I hired KAT Construction to help me with a claim for hail damage Luis did the inspection on my roof and met with the insurance adjuster The insurance company covered my roof and gutters I had a great experience with KAT Construction and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors

I had been looking for someone to do my roof for the past two summers Everyone was either unprofessional are too expensive Kat Construction was affordable and punctual I would definitely recommend them

We stress to everyone that represents our company to explain the procedure for filing a claim and what it entails along with what the contract is for We also provide a folder with lots of information on both KAT and the procedure for filing a claim with the insurance company Our
contract is very straightforward and explains on the front in size print what the contract is for (there is nothing hidden on it) The person mentioned in the complaint has worked with many homeowners this year and we have received no complaints until this one of misrepresentation or anything else I have actually received many calls complementing her for her helpfulness and follow through I do apologize if there was a misunderstanding; we have already reached out several times to the customer to try to figure out / resolve the issue leaving voice mails but have not got a response Prior to getting this complain on the Revdex.com we knew they were upset but did not know why We are always willing to work with customers on any issues they may have

They did a great job helping me get my roof approved through my insurance They also did a great job fixing my roof in a timely mannerI would recommend them for sure if anyone needs their home fixed after a storm

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 3/16, he is going to get 3 quotes to redo the fascia. I agreed to pay the contractor he chooses to redo his fascia as long as the quote from that contractor is in line with the quote from the other two.

because is clearly that leak is coming from the roof .I had never have a problem before,after the roof was installed the stains of water appeared .

This customer was concerned about the transition flashing between his proc roof and the wall/fascia on his main roof.  We have counter flashing on the wall and a roof to wall flashing (L flashing) that goes under the counter flashing.  In addition we ran the modified bitumen base sheet up...

the wall (the base sheet is water proof like ice and water but thicker).  The entire patio roof has the modified bitumen base sheet on it and then the cap sheet over it so it can not leak and it can't leak at the transition of the patio roof to the wall.  I explained all of this to the customer when I meet with him after the roof was built and he was concerned about leaks.  I also took pictures of the flashing so he could see it.  I came back out when he said his roof was leaking.  the leaking is all over in his patio, it is a result of condensation with the warm air from his patio hitting the cold air from outside and and making the moisture in the air condensate.  his roof is not leaking and there is nothing I am able to do about condensation.  I also explained to him when I was out there that the moisture on his ceiling is from condensation.  I told him that in the spring if it rains and he notices moisture to please call me, this would indicate a leak not condensation.

acknowledge and agree they will no longer contact me and especially that no one will be coming to my house to continually harass me. In the legal advice I had sought I was advised I should have contacted the police for trespassing when someone showed up to harass me about this. In the future I will.
