We had a project involving replacement of a concrete landing and a few steps, plus adding a few feet of chain link fence and some chain link fence repair work. Barry K[redacted] responded quickly to our request for a bid, gave us a very reasonable bid and was able to begin the work soon after. The finished project turned out better than we had hoped and we will probably use him again. I have already recommended him to an acquaintance.
In this case, Barry did most of the work himself, he is friendly, conscientious, and we will be contacting him again. His card says their "Mission is to Streamline the Construction Process by Effectively Communicating." I'd say "Mission Accomplished".

financial assistance after recent repair work was completed. Unfortunately things happen during major renovations and communication is something we take pride in at Kelley Restoration.
She contacted me on a Saturday to ask for plumbing assistance. I contacted her the following Sunday morning to let her know I was out of town and could come resolve the problem the following morning. (Monday)
That being said.
Plumbing problems. Plumbing line was part of the homes existing plastic supply line that was relocated. Plastic supply lines are prone to failure.
Sower valve and shower handle are one in the same. I subcontracted the plumbing work and failed to catch the installation issue.
Kitchen counter was a labor only install. I was not expecting to have to cut down the countertop and use a iron to attach a trim piece. Countertops are usually manufactured to fit. All work was thoroughly inspected by homeowner and at completion and throughout the process of the project.Problem areas were noted and fixed along the way.
I will and would have compensated client. Wish homeowner would have reached out to resolve complaint with Kelley Restoration.

Kelley Restoration WAS contacted via text on Saturday, 2/20/16 (1:36 pm) regarding the shower leak. Kelley Restoration responded on Sunday. By that time, we had made arrangements with a licensed plumber. This was an emergency situation as water was dripping onto an electrical panel in the basement.
Shower valve/supply line repairs were made on Monday, 2/22. Kelley Restoration was informed of the scope of the plumbing errors found and necessary repairs that same day. At no time did they offer reimbursement. I should also add that the contractor did not previously mention any concerns about plastic supply lines potentially failing.
I am willing to accept $400 compensation (by check) from Kelly Restoration to cover labor costs on fixing the plumbing issues/repairs outlined in this complaint.

Barry Kelley with Kelley Restoration is fantastic to work with! His company did a wonderful job on our roof replacement. From start to finish, he handled all of the details, which made our lives so much easier. He was a referral from one of our neighbors and we have shared his contact information with friends and family for their future needs. Highly recommend!

We used Kelley Restoration for two projects and were very pleased. The owner was easy to work with, brought in qualified assistance as needed, and completed on time.

Barry [redacted] and Kelley Restoration were very easy to work with and did an excellent job. They did a roof repair, inside drywall repair, replaced gutters, and replaced some soffet and fascia. Barry went above and beyond for us to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Mr. Kelley power washed and sealed our exposed aggregate driveway. HIs company did a great job: they were thorough, timely and communicated well with us.
