This company replaces my former company of 20+ years. I have had positive results of my plumbing problems with my aging house using them this past year.

I called Jupiter Tequester ac/heating for annual maintaneance . I had not used this company before. I was looking for a local compamy that would be available 24/7 if need be and it would be good to have a company nearby.

The tech arrived on time and this is the last good thing I can say. He opened the door where my unit was and shined his flashlight on the unit and said that it was 10 years old. I said I knew that. He said I needed a new a/c heat pump. I told him mine was fine and I service it regularly and I was not planning to buy an ac unit today. Now, he did not proceed to service my unit but started to argue about buying a new unit. He hadn't even looked at my unit so I guess he decided it was 10 yrs and I needed one, He became so aggressive that I was uneasy. I finally told him to forget the service, tell me what I owned him for his time and leave. With this he serviced the unit ( I don't know if he really did) all the while insisting I buy a new unit. He told he had planned on discussing new units with me.

Never deal with this company. I have never had an experience quite this bad.

The company is top notch. The service tech I had come out "[redacted]" walked me through every procedure he was doing in order to fix my AC. He went through several processes and installed a couple of new parts but when that didn't work he gave me free estimates of several different options and did not charge for the work he completed in trying to fix the problem. He was professional, courteous, well mannered and everytime he entered the house he put on a pair of booties over his shoes in order to keep my carpets clean - even after I told him it wasn't necessary he did anyways "Company Policy" - a team player!

Decent response. Fair and honest evaluation. Wayne returned my call regarding a future service inquiry. No hesitation to calling them on future issues or work.

Steve was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Wore booties so wife was happy, noticed a few items one small and one large, fixed small one and ordered new replacement part for the larger issue. All done quickly....clean and quietly.

I had Jupiter-Tequesta A/C and Heating, INC do an installation of a water heater today and I was very happy with BOTH the technicians that were sent to install the water heater and the electrical hook up. We were converting from propane to electric.From the first phone call to arrange the service the entire team was polite, professional and prompt. I would not hesitate to hire them again and surely would recommend them to friends and familiy in need of the services they provide. Trevor did a thorough plumbing job and double checked his work. He answered all my questions and I am very pleased.

They did a great job fixing my new garbage disposal so that my dishwasher drains. Was an easy fix and it was taken care of quickly. Very professional and pleasant plumber.

We have been with Jupiter/Tequesta A/C for several years and have been very satisfied with the technicians who have provided service for us. Our last tech, Brian, was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. It's always a plus when good service is expected and then received.
