Has been a pretty process so far. I do wish the company would have included more than one set of putty to make molds. I made a mistake and the putty sets quickly so I knew right away it wasn’t going to turn out so had to wait to receive more putty. Customer service is quick to respond and quick to ship. Will be sending my molds in to get the final product.

JustRetainers is such a great company and they are very helpful. Although I had to take my impressions a few times they sent me free putty because it was frustrating to get it right. Their prices are so affordable!

The process and method is so easy. They have saved me from spending hundreds on retainers.

Just Retainers is as simple as the name. They've made it so easy for me to get back on track with wearing retainers since having braces 7 years ago. Making impressions during the COVID-19 pandemic, I've made sure to thoroughly clean and sanitize my materials. By washing with soap and water for 2 minutes, I've made sure my molds are clean. As long as you follow the directions they've provided in the package, your impressions won't take longer than 20 minutes. I'd also recommend practicing putting in the mold holders before you actually make the mold so you feel confident in your placing.

I'm an orthodontist and have been using JustRetainers to mass produce retainers for my practice. I'm glad I can send them cases straight from my ***. Way more affordable than buying straight from ***. If you buy from them buy their molds they are a time saver!

The process so far has been easy. The only issue I experienced was I had to buy new putty for my molds - other than that no issues!

Making the molds was quick and easy. There are a lot of vids online that walk you through the process. Shipping and customer service was great. The retainers cost less than half of what my orthodontist wanted to charge me.

Terrible business. Does not respond to emails from customers. Avoid at all costs. Took my money and did not deliver a product.

I would highly recommend Just Retainers. The retainer is much cheaper than an Orthodontist. Not to mention, you can do it at the convenience of your home, and you don't have to even go to an Orthodontist physically, it arrives at your front door. The instructions are really clear too and easy to follow. They send you additional putty too if you do mess up, but wow it was great! Wasn't messy one bit.

Returned product to Justretainer.com unopened after receiveing a return label. I have tracking that shows the product was returned, I am due $80.00. Repeatedly trying to reach them by Phone, Email, website messenger but cannot get any response.

SCAM ALERT. They will never send you the retainers. Not sure if the business went under new ownership but it’s being run by a kid on his cell phone and he’s just ripping people off.

Just Retainers is very affordable compared to an orthodontist's visit. I like how simple and convenient it is and you can do all the communication via email. The customer service was great and they respond quickly. The impressions were not that hard to do if you did it properly. I haven't received my retainer yet but I'm excited to see how it looks.

I ordered aset of replacement dental retainers and I waited the allotted time, and I've never received the item I ordered I have had a few interactions with the business until they recently stopped responding not giving me a resolution in the form of a product or refund.
