I am confused does *** *** want to pay 17,750.00? Or does he want to pay 17,000.00??? reading his complaint below it doesnt seem clear, I am not clear on what he wantsWe wil sell our Altima for the advertized prizeand long as a customer meets the requierments for all insentives.
Kerry Nissan's web site advertises a sale price on several of their Altima cars at $17,But when I call to discuss the pricing they say this is a misprint, the actual price is $17,However it has not yet been corrected on their web site nor on the AutoTrader web site

We would be happy to review all numbers with Mrs ***, However a Mr, *** came into our dealership yesterday 6/demanded that we open our ADP and show all numbers, first that is not possable after a deal is in Booked ststus, which it isWe wrote down the numbers and we
explained the numbers to this getemmen.at this point he he called my F&I manager a "ft" and spit on the office floor after stating that he was going to his attorney.The hard facts are that they did trade units in, we showed both of those in the deal and they had a considerable amount of negitive equity, that we had to cover thus adding this amount to the top selling lineThey also Purchased Finance products once they were in the finance office to complete the transaction If Mrs*** wants to come in and have this re-explained to her we would be happy to do soHowever we are not comfortable with Mr*** returning to the dealership

Kerry Nissan did reach out to meOffered to sell me this truck for aforementioned price point, but what these gentleman did not tell you is they in fact knew would be returning to my home in FloridaI still have interest in purchasing the truck but I will not be able to make the hour trip back to Florence KYThe truck was offered to me on Feb that was a MondayOne day after I left KyI made it abundantly clear to all parties involved I would be leaving Sunday Feb I am a contracted employee that has to make specific job related deadlinesThis truck should be shipped to me or I should be provided more incentive to make a hour round trip for a problem that should have never occurred in the first place

Not only has Kerry Nissan NOT addressed this matter, they also confirmed this information with *** *** *** *** after telling ** *** to remove the inquiry Attached you will find *** *** *** ** *** response along with the inquiries in questions on my current credit report (inquiries may take up to days to be deleted) To be clear, I made it known to the salesman that I was trying to finance a home and this was why I did not want new inquiries on my credit report These inquiries (which do include Kerry Nissan, as seen on the attached PDF) undoubtably made the difference between the "very good credit" standing that I currently hold (***) and the "excellent credit" standing that I should be As my mortgage is currently in underwriting and it's now too late for Kerry Nissan's blatantly destructive actions to be remedied, this undeniably will cost me thousands upon thousands of dollars in interest rates Feel free to give this to your legal department as they will be hearing from the Kentucky Attorney General as well as a private attorney as soon as we close on our home

Customers car is fixed and she is happyThe car was fixed at her home town DealershipSteve R*** our service Manger talked to her today

Thank you bringing the customer response to us. The customer did bring the car back in. After looking at the car we have found that the running concerns that were previously fixed are still fixed. We did find that the car has a draw which is killing the battery in the car which is causing the no start concern. WE have left the customer a message we are willing as a onetime goodwill to install a used cluster at no cost to the customer only because she has come in multi time for the running issue. The customer will also be informed that we will need to recheck and make sure that are no other issues after this repair. If there are it will be at the customer’s expense if they approve any additional work. Kerry Nissan sent a price quote to Mr*** that was a mistakeThe quote was on a Marano S not a Marano Platinum that Mr*** asked forOn the quote it has a invoice price for a S modal not a Platinum modal. The quote also states what the invoice is on a Marano S is and
what they sell for in the areaThat price is considerably lower than a Platinum modalMr*** brought in his price quote to the Dealership and was first told by a salesman that we would sell the car at that priceSalesman went into Sales Managers office to make sure we would take the offer for the car, The Sales Manager ask the salesmen to write up the offer and bring back to him with a commitment from the customer to buy the car today, and then he would look at itWhen returning to the sale managers desk,The manager looked at the offer and noticed it was a mistakeThe Manager invited the customer into his of to inform the them that there has been a mistake made on our quote, and that we are very sorry for the mistakeWe offered them money for gas for their inconvenience. I realize that the process seemed like we accepted their offer but at no point did a Sales Manger say or offer for sale a platinum Marano for such a low price. We definitely feel bad for our mistake but at no time did we purposly try to mislead anyonein talking to Mr*** we have found out that he is no longer interested in purchasing a Nissan

I dropped my car off at Kerry Nissan on 4-10-After not hearing from them on 1-16-18, I contacted them and was told after testing the alternator they found it is not the alternator it was a problem with the clusterTo date I have not gotten my car backIt has been ten days of me waiting without any means of transportationI called today and was told they are waiting for the partI feel I am being jerked aroundI see this issue to soon require legal intervention

Thank you for bring the customer complaint to our attention. Ms*** car was dropped off on 4-10-for the no start problem which has been noted in length with the previous responses. We did order the used gauge cluster for the customer on 4-17-18. We are at the mercy of the vendor waiting for the part to come in. As of writing this message the part just came in. Tomorrow 4-26-we will install it and retest to make sure there is no other issues as we informed the customer in the previous responses. The charges that Miss *** is reffering to are strickly bewteen her and Hyundaithese charges are a resuld to the condition of the Huyndai that was turned into HyundaiHyundai reported that tires needed replaces as they both had "slaches" in the sid wall of themAll rims has signiffcant damage
to them.We understood that she was over on milage and did take care of those charges as prommisedAs all lease returns they are requried to be turned back to the manufacture with ware and tearaccording to Hyundai this was not the case, Kerry Auto group has nothing to with these charges. This is a closed matter for us

Mark K*** talked to customer today offered to cancel the deal, Customer stated they wanted the car fixedThey will be picking the car up Thursday
