I answered an ad online which promised a free bottle of Keto diet pills; just pay shipping$4.95) for which I entered my cc info.

Product arrived: 3 bottles Keto, 1 Garcinia, 1Green Coffee and 2 bottles of Tumeric, none of which I had ordered. My credit
card was charged $149.99 plus $80.00 for the tumeric. When I called the company to reverse the charges and return the product, she said I had apparently clicked on some obscure button authorizing said purchases. Not that I recall...must have been imbedded in their hype.She refused to refund my money; then everything was shut down, and their was no way to reach
them. I have since been taking the product faithfully, and it has done nothing for me they promised. In fact, I have gained 10 pounds! I am willing to return the rest of the product, but want a full refund of $229.99. This is a scam! Deliberately misleading people in their ads and order blanks.

When I ordered the product I was told that I purchased a buy2 get one free. The cost should have 39.00 per bottle. After the purchase I noticed a total of 149.99 plus another 80.00. I called them right back a hour after the order was placed and was told I should have rejected the the additional products by checking some obscured box that did not show on my phone and then he proceeded to tell it was to late to cancel because the order had already shipped. They said I had a 90 day complete guarantee. After complaining about being lied to they increased the guarantee to 120 days. The order was placed on April 11. 2020. I received notice that my order shipped on April 16, 2020. I received it on April 20,2020 I have sent numerous emails asking for information on returning the product because it’s not working for me and they keep trying to force me to keep the products.

I am rejecting this response because: I have the packaging the items were sent in and I have received an email stating they will refund my money. You can however close the complaint since I will be getting a fill refund

Went to purchase one product from company and was charged for 3 and sent 3 in the mail. When I saw what was happening, I attempted to shut down the transaction, but was told I could return after receipt and that my order had already been shipped (it had only been 3 minutes). Later, I found out from my bank that the company was attempting to process more fraudulent charges. The bank put a hold on my account and reissued me a credit card. When I received product in the mail, there is no company identifier, contact info, or way I can return. I attempted to go to the website to seek contact info and it has been removed. Now I am out $100 and 3 bottles of supplements I do not want.

Do not order from this fraudulent company, they charge more than they advertised for. My purchase was 59.99 and they charge my credit card 69.99 and another 80.00 dollars, you can’t contact anyone and the email address sends you the same message over and over. I repeat Keto BHB is fraudulent. They are using Orpra Winfrey and Ellen Degeneres to lure you in. Don’t purchase it’s complete FRAUD!!!

Ordered 1 bottle of product at advertised price of $29.99. Received 5 Bottles total charge of 199.99. Trying to find contact info to return entire 5 bottles for full refund.

Placed: 02/28/2020 06:03am , To begin this order was made by a minor with that being said tried to cancel the same day and the response was a denial with the excuse that it had been shipped which was not possible. I have all emails sent and received by this company with no positive response nor receipt of the merchandise because it was never delivered.

When Ms. spoke to one of our Customer Care representatives, we were unable to cancel her order. This happens due to the large volume of packages we ship every day, we are unable to single out one package and remove it from the production line. We would like to apologize to Ms. for the inconvenience this has caused.

I attempted to purchase one (1) product for $39.99 and when I submitted the order, it was for five (5) items for $39.99 each and four (4) additional items @ $20.00 each. I immediately (within two minutes) called the company back to cancel and they instructed me the order had been processed and I would need to wait to receive the product and then return it. So I waited, received the product and returned all the items (9), unopened/unused via *** (***). Two weeks after sending the returned products, I had to email several times to confirm their receipt of the returned product. Finally, in one month, March 26th, I received an email advising that I would be refunded $199.99 and $80.00, total of $279.99. However, I was charged $285.59. Therefore, this was a partial refund, owing me a refund of $5.60. With this, I have communicated via email several times requesting a full refund, to no avail, the company has instructed me that they can only refund the product amount and no associated fees. The $5.60 is on my credit card statement as international tax/fee; I and my bank are located in the US and this company is located in the US, so I don't know where international tax/fee would apply. This amount, $5.60, may be a small amount, but it is associated to the original charges, and I am required to pay it to my credit card company. This company states a 100% refund and this certainly is not true. #1, I received fraudulent charges on my card with this company presenting their product for $39.99, but then bundles 5 at $39.99 each. #2, added four (4) additional products at $20.00 each. #3, would not allow me to timely (with 2 minutes of order) cancel the order. #4, only provided a partial refund after several follow-up emails. #5, incurred $11.75 cost to return the product, plus $5.60 of associated international tax/fee. I am out of $17.35 dealing with fraud. It is not the amount; it is the fraudulent practice of bundling products and making it difficult to return.
