There is no reason for Medallion to delay or put off your service.I will personally make sure my service manager calls you today to take care of this issue.Thank you

My service dept called the customer on 5-8-between 1:30-2:No one answered so we left a message.The framing for the screen has to be a light weight material so the screen framing is aluminumMedallion strives to make all of our customers happyWe have a full service dept for that reasonI urge *** *** to call us so we can take care of her issue,thank you

The service department has contacted me several times and have set a date to come to my residence to get all of the necessary measurements and required information to move forward

I am rejecting this response because: I told your sales agent several times that it seems smallSo I did go over the layoutThey assured me it wasn't going to be small but clearly even there deck builders said a by ft deck is small and these are the people that make the decks not the sales personI was lied to and now you all want more money to add onThey quoted $2,for an additional by ft but I was charged $8,for a by ftShouldn't my deck cost $6,than if we are measuring it by by ft to add onThe issue here is the size of the deck and what was sold to me verbally before I signed the contractI was taken advantage of because I had no knowledge on decks! Maybe you should make sure who ever you send to someones house for a free estimate doesn't lie to your consumer and lets be honest here people fitting on my deck was completely a lieCan you imagine people the size of your sales man Eric L*** fitting on a by ft deckNO! Your company will not EVER get another dime out of me financed or notI will make sure everyone that I know will never use your company and I will place my review on every site I can.

I am rejecting this response because:Clearly this business has no ethics and I'm wasting my time and need to take further steps in resolving my $problem for services never rendered, for products never ordered, permits or HOA permissions never givenWith that said they cannot build a deck for my house anywayI was crystal clear to the sales rep that I could not proceed until financing was obtainedThe sales rep contacted my in Mid April after the days which he stated would not be applicable understanding that financing was a must for the $17,project Since this company wishes to hold on to my money based on the below response between my phone records and witness statements on the conversations I had with the sales rep I'm very certain as well as my legal counsel that my chances are great in court! For a company to be so unethical knowing that they did not perform any work or lose any money and wishes to keep customers monies who work so very hard for is dishearteningI wish for the Revdex.com to make their decision as they do not deserve a A rating for their dishonesty and future buyers WARNED not to enter into any contract as their only concern is the money at no cost or concern of the customer.

Medallion followed procedureWe received the HOA approval and executed the permitThe next step would be the install,thank you

Medallion will be out by Tuesday 8-16-to inspect the issue's the customer hasThe lifetime warranty is only on the finish on the bullnose borderThe concrete has a one year warrantyServices have to be coordinated with the customerSometimes this will delay the service.

Anybody that applies for a loan must go through a credit checkI would think anybody would know that.No financial institute will give you a loan without checking out your credit and debt ratio.The customer signed a legal binding contract with Medallion with all of the information that the banks
needed to give them a loanThe customer was turned down from *** *** and *** ***They where the institutes that where offering the years no interestWe can not control who the banks approveWe did get the customer approved through *** *** for years no interest and no payments for monthsMonitoring your credit and keeping your credit score up is the best thing to do if you do not want to get turned down by the banksThe customer can also pay cash as a alternative solution. This response does not address the deceitful business sales practices of Eric P*** a Manager at MedallionThe company doesn't take responsibility to honor what theit Manager statesIf the company will not honor what we were told and lead to believe from the Manager Eric P*** then we will close this matter and take other actions to address the advertising presented by Eric P*** the ManagerThanks

Not sure where the confusion is about the security doors that were installed for *** ***There is no place in the contract that says the plexiglass is one way glass.Its clearly marked on the contract that the plexiglass is tintedIt is illegal to install one way glass in a doorMedallion can
install a solid piece of plexiglass that you can't see in or outEverything was installed per contract and when the job was completed *** *** signed a certificate of completionThe sign off on the completion is saying that the work was done to the customers satisfactionMedallion strives to satisfy each of our valued customersMedallion would not mislead any of our customersThank you

I am rejecting this response because: this business and their staff lacks integrity, I have NOT received any messages from them There is no need for me to call them again for this very reason The general manager never returned my call prior to filing this complaint I explained in my complaint as well as during previous discussions what I want to see happen to resolve this matter Keep in mind I even offered to incur some additional limited expense for a redesign of the screen door They are not customer oriented and if the Revdex.com wasn't involved, I most likely would not have received any response at all

There is no manufacturer warrantyThe manufacturer went out of businessThis is why Medallion offers 50% of each new window that is replacing the old damaged windowMedallion can not control who goes out of business and we can not warranty a product that is not made anymore

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because: In any business transaction a consumer must have a reasonable amount of time to assess the product, determine if the product is of value, and make choices as to the credibility of product as assessedThe law is very clear in providing these conditionsAs such, it is the general practice of credible businesses to allow for the return of products when consumers are unsatisfied with the product or the level of serviceIt is extremely disconcerting in this case that Medallion Doors/Fence/Windows would believe that they have no obligation to uphold this practice, PARTICULARLY when no goods or services were provided to this consumer, but more importantly after they discredited themselves when they provided information to the consumer that did not correspond with what was presented at the time of engagement---When a consumer purchases a vehicle, they sign a contract; if later they determine that they do not want the vehicle they may return it BUT at least in this case THEY have an item to returnIn this case the consumer notified Medallion in advance of service; hence no goods or services were provided by Medallion which makes it unclear as to why Medallion has any expectation that payment should be renderedThis is fraudulent at best, exploitation at a minimal.
