Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
I have reviewed the three pictures. So, it looks like there was tape on the back windshield wiper when we entered the car wash. However, upon exiting the car wash there was no tape on the back windshield wiper. This confirms that something did malfunction in the car wash. I had requested the complete video of the cayenne going to the car wash. These three pictures did not help with more than the tape being on the back windshield wiper as we entered the car wash.  Upon exiting the car wash there was no tape on the back windshield wiper. This confirms that something did malfunction in the car wash. I had requested the complete video of the cayenne going to the car wash. These three pictures did not help with more than the tape being on the back windshield wiper as we entered the car wash.  I would like to request again a copy of the video complete. Also. I am requesting a mediation to resolve this issue.

On 3/22/14 around 4PM my sister went into the KFC in sparks, NV @ 275 N McCarran Blvd. Sparks NV. She ordered 3 bowls, biscuits and a large coleslaw side for her our mom and I. The bowls automatically come with a soda and she was not given the cups for the soda plus the potatoes in the bowls were not really that hot. I called the KFC and told them and the gentleman said "No problem put on the receipt that you talked to me and that [redacted] was the manager and we will replace the meals". On 3/28/14 at 3:40PM "[redacted]" comes out and ask's me what was wrong with the order so I told him and then he said "You've done this before with the bowls". I said "No I haven't, in fact I have never but once had a bowl from this location", He said "No I remember you and I have given you a replacement before and this is the last time". I said "No I have never done this and I have no idea who you are". He kept insisting that he knows me and he knows I have complained before but no proof. I said "Your rude", He said "Oh well I could be rude and not replace the order". So he threatened me as well as bashed me verbally and humiliated me in front of staff and the public. I called KFC corporate and finally a guy named "[redacted]" said he is the DM and he would reach me in a week when back from vacation, so out of respect I was patient. "[redacted]" is the owner. But he insisted he is the DM only, I have that in print from him. He gave me a corporate number to call if I couldn't wait but then he later tells me if I had called it would have just gone to him again, so why deceive me? "[redacted]" praised [redacted] for his numbers and hard work. Never understanding my frustration or that what "[redacted]" did was wrong. "[redacted]" bullied me kept talking over me and didn't want to hear what I had to say. "[redacted]" said he got conflicking reports from staff about that day but of course there would be. He won't tell me what, and refuses to talk to me again. He had nothing to offer me and could care less about how I was treated. I got a coupon.Desired SettlementI asked for an apology letter and 50 meal coupons, I was told by "[redacted]" the owner, I was asking for to much. I want this taken care of as I was humiliated and bashed verbally in public. KFC kept putting me off and finally made time to talk to me, then offered me nothing to make the situation better. "[redacted]" said he talked to the owners and they are prepared to offer me nothing, the thing is, he is the owner. Until now he doesn't know that I know that. I was treated by "[redacted]" as I am wrong.

Manager[redacted] made several mistakes on my drive thru order. Had to get out of my car with the intention of having my order fix. But to my dismay, the manager was really rude and aggressive. Seeing that all his employees were all hispanics and they were laughing at the situation. I felt very threatened, the manager was all up and arms when I mentioned that I was going to call corporate. He was very belligerent towards me and my child. He said he'll call the cops, I also called the cops. But that was the first time I felt so threatened inside a fast food chain. Compared to [redacted] whose stores have a safe haven place sign. I know fear for my life because he has my information because I paid with my debit card. Hope the owners of this franchise will learn to employ better workers. Thank you for your time.Product_Or_Service: $ 5 fill upsOrder_Number: #[redacted]Desired SettlementThe knowledge that I will not fear going to a fast food chain and fear for my children and I's life.Business Response I would like to state that this issue has been addressed with my manager [redacted] at the location so he understands what happened and what he could have done differently to prevent this complaint. I want to reassure you that no guests are in danger at any of our locations when they make a complaint no matter who is working or the severity of the complaint. Our company has many policy's in place to prevent this from happening and we are doing everything in out control to manage this. My manager [redacted] does not have any contact information of the guest non her credit card information. The information used to process her credit card for the sale is kept with the credit terminal company and no persons in the store have access to this. This is for the safety of our guests to use their credits cards with confidence that their information is secure 100% of the time. The guest did contact our hotline to resolve this issue and stated that she was happy with her resolve.

Review: My wife and I went in on 9/3/2014,at 11:30am. There was only one person working (covering drive-thru and the counter),there were 3 people ahead of us,who left(tired of being ignored),plus 6 others behind us (didn't even get in line-walked out).We were in line for 30 minutes before being served at 12:10 Pm,by then the other employee came in from outside ?.I wanted to leave, wife didn't.Desired Settlement: We weren't even offered a cake ?,or a discount for the inconvenience of being ignored. They need to do their parking lot before opening ?,or whatever he (cook ?)was doing outside ?.Our order was$38.91,should have gotten something for the inconvenience.I filed a complaint on their site the next day,to date they have ignored us/me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I just talked with the manager earlier today, she said that she'd replace the whole meal (16 piece meal bucket). All I have to do

is tell them my name is on the paper, can pick up anytime.

Review: I went through the drive through at the Staunton, VA KFC on 7-5-2014. When getting home with my families meal, I realized that my 12 piece meal was incorrect, I got a 8 piece and no chicken legs. As a parent, my children have an easier time eating the legs. I called back to the store on the way back and asked to speak to the manager, he said he would give me the correct chicken. When I got to the drive thru a man handed me a bucket, inside was 3 wings and a breast. I parked the vehicle and as I went inside, the man was now outside smoking a cigarette, I said this still isn't correct to which he replied "Whatever" and starting asking me why it wasn't right. I told himi I needed "the legs in the meal I ordered". I went inside asked for the manager and was told the man I spoke to was the manager. another young women asked what was wrong and I told her, I said I wanted to speak to his boss or have their number and was told they couldn't give me that information and they were calling the police. "All I want is my order". They went got a bucket and threw the chicken in a bag and told me to leave before they called the police. All of this was done in front of other customers. When I left, I was followed into the lot, and then the manager starts pointing at my car. I rolled my car window down and told him that he was being unprofessional, he said I needed to learn how to order and that I need to ask for legs. my receipt says 3 breasts, 3 legs, 3 thigh, 3 wing. I cannot believe I was treated this way in front of other people. Humiliating and degrading me. I work hard for my community, and a restaurant that treats people this way does not belong. I too am in a retail position, if I treated people this way, I would not have a job.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in full for my order of 34.02. I had to return to the store, spend more gas money and then be publicly humiliated like I was a criminal.

Review: Back on February 19,2014, I went into said restaurant while on my dinner break. And ordered the 5 piece buffalo wings value meal,I didn't get what I paid for (got the regular 5 piece meal).Contacted them by website to complain (that night),to date I have heard NOTHING back from them. This was at 7:08pm,(carryout)server-[redacted].I was asked if I wanted in on a drawing for $1,000.00 ?,said YES !.But I know I will be disqualified for doing this,ONLY their regulars get a chance (over $50.00 month ?).Desired Settlement: Simply a acknowledgement of my complaint, and to show concern for the mistake (if it was a ?).By the store manager, complimentary meal ?.

I will go in tomorrow to get my free meal ?,will take a copy of this report to show proof of who I'm (no troubles ?).

Review: This is the 7th complaint that I have filed with KFC during a order that I did not receive my full order. Last night at 8:30 I went thru the drive-thru and ordered a 2 piece meal with 2 sides- mashed potatoes and potato wedges and only recieved coleslaw, which was not even what I ordered.

Review: My iPhone 5 was stolen from the 4290 Clairemont Mesa Blvd San Diego, Ca restaurant at approximately 11:16 am. I accidentally left my phone on the counter when I ordered food today. I did not realize what I had done until I had left. I returned and was told that there was no phone. I called the restaurant to report that my iPhone tracker reported that it was at the restaurant. I spoke directly with the manager, described the phone in detail and she left the phone to inquire with her employees. She returned back to the phone and said it was at the restaurant. I returned a second time to pick it up and was told that it was not there after all. This is concerning to me, not only are the cashiers (mine was [redacted]) displaying dishonest behavior but the manager (didn't, get her name) was a willing participant.Desired Settlement: Return or replacement of iPhone 5.
