Absolutely worst experience of my life! The Owner called me on Tuesday to let me know someone would be out on Wednesday between 10AM and 2PM. It’s about 12:30 PM on Wednesday and I haven’t received a call from anyone letting me know what time they would arrive. I called the company and told her that someone called me the day before and told me between 10AM and 2PM and I was hoping for an ETA. The lady on the phone told me that she didn’t tell me that time she told me between 11AM and 3 PM because that’s when he works. I then told the lady that is not what she told me and that I even wrote it down and I work so I won’t be here at 3PM. She then tells me “well we all have jobs and I know what I told you and if you can’t have a civil conversation with me I will hang up on you”. I then told her that she is not going to hang up on me and she’s the one who provided me with incorrect information. She then told me “I am the Owner and I will not be talked to this way. (meanwhile I wasn’t rude until she told me she would disconnect the call and she was the one talking to be disrespectfully. I have never experienced the worst customer service until I spoke with this individual. She should not be the Owner and she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with that did not want to help! Stay away from this company they are bad news and have the worst customer service. I am appaled at how I was spoke to by someone who told me she was the "Owner", however my aunt called back shortly after to talk to someone and told her that her name was [redacted]. I'm not 100% sure who I spoke to but she was RUDE!!

I FIRST JUST WANT TO START OUT BY SAYING THAT EVERYONE TAKES TIME TO WRITE BAD REVIEWS AND NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE SPEND TIME WRITING ABOUT THERE POSTIVE EXPERIENCES. THIS MORNING I HAD A LEAKY WATER HEATER SO I CALLED AHS, MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. AFTER THEM SENDING ME TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO COULDN'T GET OUT TO ME UNTIL MONDAY, I CALLED AHS BACK AND THATS WHEN I GOT JUST PLUMBING SERVICES. WITHIN MINUTES OF ME CALLING AHS BACK, THE DISPATCHER CALLED ME BACK AND I HAD A APPOINTMENT TIME WITHIN THE HR THE SAME DAY!! WHEN THE TECH DAMON ARRIVED NOT ONLY DID HE REPLACE MY WATER HEATER THE SAME DAY, (WHICH MOST COTRACTORS MAKE YOU WAIT A FEW DAYS AND JUST CONTROL THE LEAK FOR THE TIME BEING) HE COULDN'T OF BEEN MORE POLITE, AND VERY ADAMENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS WORK! I PERSONALLY, HAVE NEVER HAD BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A BETTER EXERIENCE THIS THIS ONE. JUST PLUMBING SERVICES WILL BE MY PLUMBER AND ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE!!

I was referred on 8/31/15 @ 10:30am by my home insurance AHS to Just Plumbing Services company since my policy doesn't cover to unclog drain from the roof of my rental property in Sun City, which left no usage to both toilets and showers for two senior citizens living there. I was very concern first about the cost to do the job, frustrated at the same time, and wanted the job to be done immediately. Called and Amber answered the phone. She wasn't only professional, but passionate about her job, she went the extra mile to wave the estimated fee. Here we are with the best in the company Samantha the service manager who authorized the waver, and scheduled me for service within hours. I was very pleased appreciative till I met the service tech Rich @ 4pm whose service and personality is second to none. He communicated time for us to meet, checked the problem, got his equipment's to the roof, and within 15 minutes or so the job was done. Drain was fully flushed open, he tested both bathrooms and the flow in the showers, all went perfect. At the end the charge was very, very reasonable, and we all were very happy campers. I made the right decision. Great company to deal with. Their customer service is their job one. For all your needs in plumbing, call them, and they will be there when you need them to be. Honest, pleasant and friendly people. Just plumbing Services company in Chandler AZ is the best in the west, no hidden cost, no sales pitch just they say it and do it as it is the old fashion way. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. This company was sent to me from First American Home Warranty. Worst part, I dealt with the OWNER of the company when their tech did not show up for a scheduled appointment. She said, do you want to reschedule or not? No sorry you sat waiting for 4 hours...nothing. They are the worst. Read reviews before doing business with them or allowing First American to send them to you.

    The technician arrived on site to your property (your contract with [redacted] states you are required to pay a “service fee” upon a “Request”, not us showing up) to find only tenants onsite. The tenants showed the technician the issue, which was the water hammering in the master bathroom and hall bathroom. Technician now MUST advise “your” warranty company of the complaint. Technician called into [redacted] and advised. [redacted] said they will not pay to figure out why the water hammering is happening. The technician informed the tenants, then called your number in front of the tenants to inform you. You did not answer.
    You called the office and they gave you the standard $49 diagnosis fee. JPS Inc. does not employee phone plumbers. They do not give estimates of thousands of dollars, because they are not plumbers. I asked you to provide an estimate that we so call gave you? Do you have it? We don’t, because we didn’t give you one.
    [redacted] has collected the $75 from me that I collected from you. Please contact “Your” warranty company and take these issues up with them. You do not pay me a monthly fee and we do not have a contract signed agreeing to anything either. All this is with “your” warranty company that you pay monthly and have a signed contract with.
                Mr. [redacted], you should remove this complaint from Just Plumbing and file the complaint with the company you have the real issues with. It would only be right. Your voice has been heard but my hands are tied by your signed contract with another company that we are a 3rd party service provider for.

This is the same stance repeated to me by this business when they were here but when I had to hire an out of pocket company to repair it (because Just Plumbing said I had broken it so I got some independent estimates) and the unit came out of the wall, it was clear that the unit was rusted from 35+ years of wear as an original part to the house and the company wrote a statement to that effect that there was no error or fault on my side, and that anyone who knew fawcets would have recognized the unit as being as old as the home. So I had to pay out of pocket for what would have been covered under home warranty.
Just Plumbing refused to reply to my voice mail inquiries to talk about it and had to be reported to my home warranty company who stated they had several complaints about Just Plumbing. My home warranty was provided pictures of the rusted and outdated fawcet as well as a letter from the company that replaced it. It should be noted that Just Plumbing took almost 2 years to reply to my Revdex.com complaint as well.
Just Plumbing cannot stand on its original statement when I have vast evidence to the contrary that Just Plumbing's claims were false and caused me to have to pay out of pocket for what would have been covered, were it not for the technician's error. Also, the unit was not taken apart. It was still intact inside the shower unit.

Was quoted 435$ to replace hot water heater. Price of hot water heater was not included due to the fact that Home warranty company is covering the hot water heater. Just plumbing tech said I needed 3 flex lines, fluvent, and drip leg. All 3 products are currently supplied on current heater. When I asked tech about why I need all new parts when the current parts are serviceable, he then answered by saying my system was not in "code"! I've had 2 home inspections within the last 6 years and had a plumber here 3 days before him. Niether of them 3 said my system wasn't in code! I feel Just Plumbing is strong arming me and my warranty company! I feel for customers who have been caught in this scam!

Just Plumbing Services Inc. contacted Matthew S[redacted] on 1/2/15 and left a message on both numbers. We contacted again on 1/3/15 and left a message on both numbers we were given. Mr. S[redacted] contacted JPS on 1/3/15 in the afternoon to set up appointment. Mr. S[redacted] was unhappy that we...

only can give a 4 hour window for appointments, company policy. On 1/7/15 the day of the scheduled appointment, the office contacted Mr. S[redacted] at approx. 11:30am to let him know that the technician was running about an hour behind due to the previous customers he was servicing. The appointment would be moved from a 12-4 to a 1-5, or the customer could reschedule for another time that would best suit him. Mr. S[redacted] again complained about the time frame being a 4 hour window and felt it was [redacted] and meet. The technician ridiculous that he would have to wait. The office informed him that the technician would give a 20-30 minute phone call before arriving to give customer time to arrange to  arrived to property at 4:38pm and found the master bathroom toilet was not filling or flushing. The technician had a fill valve on his truck that would solve half the issue but would need to order the special cylinder flush valve that American standard has installed in this series toilet. The vending house closes at 3 pm and would not be able to order part till Monday the 12th. Customer was greatly dissatisfied that we don’t carry ever part to fix every problem on the first visit (we would need to pull semi-trailers of parts to every job to accommodate those expectations) and advised the office of his unhappiness. On Monday the 12th we contacted the vendor, sent pictures and what info we had to accommodate the vendor in ordering the part. The vendor informed us that they don’t carry the part either and would have to order from another 3rd party. Part most likely would arrive in 10-14 business days is what we were told. The customer was then contacted to setup appointment. During the conversation with the office, the customer stated that he will only be home at 2pm sharp and insisted he be scheduled for that time only. When the office told him that appointments are only scheduled as a 4 hour window, the customer became irate, said some foul language and hung-up! At that time Just Plumbing Services Inc. felt it was in the best interest of both parties to separate and discontinue any future work. We advised customers Warranty Company of their customer’s behavior. The warranty company agreed and gave customer cash in lieu to fix toilet issue.

I was sent Just Plumbing to my residence by my home warranty to replace my toilet. My home warranty decline my request because tank was not attached ( had to remove tank because it was falling off). The tech said the would replace my toilet for a standard toilet quoted me a price and I agreed. What I received was a toilet that needs to be flushed two three times. I called to tell them that the toilet was not functioning correctly and that I wanted them to come and look at it. Tech came and told me this was a stand toilet. I stated I did not like the toilet and wanted a replacement or have it removed and wanted my money back. This was 10 days of installation. They have refused and told me they would not do anything to resolve. I have talked to two Jason you do not know who is really the manager or tech? They will not give out their last names to keep thing straight or on the up and up. Office workers are very condescending and speak as if you are stupid. I have contacted my home warranty and have complained how this was handled. I am now going to buy a standard toilet and have it installed myself.

Thanks to Jason and Matt at Just Plumbing for coming out to fix 1 problem we had in our house and took over a prior problem which ended up being a slab leak. We were without water for over a week. Jason and Matt came out was up front and respectful worked all day and fixed the leak we had in the slab of the kitchen and gave us back our water by the end of the day. Highly recommend Just Plumbing and also Jason and Matt to come fix your plumbing needs.

The plumber was very helpful to complete the task and to answer questions that I had.

When home warranty assigned Just Plumbing Service to come out and fix few leaks at my place, I decided to read some of their reviews online and I was almost about to call the home warranty and have them change the company because of all the bad reviews. Fortunately I decided to give them a try and I am very glad I did! They did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the service!

On 06/11/2015: We arrived to property and found there to be water hammering. Called "customers" warranty company and explained that there is water hammering. The customers warranty company denied customer, Not Just Plumbing. Customer is mad at the messenger, and...

maybe the customer should call back their warranty company they have a contract with and yell and complain to them about the contract he has in place for his home.. Just Plumbing Services Inc. never gave customer any estimate to resolve the issue as the tenants were the only people on-site and customer was unreachable during service. When customer called into office at a later time, he was given a diagnoses fee of $49.95 to go back out to property to figure out what the issue was. I would like the proof of the estimate amounts customer is saying was given to him to fix said problem.      As for the service fee of $75 that the customer paid to their warranty company per the contract they have with their warranty company. Customer would have to again call their warranty company and discuss the fee's they have signed and agreed too. That issue is something Just Plumbing Services Inc. is unable to control nor have the option of refunding the service fee. Thank you.

NO WONDER THEY HAVE AN F RATING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE SENT THEM TO A PROPERTY TO FIX A WATER HEATER THREE TIMES AND THEY CANNOT FIX IT. FINALLY AFTER THE THIRD TIME THEY SAID THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE WATER HEATER . IN ADDITION TO WHAT THE HOME WARRANTY PAYS THEM THEY WANTED $275 MORE. WE AGREED TO PAY BUT THEY COME UP WITH STORIES WHY THEY HAVE NOT CHANGED IT WITH. WE CALLED AND TALKED TO THE MANAGER. HE IS AS CLUELESS AS IT COMES. THIS IS SAD, WE ENDED UP CALLING THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY AND CHANGING THE PLUMBING COMPANY. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
