Greetings, KFHP has responded to my original request for a refund of
$136.91 by providing their internal audit that said I overpaid $187.89.
They then sent me a check for $50.98 in response to that overpayment.
As of April 30, 2016 I am in  receipt of a second check in the amount of...

$207.81. The total received is now $258.79 on an audited overpayment of $187.89.
This complaint can be closed. I will find out how much of these two checks is actually payable to me, and will proceed accordingly. However, the response to the complaint is fully satisfactory.
