We agreed to del. the truck to Mr [redacted].

We have addressed Mr [redacted] issue and have resolved this issue to Mr. [redacted] satisfaction. I understand from Mr. Root that he is now very happy with the resolustion.

   Is correct on most of here issues. We have sent the 2,680.00 to the lender as that is the law. this was send out last week to the Lender as this is the law. The lender will lower the total amount of 2,680.00 off the loan amount. We have left 2 voice Mails for Miss [redacted]...

to this effect.
This case is resolved, and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

I personaly handled this Customer issue. I believe it is resolved to both our satisfaction. Thanks

Customers vehicle was inspected by [redacted] from Nissan and was offered a Goodwill where Nissan would pay for parts and Cust pays labor. Since that offer Kerry Nissan has given cust another $350.00 off of labor. Cust has agreed to that. Tell us why here...

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Attached is a screen capture of the quote. There are additional correspondence regarding color and scheduling a visit, which can be sent upon request. The quote specifically names the trim line as Platinum and has the MSRP that correlates with the same Platinum Trim. We were told multiple times by the sales representative that management would honor the quote. We would not have wasted our time providing sensitive information if we had known Kerry Nissan was NOT going to honor their quote. We also would not have put our identities at risk by providing that same information. We were never offered an apology when onsite nor gas money for our troubles. Those comments are a flat out lie. The entire scenario was discussed multiple time with the General Manager and Internet Sales Manager via phone after filing this complaint in which I stated no apology was ever offered onsite. These lies provided as a response prove that Kerry Nissan is unethical. This response is not acceptable.

[redacted] (GM kerry nissan) was very understanding and I believe he did everything he could to help me out. Unfortunately my grievance with corporate Nissan continues as it goes back to beginning where a rep from corporate initially told me to stop what I was doing and have the truck towed to the dealership for their diagnostics to better suit me. If I had known that it meant I was gambling $650.00 diagnostic fee whether or not it would be covered or not by corporate, I would have never made that decision. When I spoke with Regional manager at corporate, she told me that that initial person wasn't qualified in giving me that advice and shouldn't have said what he said. They also informed me that they couldn't give me a copy of the recording of the phone call between that person and I.So, my dispute with the dealership has ended and corporate continues. I feel like I was coerced into making this gamble with diagnostics and feel like I should be reimbursed for their mistake. Also, as of today, I still don't have my truck from the dealership who is still working on my clutch. You do the math as to how long I've been without my vehicle.

Nobody has reached out to me and each of these inquiries, including Kerry Nissan's, is on my credit report as of today.  As we close on our home in three business days the damage has been done and will cost us thousands of dollars in interest rates.  We will also be reaching out to an attorney.

We have to have proof from Mississippi that the transfer has
taken place  before any funds will be released.  And the paper work had been in that stat more that long enough. And futher conpenstaion will not be cobsidered untill this matter is cleared up.

The complaint with the customer has been addressed and recitified.[redacted]

This customer picked up a check the week before Christmas. Both parties agreed on said amount. Kerry Nissan considered the case is closed.

I had spoken to mark several days ago and then spoke with David this morning. They said they were going to cancel the transaction with the feelings that we wouldn't be satisfied with their resolutions. After speaking to David again, I explained that I would still like to keep the car, I just wish for it to be in working order, and to my satisfaction. With that being said, they said they would go forward with fixing the issues related to the car and get it back to us on Thursday, but possibly Friday. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Again, After further investigation, our reply remains the same.
The charges that [redacted] is reffering to are strickly bewteen her and Hyundai. these charges are a resuld to the condition of the Huyndai that was turned into Hyundai. Hyundai reported that 2 tires needed replaces as they both had "slaches" in the side walls of them. All 4 rims has signiffcant damage to them.
We understood that she was over on milage and did take care of those charges as prommised. As all lease returns they are requried to be turned back to the manufacture with normal ware and tear. according to Hyundai this was not the case, Kerry Auto group has nothing to do with these charges. 
There were no promises made beyond the mile overage, which we did pay.    
This is a closed matter for us.

[redacted] was informed that Kerry Nissan would sell the Titan for the price he requested. I informed him on FEB. 12 of our decision and have not heard back.

We have turned this matter over to our Attorneys, They have in turn reached out to MR [redacted] that we are contacting all banks to resolve this issue.
