please see response I provided in response to the proposed resolution from WatchMaxx on Nov [redacted].  Additionally, they are now saying the watch was "magnetized" and that was why it failed to keep time.  Interesting because they contended all along that it was fine ... even after they said it would take up to 3 months to even trouble shoot the problem.  They have had the watch now for over 4 months with no communication whatsoever, and all of  sudden when the Revdex.com gets involved they mis-represent the truth and say that the watch has been fixed.  The only acceptable resolve to this is that they refund my purchase price in full.

As we told [redacted], we will fill his order for the same price he bought it for, will will not charge him more, we should have it in January.

These watches have a 99.9% perfect record time keeping record unless they are either mishandled or abused. The only delay that we had in shipping the watch back was being that the customer opened a dispute with the credit card company and they recommended that we not ship it back until the dispute was settled. Unfortunately refunding the entire amount is not an option, given the fact that the watch was altered and used. This watch has been repaired at no charge under the warranty and is in 100% perfect working order, we always strive to make sure our customers are ecstatic with our service, we regret this unfortunate incident and therefore would like to give [redacted] a $100 credit on his credit card as well as an extra 1 Year warranty. As per [redacted] instructions we shipped it back to the address he provided and its in transit.

The day the order was placed we contacted the buyer that the item...

is not in stock and will take a few days to fill, we did not charge the card as we automatically get a authorization when the order is placed. As a company policy we only charge a card once we ship the order. The customer notified us that he cant wait and we voided the authorization as well.

We apologize for the delay in having the watch repaired, we unfortunately have no control once the watch reaches the manufacturer for repair. We were in contact with the customer all along and pass on the information we receive from the manufacturer, we were told that its only a mater of days now....

Review: On January 31, 2015 . I took my daughters car in to K&K Repair . I told the owner to "fix this car as if it were your own childs car". I was told her car needed an 1100 dollar head gasket job. I was told that he also had another mechanic look at the car and this was recommended and would solve the problem. I was also told that this was " warranted and guaranteed " and that my daughters would be fine after this. I agreed, I was then told I needed a 200 dollar timing chain. I also agreed and paid. We picked up the car, only to still have problems, The CHECK ENGINE light was still on among other problems, After taking the car back, I was told we needed a WHOLE NEW MOTOR, I was told the HEAD GASKET JOB was to avoid putting a new motor in . Where is the warranty/ guarantee ? I have been going back and forth trying to make good on a bad job. I paid the additional 1100 myself. The owner [redacted] promised to pay half , all I am getting is a runaround regarding his financial woes. And I still have a CHECK ENGINE light on.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is a total refund.

Review: On May/29/2012 I had a contract with K & K to repair brake lines and install a cam sensor on a Daewoo Nubira 2000 for $ 375.00 Total cost parts and Labor, so I would pass e-check, before June. He told me it would be complete in time. On May/30/2012 he called and told me the car was done just waiting for cam sensor, I told him I did not know what he was talking about, you were to install it. Later that day I received a call from Kim wanting to know if I was picking up the car today. received a call from Ken Williams, that wrote up the contract, that the car was done and he charges a storage Fee of $ 25.00 for overnight. I walked to the Shop to get my car, found it across the street in the parking lot with Doors unlocked and windows down half way on all 4 windows, I was upset to say the lest, people walking around my car. I drove the car home and parked it up in my driveway and went shopping. when I was going home I passed the repair shop and saw my car in there lot. Ken and other came on my private property and took the car after he was told to leave, by 90 year old elderly Mother, very obset and angry. Told Ken to leave the car she would pay Tomorrow, he ignored her. I checked the work a few days later found the brake lines were hanging under the car held up be plastic ties, one line laying on exhaust pipe, another not put on support bracket. Unprofessional and unsafe and dangerous shoe maker job !!!!!Desired Settlement: Take car to other and repair the right way, remove old lines, and they pay for it, and notify the proper authorities what happened, because there will be Trouble ahead !
