We have the office call when we first put the job in our system, in this case it was about a month before we actually had the roof job scheduled. The office than calls again 1-days before we start, because the date can change from the original date set a month ahead of time. In this
case we built the roof on the originally scheduled date. We do not keep track of these calls, but have a dedicated office worker that makes them and I would be very surprised if at least one if not both of these calls were made. If no one answers we do leave a messageWe did the fascia work according to the project specifications signed by the customer. He did not like the color and told me he thought we were doing all of the fascia even though the insurance estimate only covered half the fascia. I met with him and we picked out a color he liked for the fascia and I agreed to replace all of the fascia at no cost. I told him we would schedule the replacement with him. My production manager did not call him to schedule the fascia just sent the sider out to do the work on a day that he was free and it wasn't too cold to work. I apologized and told him I we made a mistake he was supposed to be called and the time was supposed to be scheduled with him. Our guys do not pee in people's yards, I have no way of proving that it was a dog that pee'd in his yard, but I do know that is not the practice of our workers. When he called and told me he was unhappy with the clean up, I told him I would have someone out that evening to do a better job, he told me that he had already cleaned up, do not send anyone

KAT Construction was able to replace my roof right after the severe hail storm in BlaineThe company replaced my roof and part of the siding a few weeks after they did the inspectionI really thought the process was going to be take longer

Kat Construction came and knocked on my door to offer me a free inspection When I opened the door my cat flew out and ran underneath a bush The lady from KAT ran after her and got her from underneath the bush I was unable to get the inspection but I really appreciated her getting my cat and as soon as I have time will definitely be getting an inspection.I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a free inspection

We had an excellent experience with KAT Construction! I was a little skeptical about having a door-to-door company do my roof, but the outcome was wonderful! My dad is a 30+ year contractor who was always a little bit *** about his work and the work that his crew did So the final judge was him walking the roof to inspect His comment was "I haven't seen work this quality in a long time!" That is good enough for me!
