First off let me start by saying, "I never write reviews!" However, based off such negative experiences with other plumbers I felt I had to share the amazing experience I had with Just Plumbing! I found a leak in my bathroom and called Just Plumbing for a quoteThey were able to get me a service rep that very day! It only took a short time and my problem was solvedThe service reps were very professional and friendly and gave me an honest price, which is very rare for the industryThey worked with my home warranty company for payment on things that were covered and gave me an amazing deal on the things that weren't coveredI couldn't be happier with my experienceThanks Just Plumbing!

This is the same stance repeated to me by this business when they were here but when I had to hire an out of pocket company to repair it (because Just Plumbing said I had broken it so I got some independent estimates) and the unit came out of the wall, it was clear that the unit was rusted from 35+ years of wear as an original part to the house and the company wrote a statement to that effect that there was no error or fault on my side, and that anyone who knew fawcets would have recognized the unit as being as old as the homeSo I had to pay out of pocket for what would have been covered under home warrantyJust Plumbing refused to reply to my voice mail inquiries to talk about it and had to be reported to my home warranty company who stated they had several complaints about Just PlumbingMy home warranty was provided pictures of the rusted and outdated fawcet as well as a letter from the company that replaced itIt should be noted that Just Plumbing took almost years to reply to my Revdex.com complaint as wellJust Plumbing cannot stand on its original statement when I have vast evidence to the contrary that Just Plumbing's claims were and caused me to have to pay out of pocket for what would have been covered, were it not for the technician's errorAlso, the unit was not taken apartIt was still intact inside the shower unit

I was sent Just Plumbing to my residence by my home warranty to replace my toilet My home warranty decline my request because tank was not attached ( had to remove tank because it was falling off) The tech said the would replace my toilet for a standard toilet quoted me a price and I agreed What I received was a toilet that needs to be flushed two three times I called to tell them that the toilet was not functioning correctly and that I wanted them to come and look at it Tech came and told me this was a stand toilet I stated I did not like the toilet and wanted a replacement or have it removed and wanted my money back This was days of installation They have refused and told me they would not do anything to resolve I have talked to two Jason you do not know who is really the manager or tech? They will not give out their last names to keep thing straight or on the up and up Office workers are very condescending and speak as if you are stupid I have contacted my home warranty and have complained how this was handled I am now going to buy a standard toilet and have it installed myself

Was quoted 435$ to replace hot water heaterPrice of hot water heater was not included due to the fact that Home warranty company is covering the hot water heaterJust plumbing tech said I needed flex lines, fluvent, and drip legAll products are currently supplied on current heaterWhen I asked tech about why I need all new parts when the current parts are serviceable, he then answered by saying my system was not in "code"! I've had home inspections within the last years and had a plumber here days before himNiether of them said my system wasn't in code! I feel Just Plumbing is strong arming me and my warranty company! I feel for customers who have been caught in this scam!

Absolutely worst experience of my life! The Owner called me on Tuesday to let me know someone would be out on Wednesday between 10AM and 2PMIt’s about 12:PM on Wednesday and I haven’t received a call from anyone letting me know what time they would arriveI called the company and told her that someone called me the day before and told me between 10AM and 2PM and I was hoping for an ETAThe lady on the phone told me that she didn’t tell me that time she told me between 11AM and PM because that’s when he worksI then told the lady that is not what she told me and that I even wrote it down and I work so I won’t be here at 3PMShe then tells me “well we all have jobs and I know what I told you and if you can’t have a civil conversation with me I will hang up on you”I then told her that she is not going to hang up on me and she’s the one who provided me with incorrect informationShe then told me “I am the Owner and I will not be talked to this way(meanwhile I wasn’t rude until she told me she would disconnect the call and she was the one talking to be disrespectfullyI have never experienced the worst customer service until I spoke with this individualShe should not be the Owner and she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with that did not want to help! Stay away from this company they are bad news and have the worst customer serviceI am appaled at how I was spoke to by someone who told me she was the "Owner", however my aunt called back shortly after to talk to someone and told her that her name was [redacted] I'm not 100% sure who I spoke to but she was RUDE!!

I LOVE THESE GUYS! Just Plumbing services never leaves a bad taste in my mouthI've had these guys so many times *** inside my home, always clean always courteous, they always make sure I get mineHonestly there is nobody I trust to service my pipes like JasonHe's the man, he just pulls out his "snake" thingy and just sticks it in and and hammers It outIt's AMAZING!!!! Fair prices and great customer service are what make this company my go to guys

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with This company was sent to me from First American Home Warranty Worst part, I dealt with the OWNER of the company when their tech did not show up for a scheduled appointment She said, do you want to reschedule or not? No sorry you sat waiting for hours...nothing They are the worst Read reviews before doing business with them or allowing First American to send them to you

They collect $for the the *** *** ***, and then never fix the issueOr they claim secondary issueOr they fix and unrelated issue out of warrantyThis has happened twiceThey become rude once you start questioning their diagnosisOf course, I hired someone out of my warranty network and they stated Just Plumbing is one of the worst at not fixing issues and collecting a checkThey have mastered it

The facts remain the same at this timeThe customer broke the trim and handle when trying to disassemble the shower valveThe warranty the customer has states that "all items must be installed for diagnosis"And per the warranty's limits of liability section of the contract that Christa Hughes has signed states "the company can not be held liable for accidents or force"
As the third party contractor our responsibility is to report all findings to the warranty companyThe decision is not left to us to decide the customer fateWe informed the warranty company that the shower valve was taken apart, the trim was damaged, the shower handle was broken off and the valve has corrosionIt is out of our hands from that point
It seems like the customer is not happy with the warranty coverage they pay forJust Plumbing Services Inc is not the company that makes the decisions, we only report our findingsIf the contract was with Just Plumbing Services Inc we would be able to satisfy, but it is NOT

My garbage disposal was broke I called for service, a tech came to my house immediately fixed my garbage disposal under five minutes! gave me a free drain stopper and also fixed a leak in my shower that I didn't call them out for!!!
Never going anywhere else!

On 10/23/Just Plumbing Services Inc received a claim from Mrs*** warranty company requesting to look at a leaky water heater, not pressure surge from the city as the customer statesWe setup appointment for 10/24/to come out and diagnoseFound a gallon electric water heater
leaking in the garage that failed due to wear and tear, not the pressure from the city as the customer statesCalled customer’s warranty company and was instructed that the customer did not have coverage for two items that needed to be modified that equal $for both itemsThe customer had a Temperature and Pressure valve “line” that was not ran outside of the property in case the water heater has high temperature or pressure and needs to relief such items, it would cause property damage and/or injury to persons/petsThe customer paid $to core through the exterior wall and hard pipe copper pipe outside the homeThe charge is fair for the labor, equipment, parts and materialThe customer talked to the city and got confusedThe city asked us if we installed a PRV (Pressure Regulating Valve)We didn’t install a PRVCustomer has confused a T&P Relief valve located on a water heater for a PRV that is located outside the main foundation on the incoming service line before it enters the property to regulate high water pressure. This is a matter of the Home owner being uneducated in the plumbing field

Damon did a great job replacing a leaky water heater He was friendly and informative On time and got the job done right

Just Plumbing Services Inccontacted Matthew S*** on 1/2/and left a message on both numbersWe contacted again on 1/3/and left a message on both numbers we were givenMrS*** contacted JPS on 1/3/in the afternoon to set up appointmentMrS*** was unhappy that we
only can give a hour window for appointments, company policyOn 1/7/the day of the scheduled appointment, the office contacted MrS*** at approx11:30am to let him know that the technician was running about an hour behind due to the previous customers he was servicingThe appointment would be moved from a 12-to a 1-5, or the customer could reschedule for another time that would best suit himMrS*** again complained about the time frame being a hour window and felt it was *** and meet. The technician ridiculous that he would have to waitThe office informed him that the technician would give a 20-minute phone call before arriving to give customer time to arrange to arrived to property at 4:38pm and found the master bathroom toilet was not filling or flushingThe technician had a fill valve on his truck that would solve half the issue but would need to order the special cylinder flush valve that American standard has installed in this series toilet. The vending house closes at pm and would not be able to order part till Monday the 12thCustomer was greatly dissatisfied that we don’t carry ever part to fix every problem on the first visit (we would need to pull semi-trailers of parts to every job to accommodate those expectations) and advised the office of his unhappinessOn Monday the 12th we contacted the vendor, sent pictures and what info we had to accommodate the vendor in ordering the partThe vendor informed us that they don’t carry the part either and would have to order from another 3rd partyPart most likely would arrive in 10-14 business days is what we were told. The customer was then contacted to setup appointmentDuring the conversation with the office, the customer stated that he will only be home at 2pm sharp and insisted he be scheduled for that time onlyWhen the office told him that appointments are only scheduled as a hour window, the customer became irate, said some foul language and hung-up! At that time Just Plumbing Services Inc. felt it was in the best interest of both parties to separate and discontinue any future workWe advised customers Warranty Company of their customer’s behaviorThe warranty company agreed and gave customer cash in lieu to fix toilet issue

Our company strives for the greatest in customer service, as do our employees. With that being stated, I would like to address the following allegations that were brought to our attention. We would like a chance to address the claim made against us by Mrs. [redacted]. We were called out to her property...

by her home warranty provider to service a main line stoppage. When our technician arrived to the property found that the main line was in fact backed up. The technician also found that there was not a clean out installed to access the main line in order to clear the line of debris causing it to back up. Our technician called the customer’s home warranty provider and informed them of the problem and requested authorization on how they would like us to proceed. At this time the customers home warranty provider denied the call and stated that repairs would not be covered by them to install a clean out. The technician provided the customer with an estimate to install a clean out for the main line so that the issue could be resolved. The customer declined the estimate provided and the technician left from the property. The fee that the customer would like refunded is the customers’ plan deductible charge that we collect on behalf of their home warranty provider. It is no different than a co-pay you would pay to your doctor for a routine visit. We are unable to refund this fee and would suggest that the customer discuss any refund they are requesting with their home warranty provider. Also in reference to the other plumber they had to pay, we would have provided the same service that they declined with us originally. In closing, we are a third party service provider. When we are dispatched to a call by a home warranty provider we are required to report to that provider what the problem is and are only authorized to preform services that are covered by the provider. If the provider does not cover a service we are not authorized to make the repair and then give the customer options to make necessary repairs to solve the issue at hand. We hope this helps to resolves this matter. We scheduled an appointment for warranty work on a leaky sink with Just Plumbing. It was difficult just to schedule an appointment. If your in a hurry to get work done, this is not the place to go. They might fit you in a week or more out. The appointment was scheduled between 10am-2pm.The technician showed up at 3pm, then after assessing that the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, he said it would take him too long to fix and asked if it was ok if he re-schedule and we agreed on Friday. In good faith I paid him for the service call $75. He didn't not show up on Friday. I called Just Plumbing and they told me an appointment was never scheduled. I requested a technician be sent out right away. The rep argued with me and said technicians don't make appointment and that she could schedule me for another time. My appointment is between 8-10am next Friday. Wow...It's taken almost a month just to get a faucet changed out. Not acceptable. I would never recommend this company for the simple fact they were unresponsive, no management available to handle the issue, and lacked communication with their technicians.

My home warranty company assigned my claim to Just Plumbing service inc.
Called in claim on Saturday morning had to wait until Monday afternoon for them to come out. First thing Rich did was cut a he in my ceiling, so I have a square foot hole at my front door entry way. Plumber wasn't able to clear my toilet drain by using a manual snake. Had to remove the toilet and use an electric operated snake. Had to pay an addition $175.00 because toilet had to be taken out and put back in. On top of paying the $60.00 Service fee.
After technician left there was a burnt area on my hallway upstairs. I immediately called just plumbing and spoke with April she said the supervisor would call me back the next day. The next day I had to call back two times before he called me back. Jason the supervisor denied that Rich had left his equipment on my hallway and said there was no way the equipment would even get hot. He said I just wanted someone to pay for my carpet. Other things were discussed him bringing his equipment to my house to prove a point. Which made no since to me because he would not have been able to create the friction that caused the machine to heat up since he would not be clearing my extremly difficult clog upstairs that Rich had never seen pne like before. Jason put me on hold.
I realize I was dealing with a unjust business and called my home warranty company and put in a complaint and know I am going through the claims department with them.
Don't use them or let you warranty company refer you to them.

Thanks to Jason and Matt at Just Plumbing for coming out to fix 1 problem we had in our house and took over a prior problem which ended up being a slab leak. We were without water for over a week. Jason and Matt came out was up front and respectful worked all day and fixed the leak we had in the slab of the kitchen and gave us back our water by the end of the day. Highly recommend Just Plumbing and also Jason and Matt to come fix your plumbing needs.
