Our service rep,Wendell S, installed five new interior flood lights in our living room and a new exterior outlet on our house. He was very professional in his ability to figure out the most efficient ways to do the job. Wendell was friendly,and neat while
working. The job came out perfect.

found the problem (leak) quickly, made repairs reasonably. polite , honest and knows his stuff.

Took a while to get parts but then installed with no issue and was able to handle under warranty which was a happy surprise.

Tradesman (Wayne) was efficient and responsive to questions and comments. The wanted service was not entirely completed as our faucets were more than 25 years old and parts are not readily available.

They have yet to disappoint me.

Two old ladies, one 91 and one 64, in their pajamas ready for Jeopardy to start when suddenly there's water flooding the house; the water heater went....one call to Jupiter Tequesta and help was on the way. Not just help, this tech was calm, patient, professional and put us at ease right away. He arrived within an hour, capped the heater for the night, came back the next day and installed the new one. Sean D, you are the best plumber we could ask for, thank you for helping us with the best attitude and professionalism. We highly recommend this company, and especially this plumber!

I was so impressed with Jupiter Tequesta Plumbing services. Very polite and efficient and determined the issue right away. Since we are going to remodel our bathroom anyway, Phil suggested we do the plumbing fix at that time to save expenses. Definately calling them when we need that aspect of the project done. Brandon was prompt and highly competent. He replaced a broken ignition set up in our water heater with skill and speed. In addition he is very personable and easy to work with. Although we did not have a contract with the firm, they were highly cooperative in setting up our appointment, confirming it and seeking our satisfaction. I will be happy to do business with them again.
