[redacted] and his team did an awesome job! House never looked better- new roof, gutters, and fascia Went above and beyond

I would like to thank Barry for all of his help getting our shower all fixed up We had been dealing with a home warranty company for a month and a half trying to get our shower fixed Barry was able to get everything fixed up in less than a week and went above and beyond to make everything right My wife and I are very pleased with his work and would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs work done He will be our first when we need work done in the future

We had a very positive experience with Kelley Restoration They were always a bit earlier than promised which is a good thing for me! They gave us an excellent bid, saving us a lot of money They came to look at the situation again when I had some questions about it, and then were able to do the job that very afternoon! We were so relieved to have it all taken care of in such a short period of time

This company has done an outstanding job working on several projects in my home I first met Barry after he cleaned up a mess from a previous contractor in repairing water leaking through an outside area into my bedroom ceiling His professional business demeanor and great personality made for a very good working relationshipI then hired him to install electrical outlets in my basement, removal of outdated wall heater units and some other fixes All was done in a timely with very nice resultsI then hired him to replace a toilet and construct a half bath in my basement He has done an amazing job He has a very hard work ethic and works well with you in pricing and no up front feesI'll keep using his services as projects come along as I trust his work and very happy with the results

I recommend Kelley Restoration wholeheartedly The owner was incredibly skilled in communicating what was needed for a new roof, what options there were, timelines, weather delays and completion details He went out of his way to attend to all of it The old roof was removed swiftly and debris cleared very well by his team I love my new roof

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is no time line given for the full refund to be received I would like to know when we will receive the refund Maybe [redacted] will have to take a loan out to take care of the full refund Also, there was no one, not one person coming out to work on the property Even if there were a sub-contractor assigned, it is still the responsibility of the contractor I hired to oversee the progress (in this case the lack of progress) Another thing is the contractor wasn't even aware the "rental equipement" was left dormant in my yard He came unannounced to pick it up at 4:in the morningThe individual that dug up the yard, didn't even know what the plan was for the project, neither did the two men who came out to take down the porch awning They had no clue what the project was going to be or what it was going to look likeI apologize if my actions are causing finances to be tight, however, my finances are strained too I have to make payments for a loan that is accruing intrest daily In addition to that, I have to pay a new contractor, architectual design person, and surveyor We are all going through a rough time because of the actions of [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I do not understand why client would file a complaint before asking me for the refundI was never contacted and asked for financial
assistance after recent repair work was completedUnfortunately things happen during major renovations and communication is something we take pride in at Kelley Restoration
She contacted me on a Saturday to ask for plumbing assistanceI contacted her the following Sunday morning to let her know I was out of town and could come resolve the problem the following morning(Monday)
That being said
Plumbing problemsPlumbing line was part of the homes existing plastic supply line that was relocatedPlastic supply lines are prone to failure
Sower valve and shower handle are one in the sameI subcontracted the plumbing work and failed to catch the installation issue
Kitchen counter was a labor only installI was not expecting to have to cut down the countertop and use a iron to attach a trim pieceCountertops are usually manufactured to fitAll work was thoroughly inspected by homeowner and at completion and throughout the process of the project.Problem areas were noted and fixed along the way
I will and would have compensated clientWish homeowner would have reached out to resolve complaint with Kelley Restoration

Kelley Restoration WAS contacted via text on Saturday, 2/20/(1:pm) regarding the shower leakKelley Restoration responded on SundayBy that time, we had made arrangements with a licensed plumberThis was an emergency situation as water was dripping onto an electrical panel in the basement
Shower valve/supply line repairs were made on Monday, 2/Kelley Restoration was informed of the scope of the plumbing errors found and necessary repairs that same dayAt no time did they offer reimbursementI should also add that the contractor did not previously mention any concerns about plastic supply lines potentially failing
I am willing to accept $compensation (by check) from Kelly Restoration to cover labor costs on fixing the plumbing issues/repairs outlined in this complaint

I had my kitchen completely redone with new solid wood cabinets and counters at a price I could actually afford! Barry measured carefully to be sure the new layout design I wanted would fit and sent 3D diagrams of the design to confirm that everything was as I described He was easy to work with throughout the processThe old kitchen remained intact until all the cabinets and counters arrivedIt only took about a week to complete the job after demolitionEven after I paid in full, Barry came back to make a few minor adjustments at no additional charge

UNDERSTAND COMPLAINT AND AM GATHERING SUB CONTRACTOR INVOICES AND ENGINEERING INVOICE FOR DECK WORK.GENERAL CONTRACTOR RELYING ON HELP FROM PROFESSIONAL CREWS/ CREW MEMBERS. TO MANY JOBS SIGNED THIS SUMMER AND NOT ENOUGH QUALITY CONSTRUCTION CREWS IN ST LOUIS.. HOMEOWNER WILL HAVE A
REFUND BY 8/19/2017KELLEY RESTORATION WILL NOT BE SIGNING ANYMORE PROJECTS UNTIL PROPER MANAGEMENT AND CREWS IN PLACE.I APOLOGIZE FOR HOMEOWNER INCONVENIENCE

Awesome company Very customer freindly Responsive and always available Returned calls and emails very quickly Did a great job replacing our roof, gutters, siding and shutters Would recommend them to anyone

I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work or services providedI had wind and hail damage from a storm on my roofI was provided a complimentary estimate in a timely mannerMr *** met with me and my insurance claims adjuster & guided me through each step of the processI have received several compliments on the finished work from my neighborsI would highly recommend services, and will use his services if needed again in the future

Customer complaints are valid.. Sub contractor was hired to take care of all phases of projectDid not go as plannedI have invested with sub contractor and an equipment rental expense of 1950.00I was doing customer a courtesy of early pick up due to rain starting and did not want to
damage property.. Because of the bad communication, I agreed to pay customer in full*** *** accounts for a good part of my business and have been cut off from multiple projects that were near completionI am a small company and rely on this cash flow..Expenses on jobs and not having the right help in place causes great stress compensating projects in full where there are expenses.This not and doing what I can to collect on projects and sub investments to get customers satisfied with full refunds.. My sincere apologies to the frustration of this clientWill keep them informed pf payment processingThey are a priority for payment

Kelly's restoration was easy to work with as you change your mind while work is being done it is no problemWe are very happy with all the work he did and would recommend them too do any other work we need

I cannot recommend this company I am unhappy with the work they did
