I purchased a vehicle on 9-15-I was sold an extended warranty and lnsurance policyI was told the the warranty was bumper to bumperOn Sept 17th after researching the warranty company I realized that the warranty was not as statedI called the dealer on monday the 18th to cancel the warranty and the life insurance policyI sent multiple emails and phone calls an only the sales person would respondOn sept 26th after multiple attempts I was emailed the cancellation formsI was then told there was no form for the life insurance but the company controller would take care of itOn Oct 16th I received the credit to my loan for the extended warranty but not the life insuranceI have emailed them and asked about status and the same answer is given.I also requested the tax that was charge be refunded in which I recieved a check a week ago but still no credit for the ife insurance which I was charged $

I took my truck in because it was acting upThry diagnosed a bad fuel injectorFuel injector was replaced, but car still had trouble which was explained to be a knock sensor not working properly, which was hinted to be possible rat damageNot trusting the dealer I went to an independent dealer and they let me know the lock sensor did have rat damage but so did the fuel injector cable ( which had a bad repair which needed to be done)When I confront the dealer thry tell me the mechanic broke it and failed to let me know he did this repair which was not done properlyI find it hard to believe that both my fuel injector failed the same night as my knock sensor got chewed by a ratWhen I try asking the dealership to call me back in regards to the repair that want done by the book they never didIt has been over business days and I finally got my repair done by another shopI want some sort of refund to pay for this repair that was not done by the books

Having a problem getting my deposit back when a vehicle was never purchased

Honestly, this complaint could fall under several categories

I and my wife purchased a used chevy corvette from arlington toyota jacksonville .we were showed a clean car fax and told that it had a point inspection all of this was a lie next day car towed back for charging issuethey fixed it and a couple of days later got car back.I put gas in car and the next day my wife was driving it and she got real sick,told me she smelled gasi could not smell it but my nose is messed upcar towed back again and this time taken to chevy dealership.the car had two safety recalls one of which was leaking gasthe dealership had the nerve to give me a rental and then tell me to bring it back so I do not cut into the profit of the sale of the cari took the rental back and never spoke to them againthey lied and deceived me and my wife and put our lives in dangerthey never check this car out and they could care less about the my or my wife safety
