I did not tell them I created a complaint because I seen someone else hadI told them I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com because I had contacted them four times because of the price I was quoted for the Title Transfer was greater than what I had contracted for and each time I called them I was told they would check into it and get back with me the same day and each time they never got back to so I then opened a complaint with the Revdex.comI am back from vacation now so hopefully their progress on the sale of my Time Share will proceed

I am attaching Pdf's that I have for the Escape Resolutions, that are either the contract or associated documents they requested
Hope this helpsMy complaint was against Escape Resolutions, Sumday Vacations was the 1st closing company they choose to do the closing and they wanted to charge me more than the contract said I had to pay for closingThat is why I opened the 1st complaint because I was getting nowhere with itThat complaint was satisfied as they finally chose another closing company named Complete Closing ServicesMy instructions (from the Revdex.com as I remember) were that I was not allowed to complain about the closing companies because I had no direct dealings with them and I could only complain about Escape Resolutions not doing their job
Another note: I have already replied to the business response a while back and this one is no different, therefore I am not going to repeat that process again

This is disappointing. I have continued calling and finally spoke with *** who assured me that my transaction is being processed and that she will get back with me to confirm that everything is done and we’re just waiting for confirmation paperwork.I had to call about times, leaving
voicemails, until she finally called me back. I will let you know if anything more is accomplished. I have to hope that the transaction will complete since we invested a lot of money. *** ***

I recently got a call from *** at Escape Resolutions which said one of these time shares would be closing soon (I do not believe it)Yes, there one year was up on October I told him I had filed a Revdex.com complaint and he said he didn't know anything about it, but, Revdex.com gives them a bad rating because they don't pay to be a full member. I was on the phone with him for minutesHe said it is "In Closing." I asked for names of their customers who had actually gone through closing or gotten refundsHe said did not think they could do thatAsked if he could have former customers who got a closing call me for cofirmation this actually gets done sometime, and he said perhaps possibleHe claimed again we were behind in maintenance fees to *** and ***. The client contracted with Escape Resolutions the end of The contract they signed allows one year for completionWe are still well within the timeframeAlso, note per the attached contract all fees must remain current at all times and the client is in arrearsWe ask this complaint be void for these reasonsPlease see attached contract and proof of terms

We we have received paperwork from the timeshare company, not from
Escape ResolutionsThe timeshare company sent this paperwork as a result of me asking the timeshare to help me exit because Escape Resolutions was not getting completion and it had been over a year since original contract dateThe timeshare has implemented this service for owners that have specific timeshare attendance problemsWe only learned about this service in the last month and we applied for it from the timeshareThat is why we received the paperwork which is by no means final documentationThis package of document ion still needs to be approved by the timeshare and after such approval, may release us from all responsibility and ownership of our timeshareWe must wait for this release before we can satisfactorily close out this complaint
