On 2/29/2020, I purchased the Keto product online, thinking that I was only paying $29.95 plus an additional item for $19.95. Instead, I was charged $39.99 x 5 = $199.99 AND $20.00 x 4 = $80; Grand Total = $279.99.
I immediately requested a refund, as I felt that their advertising was misleading and I wanted to reverse these charges before anything could be shipped. After returning the goods and repeatedly requesting my "approved" refund, I have yet to hear from their Return Department, nor received a refund. It's now July 31, 2020!!!

Here is my timeline:
2/29 - purchased online
2/29 - immediately requested a refund
3/26 - received 2 Shipment Notification emails
4/19 - send 2nd refund request
4/19 - customer support (Mark) responds requesting a photo of unopened package
4/26 - photo emailed of unopened package
4/28 - customer support acknowledges I'm still in the 120-day satisfaction guarantee. Encourages me to stick with a steady routine.
4/29 - responded to customer support that due to Covid 19, I'm unable to afford this purchase and am still requesting a refund.
5/2 - RMA Confirmation #*** received for RMA: *** with return instructions
5/2 - RMA Confirmation #*** received for RMA: *** with return instructions
5/6 - Items returned via Exp 1-day *** (Tracking#:*** and #:***) totalling $77.55
5/7 - Items @ 11:45am, Denver, CO. 80239. Item signed by C. SILVA
5/13 - Requested status of return. Customer support responds, the return department has yet to review my return; once reviewed, return will be processed.
5/13 - Emailed *** receipt as proof of returned items
6/1 - Emailed pics of items sent as further proof
6/18 - Requested status of refund via email
7/14 - Emailed proof that items were delivered and who signed for the package
7/29 - Requested status of refund via email
7/30 - Received bounce back email that email was undeliverable to ***
7/31 - Created complaint with Revdex.com.

I ordered KetoBHB with a 100% warranty. I emailed after a month and asked for a refund. I was given an RMA number *** and sent to return address Returns and Receiving, ***. My tracking receipt showed my package was delivered June 8 2020. I’ve emailed twice since regarding my refund and now my emails are not being delivered and I have no refund.

I placed an order for 1 bottle of Keto BHB Fast for $69.99 on February 27th 2020 (order #***). An option popped up saying you could purchase extra supplements to help with this but there was no option to check yes or no that you wanted the additional bottles. When I received the confirmation of my order on the screen it showed that I was also charged $80 for a 4 bottle bundle pack of Keto BHB Fast supplements (order #41015). I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THAT PURCHASE OR REQUEST THE SUPPLEMENTS. I immediately called the company and told them I wanted to cancel that portion of the order as I had not wanted it. They told me that having the supplements was the only way the original bottled I wanted/ordered would work and that they couldn’t cancel any of my order as they had both already been fulfilled and sent to shipping. I told them I found that hard to believe as it had literally been less than 1 minute since I had placed the order but they insisted and told me that there was a 90 return policy on the products and that I could return them after receiving them and/or trying the product. This was not satisfactory and I told them that but they advised me there were no other options. When I received the items on March 16th I called to start the refund process and wasn’t even going to bother using any of the items as I was so discouraged by the companies poor ethics. They urged me to try the products as there was a money back guarantee and they extended the return to 120 days (order #105111). I tried the products and had no success at all with any of them, therefore, on April 27th I requested a full refund. They issued me an RMA Number: *** and all 4 empty bottles as well as 1 full bottle of a supplement that was a duplicate of another was mailed back to the address they gave me (Attn: Returns & Receiving, ***) ALONG WITH THE RMA # AND A COPY OF THE EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING THE RETURN. We shipped the items back certified so we would know when it was delivered and the item was confirmed as received by them on May 11th. As I mentioned, the package HAD THE RMA # AND A COPY OF THE EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE in the box with the bottles so there is no way this could have been missed. I followed up several times with the company between May 27th and June 10th where they were indicating it had not been reviewed yet but they assured me that even though they couldn’t give me a time period on when it would be reviewed that it would be. June 10th is the last time I received any response from them telling me this. I have emailed at least once a week since that time with absolutely no response and there has still been no refund for the $149.99 to my card. I have a total of over 20 email correspondence with you to provide proof of everything I have indicated, so I would appreciate the money FINALLY being refunded ASAP!

Back in January 11th of 2020, my wife became interested in a product of Keto BHB Fast through an add on ***,
through which she was taken to their website where she went through the process of ordering what she thought was
a three month supply of Keto BHB Fast for the USD price of $29.99. Shortly after, and on the same day, I looked
into our credit card account and found three pending transactions posted, each to be paid out to onlineketomarket.com,
for the CAD values of $80.41, $2.61 and $268.08, all totalling $351.10 CAD.

I immediately called the number given on their website (855-694-4278), and told a rep what had happened and asked him to
cancel all orders. He told me there was nothing he could do and suggested that I send an email to
[email protected]. From here started a string of about 15 emails between myself and the support team of Keto
Fast BHB over the period of from January 12 to May 13 of 2020. They sent me an RMA number: *** and instructions to follow to return the 8 bottles of pills they had sent us, and without opening their package, I re-addressed it and
sent it to them via Canada Post. Following the tracking number given, their Returns and Receiving department received
the package on February 10, 2020.

I waited 10 days, 41 days and then 91 days, from the date they received the package, each time emailing them, asking them
"what was the problem?", and each time they responded with "Sorry for the delay. Our Return department will process
your request soon and you will receive an email confirmation shortly".

This being 168 days following the date they received the returned package, I am giving up on the return department of
Keto BHB Fast, and am filing this complaint with Revdex.com.org. I have copies of all the emails and documents that were sent
and received.

On March 21, 2020, I purchased 4 bottles of KETO-BHB with a 90 money back guarantee. After a month, I was NOT satisfied with the results and emailed the company to see how to return them. They gave me an RMA # and address to send them to. I mailed them to that address on April 28th, 2020 and my tracking # shows that they were received. To date I have received no refund. I contacted the company by email several times and they responded indicating that the refund was coming and that I would receive an email indicating when. I have never received the refund and though have attempted many times to contact them, have had no response.

I ordered Keto BHB Real pills on 4/21/2020 with a 60 day moneyback guarantee. After order went thru my checking account the price was not what I expected, plus there were additional pills included as a separate purchase which I did not order. I called customer service same day and was told they could not cancel my order as it was already in processing and I would have to wait until I received them in the mail and then ship them back for a refund under the 100% money back free for 60 days. They extended my warranty to 120 days. Once I received the package I asked for the return address. Took a few emails to obtain it but finally got it. On May 26, 2020 I went to the post office and mailed them via UPS with a tracking number. It was received at their return address on June 1, 2020. As of today after several emails I have not received a response. The phone number I originally spoke to a rep in customer service is now a recording. 2/28/2020 Purchased products, tried to cancel sale immediately. Have emailed numerous times to return. Company took some time to acknowledge transaction. Finally, on 4/1/2020, gave me details to process return of products for refund. With USPS tracking. They received products 5/22/2020. I’ve sent numerous emails asking about my refund. And haven’t heard back from anyone.

I have asked customer service multiple times if I can get a refund since the pills have not worked for me and it's been over 60 days. No response. The website says that if you are not satisfied after 60 days, they refund you . I have been trying over two months to reach someone. I just want my $200 dollars refunded. And I will send the pills back. I dont even want them .I still have the packaging and everything .

I ordered the Keto Product back on 4/25/2020 at 7;09 PM. Customer care received my request refund on May 19th 2020. They sent me the following information and the address to send the keto back to. See the information below.

I have sent 14 emails and tried to contact them through there customer care but there is no answer and no response. it has been right at 38 working days and I have heard nothing. Can you help me? I ordered products and was told they were returnable. They are claiming that because of Covid they want you to use their support line which doesn't work. I need to return the products and get my money back.

I returned the unused product to the company within the allotted time frame. RMA Notification #***. I asked my bank to delete the charges due to returning the product; bank did delete charges but weeks later added the charges back stating the charges were valid. My husband went to the bank to explain the product was returned in a timely manner and he received a letter from the bank stating that the bank had in fact charged me for the product.

After numerous emails with this company including one where they requested a letter from my bank showing that the charges were applied back to my account so I was charged for the product, I did attach a copy of said letter and now have not heard anything from this company at all. Their customer service response emails had been decent until I sent them the letter from the bank - as they requested - which proves they do owe me $299.99. I have requested status of my refund several times and no response received.

I have a RMA# for product that I returned to this business on April 28th and have confirmation they received it on May 4th. I have numerous emails back and forth regarding my refund in the amount of $149.95 which I have not received as yet. I called their phone number and was given an email address to write to as they are not taking calls in the office due to social distancing. I tried the email and it does not exist.

I returned their products and it was delivered to them on 5-21-2020. I followed directions for return.I have reached out by email several times about my refund. They have not responded. I have called the support number and only a recording is available, There is no way to talk to any one.

This company charge my credit card without telling the amount you would be paying. I looked at my bank charge seconds after completing my order and was shocked. I call to cancel my order and they stated that is was already in the fulfillment to be shipped and that I would have to wait until I receive the product. Once I receive the product I shipped the products back through UPS. No one will email me and I have to receive my refund. Its been 45 days since the receive the products . This has been awful

This is a complete SCAM!!!
They charged me over $200 and I returned as soon as I received exactly how they instructed. Every time I reach out, they message back "they acknowledge my receipt of my return and will process my refund". It has been since March and still no refund. They now do not even bother to acknowledge my emails or attempts to contact them.

Hello, I placed an order for only the Keto BHB and was charged for two additional products that I had not requested not ordered. When I initially contacted them and mentioned that I was not interested they suggested I try the products and that they would authorize a 120 day trial for a full refund if I was dissatisfied. The products did not work for me and I returned the products via the RMA order # *** and ***. I sent the items via certified mail so that I could track there arrival and they were received, but I have yet to receive a refund or any confirmation information what so ever. I have sent email after email after email and have received zero responses.

I bought this product it said it was made in US. It came with a bunch of chinese writing on it.
it has a 120 day money back guarentee. I returned the product promptly. Sent tracking info and have yet to recieve my refund.
I have all of their emails and return guarentee.

If I could give this company a zero star I would . This company is very misleading my credit card was charged 279.00 without my authorized them to do so . I want to try pills and packed the order and the same day I order it I tried to cancel . Then I noticed the extra charges in my credit card . They have a police mainly back no matter what . I sent the pills back and I have don’t have there product I been waiting for a refund for over 3 months .I tried to email them at first they was responding. No one is answering there phone . When you call they tell you to email and different email which is not valid . No one has contact me about my refund . I’m very upset about this matter . I have contact the better business about this company and it still not resolved . They took my money

Back on March 14th I ordered a product that I was expecting to pay $65 for but somehow was billed almost $300 for 5 bottles. I immediately attempted to cancel the order or adjust it but was told it gets sent to their fulfillment center right away and it was too late. I waited till the product arrived in April but refused it from the post office so it could be sent back. I checked with the post office and it was shipped back to the company on April 18th but I don’t have a tracking number because I refused the package as I didn’t want to pay another $30 in customs fees.
I have been emailing this company periodically and the last time I received a response from them I was told that because I didn’t accept the package and write a specific return authorization number on it that it would take extra time for them to figure out who the package belongs to and to get a refund. Well it’s been 2.5 months since the return and now the company is no longer responding to my emails for information, all I want is my money back, they have their product and probably already re-sold it..

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They are however very misleading in their advertisements but also in the fact that I have attempted multiple times the communicate with them over the last 2 months and my emails were have not been responded to. I have received the confirmation of refund and therefore am satisfied with the outcome but still they have terrible customer service.
