should remember to use them in the future, since their response was so immediate. The service technician called ahead to say he was on his way and proceeded to handle my problem when he came. He was attentive & personable & knowledgeable--a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly call on this company again.

I Have had Jupiter Tequesta A/C For many years now. They Installed a new system (Handler and Condenser) nearly 2 years ago and I have "tuned ups" twice a year.
Roger M performed the work the last 2 times and I will ask for him next time.

Had 3 toilets replaced, the employee was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about the job. We furnished the toilets. The job took about 4.5 hours which seems reasonable. The total labor charge was nearly $600 which to me seems quite high. I knew this ahead of time so really cannot complain.

My air condition in my new home broke and within 2 days, a professional was at my door to take a look at my options. From making the initial appointment to the free estimate, it was an extremely positive experience. Jeff, the gentleman who provided my estimate was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and such a pleasant person that it made the overall experience one worth sharing. I received my estimate on Saturday and I should be getting my new unit installed today (2 days later). I will add another comment for the actual installation of the unit after the job is done but so far, I am very comfortable and happy with my decision to choose this company to handle my air condition unit replacement.

We started off with a little glitch, but Tiffany in the plumbing dept. at Jupiter Tequesta listened and the glitch was taken care of, repair was done and the techs they sent put to fix the leak in the attic were professional and informative.I would recommend them.

I called Jupiter Tequester ac/heating for annual maintaneance . I had not used this company before. I was looking for a local compamy that would be available 24/7 if need be and it would be good to have a company nearby.

The tech arrived on time and this is the last good thing I can say. He opened the door where my unit was and shined his flashlight on the unit and said that it was 10 years old. I said I knew that. He said I needed a new a/c heat pump. I told him mine was fine and I service it regularly and I was not planning to buy an ac unit today. Now, he did not proceed to service my unit but started to argue about buying a new unit. He hadn't even looked at my unit so I guess he decided it was 10 yrs and I needed one, He became so aggressive that I was uneasy. I finally told him to forget the service, tell me what I owned him for his time and leave. With this he serviced the unit ( I don't know if he really did) all the while insisting I buy a new unit. He told he had planned on discussing new units with me.

Never deal with this company. I have never had an experience quite this bad.
