In response to consumer complaint, Prestige was able to reach out to Mrs*** and come to agreement. Mrs*** was able to speak with one of our Vice Presidents Leah S***. Mrs*** was satisfied with their conversation. If Mrs*** has any issues in the
future she is welcome to contact our office. We do look forward to working with Mrs*** in the future.

In response to this rejection, I believe we have addressed Ms***’s concernKunes County Ford Lincoln Mercury did submit the credit application to PrestigeWe are unaware of any specific instructions from Ms*** to the dealership

In response to this complaint I reviewed the account history
and compared it to the trade line submitted to the Credit Reporting Agencies
(CRAs). Our AVP of Customer Service reached out to Mr*** in an
effort to discuss and resolve his concerns. Unfortunately, she never
heard back from Mr***. However, we did send Mr*** an account
statement showing that he has been past due over days. With that said,
we recognize that there may be mitigating circumstances or other facts that we
are unaware of, so in order to properly address Mr***’s concerns, Prestige
has sent a request to each of the credit bureaus, to update his payment history
to paid on time.

I am rejecting this response because: I am still in the hole for this vehicleYes the vehicle is in my name and I take responsibility for thatHowever when the vehicle and the third-party went into default I was not contacted at all whatsoever regarding thisI was only contacted after the title to the vehicle in my name was given to the third-party who is not me and does not have any identification showing they are meI was never talked to about this vehicle until after the title was given awayI was never talked to about this vehicle regarding any loan balance until after this company already gave away the title to the vehicle in my nameThe title nor The vehicle are in my possessionThis company gave away a title to a vehicle to somebody else who's name is not on the title. So yes I of course reject their responseI have received two calls this week from this company, but I prefer not to speak to themI will do it through here so it is all documented I have nothing to say to themThe only thing I would like to hear from them is that this is just a loss on both of our endsI do not have the vehicle nor the title to the vehicle that is in my name, and they do not have the balance left on the vehicle that they gave away a title for itHow they can give away a title for vehicle still owing money is besides me. I would like to be completely done with this company as I'm sure they feel the same about meI am not understanding why both of us cannot take this as a lossI feel they did not do what was correct in giving away a title to a vehicle in somebody else's nameEspecially without contacting me to see if there was anything I could have done firstI definitely would not have been OK with this company giving away a title to a vehicle in my name with a balance and then coming after me for a balance when they gave away the title

We received the complaint and reviewed the accountThe *** have been long term customers with our office and are nearing the end of their contractDuring most of the life of the account there was one account managerUnfortunately, he is no longer with our office so a new account manager was
assigned to the accountThe new account manager did notice that the account had late fees and non-sufficient fund feesMost of these fees were incurred early on in the life of the contract due to late and returned paymentsHowever, as the *** are close to paying off the loan and have been good customers we have waived the feesI have called and spoken with Ms*** and let her know of the resolutionIf they have any additional question they can contact Grady M***, Compliance Officer, at ###-###-####

In response to consumer complaint, we have been able to do a full investigation with regards to the consumers concerns. Prestige did not change the consumers due date without the consumers knowledge. On March 7th, the consumer changed her due date on our website. She was then
read a disclosure to again change her due date on 05/27/2016. At this time Prestige has placed a Partial Cease and Desist on her account and she will not be receiving any phone calls until she is days past due. The consumers due date at this time is the 25th of each month. The consumer is aware that there is no grace period on her loan and Prestige does need to receive a payment every single month. I am rejecting this response because:December's payment was only returned due to the mistake of Prestige FinancialI informed the company immediately that a mistake was made only to be told you couldn't charge or offer that amount when my account manager did and that I needed a bank statement to proceed with any refundsA second payment was returned due to fraudulent activity on my account and not due to insufficient fundsI was unaware my bank would reverse a payment with Prestige in May It is now June 6/6/and I have yet to receive a call on my vehicle or my personal belongings in the carPrestige is known for selling customers vehicles and not applying the amount they auctioned the vehicle off for to their balanceIt's illegal at this point to keep my personal belongings along with the car tag issued in my nameI will file a police report for my belongings and also seek legal action as Prestige had no authority to repossesse my vehicleI must remind them I was NEVER LATE on my account until they messed my account up in DecemberThis company is a predatory lender and the reviews on the consumer affairs website will prove many individuals are planning a class action lawsuit against this companyI offered to pay them any balance owed for the miss communication of a returned payment I was unaware of in May, but they refused to return the car in my possession.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: An apology does NOT assist in the embarrassment ensued- This was the result of an overage of that your company would not budge from- even after an explanation was advised. Prestige was contacted several times by the dealership to explain the difference, and several times the loan was rescinded. The vehicle was delivered and I believed all to be completed. Prestige took it upon themselves to default upon the loan and require the vehicles return. THIS IS THE WORST CASE SENARIO AND THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE MADE AWARE TO *NEVER* CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I am rejecting this response because: When I called in initially on 1/10/the person that I spoke to regarding this issue, which you should be able to pull the call and listen to it because he said you keep recorded calls for days, you will be able to hear him tell me there is no documentation besides notes that were put in your system, no call he can pull, no proof besides the notes, that say I agreed to a date changeI was never read a disclaimer agreeing to anything or the date would have never been changedI work for a company that also notates calls and anyone can say anything in that notationIt doesn't mean it was done and that most definitely doesn't count as proof that it happenedI know $of that $is my deductible which I am happy to payBut I am not paying for something that I never agreed toI even had GAP send me the contract you guys sent over and it says the 1st payment for my loan is due 5/28/So that means that you guys sent the wrong contract to GAP in that case.

I am rejecting this response because:
I apologize I missed your email on 2/Prestiage sent me the title of the car with no statement at all, nothing advising how much I overpaid, and now I can’t get anyone to call or email me backMy title was in an envelope with a blank piece of paper. I can no longer log into my account, nor can I obtain account details with my account number through Prestiage automated system. The overpayment I'm sure is no more than a couple hundred dollarsAt this point it is the principle of the matter. NO business should be able to refuse to give you a payoff amount, then deny access to your account, and refuse to call or email a person back with their account informationThis should be illegal I've overpaid as result of prestige not being willing to give me my pay off amountThey will not address this matter on the Revdex.com complaint, and they are denying access to my account

I am rejecting this response because I called immediately after the payment was sent directly from the bank & was advised by a representative it was there but it take 60days to post to the accountThe check was dated for June as my other creditors that where paidPlease delete the day late from credit reportMy car was Paid in Full .

In response to Ms***'s complaint, Prestige Financial has placed a cease and desist on contacting her place of employment and the references listed on her account. The Assistant Vice President over her account, Travis, was able to contact Ms***'s situation and explain the reason
for contact. Ms. *** was pleased with the resolution to this situation

In response to consumer complaint from Mr*** The Assistant vice president was able to contact Mr*** and explain how this loan works Mr*** agreed he would continue to pay on the loan for a while longer and understands that he is doing everything right on the loan at this point
