Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: "Soon," coming from a department that assured me return of my funds in 3-business days, eight business days ago, is not acceptableFrankly you're insulting my intelligenceI waited hours to respond to this, hoping your company might be a little more responsive than when I contacted you last weekThe only acceptable response is full return of the funds that were fraudulently taken from my accountHonestly mistakes like this have happened to me before and the funds were promptly returned via a credit at the point of saleWhy is The Vitamin Shoppe so much more difficult to deal with? We have looked up the order in question and the order contained item and had a quantity of three orderedThe order did ship complete and we apologize if our email communication stated other-wiseWhen we receive orders we process them as quickly as we can to get orders out to our customers and unfortunately when we were contacted to cancel this order we could not do soThe order does fall under our day return policy and can be returned if you are unsatisfied

Our flash sale for 15% off did have exclusions and one of the exclusions was Sports Nutrition itemsAt the time of our sale the Sports Nutrition exclusion was clearly displayed in the banner with the notification of the saleThe item in question Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey is a sports nutrition item and would not be part of the saleWe do apologize if you believe you were mislead as that was not our intention

We have reached out to the customer via phone and email but haven't been able to connectThe BodyTech BOGO 1/off ended I week earlier than the Vitamin Shoppe BOGO 1/off this year

I am rejecting this response because: I was unable to speak to the customer service agent - she only spoke chinese or some strange language. I hung up as Vitamin Shoppe was of no help to resolve this issue.
