I requested KAT Construction come out to my property to inspect for hail damage related to the 6/11/hail storm in Minnesota I was turned to their services through a mailer A young man came out and determined that the damage warranted a new roof and a fix to the interior water damageIn bright bold letters on the front of their mailers it states they will deal with the insurance company and adjuster to better attain the desired outcome I signed their documents and scheduled the meeting between the adjuster and the KAT representative Never showed up, claim deniedAfter the song and dance of quality work and professional employees, they failed to SHOW UP and DEAL WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANYNever attempted to contact me after the appointment and calls have gone unansweredBe wary of this company as their actions speak volumes more than their words

Kat Construction kept me informed as they spoke to my insurance company and went over the damage on my roof with the insurance adjuster I was approved to get my entire roof replaced I appreciate them taking care of all the details for me I would recommend

KAT construction hired to replace roof due to storm damageThe company sent employee first in the rainny day replaced the shingles on the wet boardTwo weeks later the shigles swellThe comapny informed with the incident returned to replace for the second timeDuring this time they replaced only the front part of the house leaving the back sideAt this time the comany done the work without permit and the issue remain the sameKAT construction returend for thrid time to complete the work agian leaving the back sideI called the company to check for fourth timeThe owner sent the" employee to patch small areaEmployee reported the board is rotten and they cannot nail the shinggleWhile I was witnessing, he told his employee, just nail it, and leave"Currently the roof is leaking and the card board is not replacedI reached the comany again they responded, job not doneMy family is in agreat danger expossing to mold which might cause health effects

This was my first time replacing my roof, so I was not sure what the process would beKAT construction explained in detail each step, the whole process only took a few weeksI can say I am satisfied will the resultsI will be using their services again
