My son researched different companies and found just retainers and we felt like this was exactly what we were looking for.
Customer service has been great and niw we are sending off the molds and are excited to see how the actual retainers turn out.

Overall it was a very simple process. I got the mold kit in about a week. I got the mold correct on the first time. I was able to verify this by emailing photos of my mold before sending them which made it much quicker to know whether they were acceptable or not. Would definitely recommend!

Seems like a scam. Service seemed okay when they sent another size tray, but they decided not to accept my molds( which I did five times) and I am not sure why because I followed instructions and they looked like the photo examples. I called and asked for a refund because this seemed like a waste of time and they said it would be credited to my account within five days. It has been weeks and I have been trying to call them and can not even get their voicemail now. This does not make sense. Very poor service and very disappointed customer! Saw good reviews and thought it was worth a shot but this experience has been awful! What legitimate company takes down their voicemail? I am not sure if they blocked my call or what happened but they had an automated system that I can not reach now. I can’t even get a hold of them anymore so I seem stuck with no retainer and no refund!

I ordered last January 18,2020 all I can say is Just retainer has a cheapest amount of dental retainer compare to the one in orthodontists. The package for impression kit was arrived 5 days in my mailbox and its very easy to use. I have to return it back to them so I can get my actual retainer. I cant wait to receive my own retainer from them

My 16 year old daughter lost her retainers and she used her own money to replace her retainers. She sent back the molds and have never received her retainers. She has emailed them several time and has gotten no response. She worked hard to raise $100 to replace her retainers and she basically just gave the money away. I had to put at least one star for the review to be accepted but I wouldn't even give this company that.

I love how affordable and easy it was to do the impression on my own. I did have to re-do both top and bottom impression as I should have practiced first as instructed but the support team was very helpful and responded quickly when I reached out to them. I was able to get it right the second time. Can't wait to get beck my retainer.

Bought the kit that included tray and putty. Followed directions. Got one right but messed one up. Ordered more putty and tried again, got it right the second time. The retainers came in the mail and they fit fine. All in all, a good experience, and saved me a lot of money!

Absolutely never use this company!! I mailed the molds they approved 22 days ago and have never received the retainers or had a response to my email asking when they were shipping! They even told me if I gave them a good review prior to shipping they would scan the molds and keep them on file for future purchases (scam). You receive an email confirmation letting you know they need 48 hours to respond to an email...it’s been a week and not a word from them! Their phone number has a voicemail that is not set up!! Please, please do not use this company!!!

Buyer beware!! I used a promo-code and was supposed to receive two kits for the price of one. But Just Retainers only sent me one kit. I called and emailed and received a response three days later, "The promo code is for a free second pair of retainers not a free second kit. Hope that helps!" I explained that's not what my receipt reflects, I paid for two kits. I then offered to ship the kit back to Just Retainers if the company agreed to give me a full refund. Just Retainers agreed, and I shipped the unopened product back to the company. When I received my refund two weeks later, $15 was deducted. Just Retainers deducted the cost of shipping, even though the error was on their end in the first place. I told Just Retainers that if they don't refund the whole amount, I'd report them to the Revdex.com. Here's the response I received from Just Retainers customer service, "You are free to do whatever it is you like, you certainly do not have to run things by us."

Just FYI, a company should only deduct what the buyer paid for shipping (in my case $0), not how much Just Retainers paid as seller. Free is free.

I ended up getting retainers from its Clear Retain instead, they're great quality. I would highly recommend Clear Retain if you're looking for great customer service.

Great company to work with a advice is to order extra puddy Incase you need to retake your moldings we had to retake ours and took another week to get here save some time and order some communication has not been a issue and a really affordable price I love it

I never received the retainer I ordered. I asked for a refund. They said they issued the refund, but I never received it in my bank that they said they issued it to.

I ordered a set if upper and lower retainers with additional putty. We did impressions from home. They weren't correct so I ordered more. FINALLY, after we were able to get them right according to JUst Retainers. There customer service was great up until the point where I sent in the final molds. It has now been a month and no word from them. I have emailed them in addition to calling a phone number that is listed on their website but no one ever answers. I am extremely displeased. My daughters teeth are shifting after it being so long without a retainer. When and if they decide to send the final product they wont fir her teeth anymore do to them spacing. I'm furious and dont know what to do.

If I could give zero stars I would

I was quite excited by the prospect of this company, however very quickly that changed. The communication of this company is absolutely terrible. I have had better experiences getting in contact with Comcast than Just Retainers. In order to get a response, after I had emailed, called and left messages, and emailed asking for a return, I had to file a complaint with my bank to dispute the charge. When they finally reached out, their response was " Things only get complicated if you file a dispute after you have received and used our product. In the future, you could have just asked us for a refund and we would have issued it with no problem. All you would have needed to do was return the package to us with a label we would have provided." - Funny story I did ask for a return, and they decided to not respond.

There are several other companies who provide the same services. I highly recommend to choose one of them over Just Retainers.

A disgrace of a company I simply wanted a refund because I no longer need it and their lack of communication is an absolute disgrace to all companies. I would give this established zero stars if it was possible

Ripped me off sent me putty that didn't work and didn't help me

I paid for a product and have not received what I have paid for.
Also, the retailer has not made themselves available for communication.

Just Retainers saved me! They were extremely affordable and I seriously would have had to get braces again if I didn’t find them when I did. Highly recommend to anyone in need of replacement retainers, the quality was far better than what expected!
