[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The main issue is that my son drove miles to make a deal that would involve the end of lease on the Altima based on the previous conversations with Kerry's sales team membersTo make the sale and the payment schedule , all negotiated discounts were then made towards the new carThis could have been done at a local dealer in Msand not incurred another miles Today I am receiving a bill from Nissan in the amount of $4,for the end of lease charges that my son is not liable for ...I amI have leased vehicles for years and never have I ever received a bill for end of lease chargesThese charges have always been negotiated into the new deal and this is what my son was told would occur

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.  We have worked on the Ms. [redacted] car The complaint has always been that the car is cutting out and loosing power not a no start condition.  Over the multi times that the car has been in the shop for service we have addressed the concerns...

as they have come up and even the last visit took care of the repair at no charge due to the multi trips the customer has made into the shop.  All that being said we need to look at the car and see what is going on with it.  Before the customer contacted the Revdex.com she also contacted Nissan North America and Informed them of the same thing and that we would look at the car for no charge to see what is going on with and what needs to be done to repair the car and at that time we can make a decision if it is something we are going to assist with.  With you have any other questions please feel free to let me know. Steven R[redacted]Service DirectorKerry Nissan

I do not accept that someone cannot show me EXACTLY how much was given on a trade in for each vehicle. Further, the way the entire deal was done was purposefully misrepresented to us, as we had made clear multiple times our intent. We were told the car was "Less than $30k" because we had looked at a used Maxima and were told that wouldn't help our situation. The numbers provided simply do not bare out the information provided to us.  The numbers were NOT explained they were simply given as if that was an explanation for this deal. As Kerry owns the "booked" numbers I do not believe that an appropriately approved person cannot access those numbers. It simply makes no sense that exact figures cannot be found/viewed etc for quality control. I will not be going to Kerry's dealership as our interactions before yesterday were not professional. The Kerry staff were rude to us, blamed the salesperson for incorrect sales numbers (my understanding is the salesperson is simply a way to relay messages) and acted totally inconvenienced by our asking for an explanation.I do apologize for my husband's outburst, but this deal was totally misrepresented to us, I believe since there was a reprint of paperwork that the incorrect paperwork was signed and this mistake has cost my husband and I over $12,000. I would imagine if anyone at Kerry lost $12,000 personally and was simply trying to understand why none of the numbers are matching up they would be irate too. I want exact figures on how much was credited to the purchase of the vehicle for each car. I want an exact breakdown of finance charges, rebates, etc. There simply is no logical reason that a person who has appropriate security/credentials cannot access that information and provide it to me in an official written format.  That would be a start in attempting to resolve this issue. The numbers may not be correct (which is my suspicion) so I cannot guarantee that it would resolve it. But Kerry's refusal to provide simple exact figures is disheartening and resolves NO questions. Given the way this entire situation has been handled it's not reasonable to expect me and my husband to just accept what is printed out by someone who the day before blamed a salesperson and whose only explanation is "rolled up".  These figures aren't estimates.  If a finance representative cannot explain to me in writing what was "rolled up" and how, then they don't truly understand the finance process.

The customer came to our dealership on Dec 27, 2016 to purchase a vehicle. While he was here, we appraised his car, agreed on a price for the purchase as well as his trade in. At that time, he filled out and signed a credit application (see attachment) and consented to us pulling his credit as well...

as submitting his credit application to lenders for credit approval. The signed credit application specifically grants us permission for credit inquiries, and submissions to lenders. If we can help any further, please contact us.

[redacted] General Manager, has just spoke to Mr. [redacted]. They have come to a resolution. Thanks!

in response to Mr. [redacted] statement of us running a credit report without his permission. We have a signed credit applacation on file. We do not run credits with customers permiossion. He was promised 4 new tires, we did install 4 brand new tires that are to OEM spec's.The Vehicle had a trailer...

hitch on it already. So everything that was promised was delivered, and at delivery time he had no complaints. Mr. [redacted] came back at the end of may ststing that his AC in the rear of the Vehicle was not working properly.Mr. [redacted] understood that the vehicle was sold 'AS IS' and signed all documents stating such. After threats of bad mouthing our dealership if we would not pay to fix his AC, as it was never promised, we advised Mr, [redacted] that we had fulfilled our obligation to him and nothing else was promised or owed. and we cincider this matter closed.

This lady is very rude plus she has no clue what she is even talking about. This lady is making up stories as she has made up the entire story. This is not going to happen. She will receive nothing from Kerry Nissan not now and not ever. She can complain all she wants , complain to whoever she wants...

she will not get a penny from this dealership , understood. Case closed.

Nissan told us they would pay off Hyundai for all obligations to the vehicle. I was charged extra fees for turning the car into them instead of taking it next door to Hyundai and those charges being paid for was part of our agreement. I was told by the car salesman that I would not pay any disposition fee ect.. I have proof that he said he would get the disposition fee waived as well. I fully understand that the tires were scratched however there was no other damage to the vehicle and we were told by the salesman that they did the appraisal on the day that we signed the lease and everything checked out fine. The salesman ensured us that we would not get a bill from Hyundai for anything other than over mileage. I would have kept me car and never went through Nissan if they weren't going to pay off Hyundai like they promised me.

In response to concern ID [redacted] for [redacted], I would like to provide the following information. Both policies have been cancelled and the refunds sent to Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. Here is the information on each refund: Check #[redacted] in the amount of $1595.00 was sent January 22,...

2016 for the cancellation of the extended service contract. Check #[redacted] in the amount of $699.00 was sent January 26, 2016 for the cancellation of the tire and wheel protections contract. I am also including copies of the checks with this transmission. We wish to offer our apologies to Mr. [redacted] for the delay in processing these cancellations and consider this matter closed. Sincerely; [redacted] - General Manager

We have addressed this issue with the customer. We do not pull Credit reports without customers permission and signtures. This has been turned over to our legal department.

it is unfortunate that Miss [redacted] believes that this was misrepresented,
In truth there are many documents and contracts that state that she was allotted 12K miles a year or 36K miles for the 3 year lease agreement. the lease never was conveyed to her  that the...

lease was for 30K per year or 90K miles for the term of the lease.
We have turned this matter over to our legal counsel, We whish the best for Miss [redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I agree.
Regards,
[redacted]

Discussed with the management involved and I will have them Nissan GSM contact the customer directly to resolve the concerns. Thanks,[redacted]
