I hired Kelly Restoration LLC to repair and replace my roof He started and completed the job on time He kept me informed as he was doing the job and his price was less than all of the other bids that I got I highly recommend and will use him again myself on future projects!

Customer and I never discussed a dollar amount in any of our email correspondence.. I am mailing a check for $this morning

I am rejecting this response because:
There is no time line given for the full refund to be received.  I would like to know when we will receive the refund.  Maybe [redacted] will have to take a loan out to take care of the full refund.  Also, there was no one, not one person coming out to work on the property.  Even if there were a sub-contractor assigned, it is still the responsibility of the contractor I hired to oversee the progress (in this case the lack of progress).  Another thing is the contractor wasn't even aware the "rental equipement" was left dormant in my yard.  He came unannounced to pick it up at 4:45 in the morning. The individual that dug up the yard, didn't even know what the plan was for the project, neither did the two men who came out to take down the porch awning.  They had no clue what the project was going to be or what it was going to look like. I apologize if my actions are causing finances to be tight, however, my finances are strained too.  I have to make payments for a loan that is accruing intrest daily.  In addition to that, I have to pay a new contractor, architectual design person, and surveyor.  We are all going through a rough time because of the actions of [redacted].

I've used Kelley Restoration 2 times and have had good results in each. First one was for deck repair which multiple contractors said would need a full replacement. Kelley Restoration was able to replace to boards, posts, and railings for a good price and we are very happy with the results. Second was a big project where they built a cabana area for our new pool. It turned out great they were proactive about overseeing and driving the job to it's completion. They didn't mind working the weekends to catch up for heat/rain delays and are always quick to answer questions/calls. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

[redacted] was hired to fix siding and re-roof our house after storm damage last fall.  He did the work but obtained some additional funds from insurance company that was to go toward putting in a new window. He said he would be back to do it after he was done with a fire restoration...

job.   He said it was ordered but then came back with saying he had trouble finding it and more excuses.  This was Early in 2017.  In May he said he would not be able to do the window. We asked for our money that was due us, approximately $1800.00 and he was to send it.  Never did.  My husband had been dealing with him up to this point.  I contacted him myself in June, 2017.  He has repeatedly given me excuses and out right lies, saying check was mailed, it would be mailed, he moved his business, has had account temp problems.... My husband and I have both tried emailing several email address we have for him and have left several messages on his phones.  He will not respond now.   FYI His business in Maryland Heights has not had a current business license this year.  I checked with City of Maryland Heights and he is delinquent.

to a loss in my family and out of contact circumstances. Have communicated with [redacted] an several occasions through process and have responded to him within an hour or two every time. We pride ourselves on communication.

I recommend Kelley Restoration wholeheartedly. The owner was incredibly skilled in communicating what was needed for a new roof, what options there were, timelines, weather delays and completion details. He went out of his way to attend to all of it. The old roof was removed swiftly and debris cleared very well by his team. I love my new roof.

I have not received my refund the business promised me to have as on 8/19/17. I honestly haven't heard anything from the business at all.

Very proactive communication, fair price, and good quality work.

I would like to thank Barry for all of his help getting our shower all fixed up. We had been dealing with a home warranty company for a month and a half trying to get our shower fixed. Barry was able to get everything fixed up in less than a week and went above and beyond to make everything right. My wife and I are very pleased with his work and would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs work done. He will be our first when we need work done in the future.

This company has done an outstanding job working on several projects in my home. I first met Barry after he cleaned up a mess from a previous contractor in repairing water leaking through an outside area into my bedroom ceiling. His professional business demeanor and great personality made for a very good working relationship.
I then hired him to install electrical outlets in my basement, removal of outdated wall heater units and some other fixes. All was done in a timely with very nice results.
I then hired him to replace a toilet and construct a half bath in my basement. He has done an amazing job. He has a very hard work ethic and works well with you in pricing and no up front fees.
I'll keep using his services as projects come along as I trust his work and very happy with the results.

We had a very positive experience with Kelley Restoration. They were always a bit earlier than promised which is a good thing for me! They gave us an excellent bid, saving us a lot of money. They came to look at the situation again when I had some questions about it, and then were able to do the job that very afternoon! We were so relieved to have it all taken care of in such a short period of time.
