Absolutely worst experience of my life! The Owner called me on Tuesday to let me know someone would be out on Wednesday between 10AM and 2PM. It’s about 12:30 PM on Wednesday and I haven’t received a call from anyone letting me know what time they would arrive. I called the company and told her that someone called me the day before and told me between 10AM and 2PM and I was hoping for an ETA. The lady on the phone told me that she didn’t tell me that time she told me between 11AM and 3 PM because that’s when he works. I then told the lady that is not what she told me and that I even wrote it down and I work so I won’t be here at 3PM. She then tells me “well we all have jobs and I know what I told you and if you can’t have a civil conversation with me I will hang up on you”. I then told her that she is not going to hang up on me and she’s the one who provided me with incorrect information. She then told me “I am the Owner and I will not be talked to this way. (meanwhile I wasn’t rude until she told me she would disconnect the call and she was the one talking to be disrespectfully. I have never experienced the worst customer service until I spoke with this individual. She should not be the Owner and she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with that did not want to help! Stay away from this company they are bad news and have the worst customer service. I am appaled at how I was spoke to by someone who told me she was the "Owner", however my aunt called back shortly after to talk to someone and told her that her name was [redacted]. I'm not 100% sure who I spoke to but she was RUDE!!

I was sent Just Plumbing to my residence by my home warranty to replace my toilet. My home warranty decline my request because tank was not attached ( had to remove tank because it was falling off). The tech said the would replace my toilet for a standard toilet quoted me a price and I agreed. What I received was a toilet that needs to be flushed two three times. I called to tell them that the toilet was not functioning correctly and that I wanted them to come and look at it. Tech came and told me this was a stand toilet. I stated I did not like the toilet and wanted a replacement or have it removed and wanted my money back. This was 10 days of installation. They have refused and told me they would not do anything to resolve. I have talked to two Jason you do not know who is really the manager or tech? They will not give out their last names to keep thing straight or on the up and up. Office workers are very condescending and speak as if you are stupid. I have contacted my home warranty and have complained how this was handled. I am now going to buy a standard toilet and have it installed myself.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Just Plumbing is distorting the facts.     Just Plumbing called me to let me know that the warranty company denied the claim since it wasn't a leak, however offered to engage services with me directly to diagnose the problem.  I told them that it was a Pressure Regulator Valve that needed to be replaced.   They discounted by diagnosis and said that they would have to replace components one at a time in order to determine the problem and that it may cost several thousand dollars.    I told them that the technician didn't know what he was talking about and asked to speak with the manager.   The manager(owner)  came on the phone and began berating me in that I should indicate that the technician didn't know what he was talking about.    I again stressed that it was the Pressure Regulator valve and had they diagnosed it that way, the warranty company would have replaced it.   She (owner) refused to do that and told be to go to another plumber.   I did just that and engaged another Plumber who correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced the Pressure Regulator Valve.  I had to incur the expense myself since Just Plumbing had closed the case with the warranty company who would not open it again.  Don't ever us American Home Shied.   After the valve was replaced the problem was solved.    I basically had to diagnose the problem myself and use a different plumber to keep from getting ripped off by Just Plumbing!    Whoever reads this.............please do not listen to Just Plumbings excuses.

When home warranty assigned Just Plumbing Service to come out and fix few leaks at my place, I decided to read some of their reviews online and I was almost about to call the home warranty and have them change the company because of all the bad reviews. Fortunately I decided to give them a try and I am very glad I did! They did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the service!

    The technician arrived on site to your property (your contract with [redacted] states you are required to pay a “service fee” upon a “Request”, not us showing up) to find only tenants onsite. The tenants showed the technician the issue, which was the water hammering in the master bathroom and hall bathroom. Technician now MUST advise “your” warranty company of the complaint. Technician called into [redacted] and advised. [redacted] said they will not pay to figure out why the water hammering is happening. The technician informed the tenants, then called your number in front of the tenants to inform you. You did not answer.
    You called the office and they gave you the standard $49 diagnosis fee. JPS Inc. does not employee phone plumbers. They do not give estimates of thousands of dollars, because they are not plumbers. I asked you to provide an estimate that we so call gave you? Do you have it? We don’t, because we didn’t give you one.
    [redacted] has collected the $75 from me that I collected from you. Please contact “Your” warranty company and take these issues up with them. You do not pay me a monthly fee and we do not have a contract signed agreeing to anything either. All this is with “your” warranty company that you pay monthly and have a signed contract with.
                Mr. [redacted], you should remove this complaint from Just Plumbing and file the complaint with the company you have the real issues with. It would only be right. Your voice has been heard but my hands are tied by your signed contract with another company that we are a 3rd party service provider for.

On 06/11/2015: We arrived to property and found there to be water hammering. Called "customers" warranty company and explained that there is water hammering. The customers warranty company denied customer, Not Just Plumbing. Customer is mad at the messenger, and...

maybe the customer should call back their warranty company they have a contract with and yell and complain to them about the contract he has in place for his home.. Just Plumbing Services Inc. never gave customer any estimate to resolve the issue as the tenants were the only people on-site and customer was unreachable during service. When customer called into office at a later time, he was given a diagnoses fee of $49.95 to go back out to property to figure out what the issue was. I would like the proof of the estimate amounts customer is saying was given to him to fix said problem.      As for the service fee of $75 that the customer paid to their warranty company per the contract they have with their warranty company. Customer would have to again call their warranty company and discuss the fee's they have signed and agreed too. That issue is something Just Plumbing Services Inc. is unable to control nor have the option of refunding the service fee. Thank you.

Our company strives for the greatest in customer service, as do our employees. With that being stated, I would like to address the following allegations that were brought to our attention. We would like a chance to address the claim made against us by Mrs. [redacted]. We were called out to her property...

by her home warranty provider to service a main line stoppage. When our technician arrived to the property found that the main line was in fact backed up. The technician also found that there was not a clean out installed to access the main line in order to clear the line of debris causing it to back up. Our technician called the customer’s home warranty provider and informed them of the problem and requested authorization on how they would like us to proceed. At this time the customers home warranty provider denied the call and stated that repairs would not be covered by them to install a clean out. The technician provided the customer with an estimate to install a clean out for the main line so that the issue could be resolved. The customer declined the estimate provided and the technician left from the property. The fee that the customer would like refunded is the customers’ plan deductible charge that we collect on behalf of their home warranty provider. It is no different than a co-pay you would pay to your doctor for a routine visit. We are unable to refund this fee and would suggest that the customer discuss any refund they are requesting with their home warranty provider. Also in reference to the other plumber they had to pay, we would have provided the same service that they declined with us originally. In closing, we are a third party service provider. When we are dispatched to a call by a home warranty provider we are required to report to that provider what the problem is and are only authorized to preform services that are covered by the provider. If the provider does not cover a service we are not authorized to make the repair and then give the customer options to make necessary repairs to solve the issue at hand. We hope this helps to resolves this matter. My garbage disposal was broke I called for service, a tech came to my house immediately fixed my garbage disposal under five minutes! gave me a free drain stopper and also fixed a leak in my shower that I didn't call them out for!!!
Never going anywhere else!

My home warranty company assigned my claim to Just Plumbing service inc.

Called in claim on Saturday morning had to wait until Monday afternoon for them to come out. First thing Rich did was cut a he in my ceiling, so I have a square foot hole at my front door entry way. Plumber wasn't able to clear my toilet drain by using a manual snake. Had to remove the toilet and use an electric operated snake. Had to pay an addition $175.00 because toilet had to be taken out and put back in. On top of paying the $60.00 Service fee.

After technician left there was a burnt area on my hallway upstairs. I immediately called just plumbing and spoke with April she said the supervisor would call me back the next day. The next day I had to call back two times before he called me back. Jason the supervisor denied that Rich had left his equipment on my hallway and said there was no way the equipment would even get hot. He said I just wanted someone to pay for my carpet. Other things were discussed him bringing his equipment to my house to prove a point. Which made no since to me because he would not have been able to create the friction that caused the machine to heat up since he would not be clearing my extremly difficult clog upstairs that Rich had never seen pne like before. Jason put me on hold.

I realize I was dealing with a unjust business and called my home warranty company and put in a complaint and know I am going through the claims department with them.

Don't use them or let you warranty company refer you to them.

I LOVE THESE GUYS! Just Plumbing services never leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I've had these guys so many times [redacted] inside my home, always clean always courteous, they always make sure I get mine. Honestly there is nobody I trust to service my pipes like Jason. He's the man, he just pulls out his "snake" thingy and just sticks it in and and hammers It out. It's AMAZING!!!! Fair prices and great customer service are what make this company my go to guys.

The attachment you sent was for someone else. That is not the issue I complained about. I think someone mixed up the files. Please fix and then reply. Thanks.

The facts remain the same at this time. The customer broke the trim and handle when trying to disassemble the shower valve. The warranty the customer has states that "all items must be installed for diagnosis". And per the warranty's limits of liability section of the contract that Christa Hughes has signed states "the company can not be held liable for accidents or force".
     As the third party contractor our responsibility is to report all findings to the warranty company. The decision is not left to us to decide the customer fate. We informed the warranty company that the shower valve was taken apart, the trim was damaged, the shower handle was broken off and the valve has corrosion. It is out of our hands from that point.
It seems like the customer is not happy with the warranty coverage they pay for. Just Plumbing Services Inc is not the company that makes the decisions, we only report our findings. If the contract was with Just Plumbing Services Inc we would be able to satisfy, but it is NOT.
 
Just Plumbing Services Inc. ONLY showed up to property and called the warranty with our findings. We did NOT perform any work. Just Plumbing Services Inc can not be held responsible when not workmanship was performed.

Damon did a great job replacing a leaky water heater. He was friendly and informative. On time and got the job done right.

They collect $60 for the the [redacted], and then never fix the issue. Or they claim secondary issue. Or they fix and unrelated issue out of warranty. This has happened twice.
They become rude once you start questioning their diagnosis. Of course, I hired someone out of my warranty network and they stated Just Plumbing is one of the worst at not fixing issues and collecting a check. They have mastered it.

Works for American Home Shield. Will run up their own bill!

On 10/23/14 Just Plumbing Services Inc received a claim from Mrs. [redacted] warranty company requesting to look at a leaky water heater, not pressure surge from the city as the customer states. We setup appointment for 10/24/14 to come out and diagnose. Found a 40 gallon electric water heater...

leaking in the garage that failed due to normal wear and tear, not the pressure from the city as the customer states. Called customer’s warranty company and was instructed that the customer did not have coverage for two items that needed to be modified that equal $200 for both items. The customer had a Temperature and Pressure valve “line” that was not ran outside of the property in case the water heater has high temperature or pressure and needs to relief such items, it would cause property damage and/or injury to persons/pets. The customer paid $145 to core through the exterior wall and hard pipe copper pipe outside the home. The charge is fair for the labor, equipment, parts and material. The customer talked to the city and got confused. The city asked us if we installed a PRV (Pressure Regulating Valve). We didn’t install a PRV. Customer has confused a T&P Relief valve located on a water heater for a PRV that is located outside the main foundation on the incoming service line before it enters the property to regulate high water pressure.  This is a matter of the Home owner being uneducated in the plumbing field.

LAST NIGHT I HAD A LEAK BEHIND MY TOILET, I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO GET IT TO STOP SO I CALLED JUST PLUMBING SERVICES AND A TECHNICIAN CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER, WAS VERY THOROUGH, AND HAD MY LEAK TOOKEN CARE OF IN UNDER A HOUR. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! MY FAMILY AND I WILL BE USING JUST PLUMBING SERVICES FROM HEAR ON OUT!!!

First off let me start by saying, "I never write reviews!" However, based off such negative experiences with other plumbers I felt I had to share the amazing experience I had with Just Plumbing! I found a leak in my bathroom and called Just Plumbing for a quote. They were able to get me a service rep that very day! It only took a short time and my problem was solved. The service reps were very professional and friendly and gave me an honest price, which is very rare for the industry. They worked with my home warranty company for payment on things that were covered and gave me an amazing deal on the things that weren't covered. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thanks Just Plumbing!

We scheduled an appointment for warranty work on a leaky sink with Just Plumbing. It was difficult just to schedule an appointment. If your in a hurry to get work done, this is not the place to go. They might fit you in a week or more out. The appointment was scheduled between 10am-2pm.The technician showed up at 3pm, then after assessing that the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, he said it would take him too long to fix and asked if it was ok if he re-schedule and we agreed on Friday. In good faith I paid him for the service call $75. He didn't not show up on Friday. I called Just Plumbing and they told me an appointment was never scheduled. I requested a technician be sent out right away. The rep argued with me and said technicians don't make appointment and that she could schedule me for another time. My appointment is between 8-10am next Friday. Wow...It's taken almost a month just to get a faucet changed out. Not acceptable. I would never recommend this company for the simple fact they were unresponsive, no management available to handle the issue, and lacked communication with their technicians.
