Was sent Keto Cleanser that I never ordered.
Can not use the keto product that I was sent. Never ordered both bottles. They refuse to refund 1st bottle & want to chrg me a stocking fee for the 2nd bottle. I never order the product. Very crooked company. Oh they told me I had 60 days to return. Now they tell me only 30. Really bad company.

I ordered from them on 6/7/2020. They sent me an order that was definitely not what I wanted. They failed to respond to my communications.
I ordered from them on 6/7/2020. I ordered one bottle of KetoCleanse for trial @ a special price. I went through their order form line for line as they were trying to sell me additional products. I only ordered one bottle of KetoCleanse. They ended up sending me 1 bottle of Keto Cleanse and three bottles of KetoFast (which I did not order). They even sent a packing list saying they sent 5 bottles of the KetoFast (which I did not order) but only received 3. I contacted them via messaging 3 times with no reply. I called their number 3 times and got hungup on when they heard I wanted to return the product. They finally sent me an RMA (reacting to an email that I sent) for return but stated that they would charge me $5 a bottle return fee and would charge me for any missing bottles (Including the 5 bottles sent, not on the order, but ended up being only 3 bottles that were sent.) I called many more times saying the RMA return was for 3 bottles of the unordered product not 5, and got not response from them. I went beyond their 30 day RMA return policy, awaiting an answer about the wrong packing slip and could not send them back.
I even cancelled a bank card because of this transaction and had all the hassle of that.

I ordered a free trial bottle and have been continuously charged ever since.
I ordered a free trial bottle of KGX keto pills and KGX detox pills on March 24, 2020. My order number was *** and came from Starcutter diet products in Colorado. I paid $13.87 for shipping and received the products. Then I was charged $89.91 on April 12, 2020, $89.91 on May 12, 2020, and $89.91 on June 12, 2020. I did not agree to pay this and was not informed that I would be charged. The ad from which I bought the pills said that you could buy a bottle and only pay for shipping to try them out. I would not have bought them if I knew it would cost so much. Since the initial order, I have recieved 1 additional bottle of KGX detox pills which I did not want and did not order. Other than that, my card is continuing to be charged every month and I do not know how to stop it.

It was actually male enhancement product They advertised it 2 for $49.00 and charged my card $250.00. I called them back and no answer so emailed them
I ordered off an add see attached and it said 2 for 49.99 after ordering I checked my debit card and they took 250.00 as you can see on the receipt they added product that I did not order. I tried to call them and they will not answer their phone. on hold several times for at least a half an hour or longer. This company is a rip off if they do not contact me back my next complaint is the Attorney General and of course facebook since this is where I found their add.

I purchased their product and after a few weeks I contacted customer service to return for a full refund, as advertised.

paid with my Mastercard debit card. I emailed many times for a refund and was told it was being processed. only would get refund if all the correct info was included int he return, such as all the product, order #, tracking # and RMA # they supplied me.
it was all included.
first few emails said it was received in the warehouse but not processed yet. now they have stopped responding.
I have been working on this for a few weeks.

Was told buy 3 get 3 free. Total $98 billed 199.99. Called to complain was refused a refund. And the employee was very rude.
Found an online ad about KETO BLAST. Oprah was promoting the product. The advertising said buy 3 bottles and receive 3 bottles of keto blast free. Checked out the total was $98 and some change. Then was charged $199.99. Called and was harrassed by an employee who was claiming to be a manager. Refused to refund the $100 they owed me. We still have not gotten our package. The tracking number does not exist on fedx or ups.

I purchased a one time "free" and then received multiple charges of $80+ and a product I didn't like. Customer service would not cancel.
I purchased my free trial on February 29 for $13.87. I received and email that my product had been shipped and then a few days after that, the package arrived. Then the last week in April, I received another package of this item and went to check my email to see if there had been a shipment email, but I could not find one I tried to go back to see where the previous email had been sent from and find the website, but no website to be found.

I emailed the February 29 package update email address and got this email:

However, both times I received the exact same sized bottle.
I replied to this person and told them I had just wanted the free trial and I did not enjoy the product and I needed to cancel and hopefully get refunded for the package that I had just been sent. The reply to that was:

on 5/6/2020 at 1:38pm I placed an order with keto 15 min. later I tried canceling it for being over charged order #XXXXXX charged $99.98 supposed to be buy one bottle for $49.99 get one free order# XXXXXX charged $29.99 supposed to be a add on to the other order for $19.99 finally found a phone # to call them to cancel at 1:52pm tried explaining to some gentleman that I was over charged and wanted order canceled he tried saying they didn't have a special for the prices I told him I told him yes that is what the ad said he said no I told him I didn't care I wanted order canceled and my money back he precedes to say well I have good news and bad this when I got mad and told him that I didn't want to hear any bad that I had just placed the order and should be able to cancel and get all my money back he was like again I have good news & bad I said let me talk to your supervisor he said I am the supervisor I told him he was a liar to let me talk to some one higher up then him he said there was no one so talk to me I got real *** started screaming at him and finally I hung up on him and tried calling back to try seeing if someone different would answer no one answered tried calling 4 more times got no one so I found a email address I have sent 5 emails since yesterday with no reply but yet they keep sending me emails to buy other products. they have plenty websites where you can order *** from them but none to cancel an order or to write a review about them . I have just now found a different 1-800 supposedly for them that I will try but I doubt I will be able to get anyone to resolve this to what the claim 100% money back guarantee

Spoke to agent 158 Darian for over 15 min who claimed to be a supervisor. I was seeking a refund or even a partial refund. He told me several times no and there were no refunds and I was outside the 30 day refund window. I never saw anything in writing about a no refund policy. He stated that he could offer 14.00 back. I spent over 160.00 and said that seems unethical and I'll be making a formal complaint. He put me on hold to see if there was anything else he could do, then offered me 86.33 back which is a little less then half that I've been charged for a weight loss supplement that did not work. I was somewhat satisfied with the offer. They would not let me return the unopened products. He was polite with me. I had to be very persistent though for any type of refund. I was not giving up until I got at least 40-50% back, and I did. Thanks

Ordered a product advertised for free (+S&H), found out they enrolled me in a subscription and charged me for the "free" product + next shipment
When I originally placed my order on 2/4/20, it was my understanding that I would get try to the products for free and only the shipping and handling. I also apparently ended up ordering the Detox Blast as well as the Keto Blast, even though I did not select that product. Because it was only for the cost of shipping I thought that would be all right. That totaled $13.87.

Nowhere did I read about being automatically signed up for a subscription, or that I would be charged for the full amount of the original product I received, which is what I was told in an email from one of their representatives. On my credit card statement, I was charged (on 2/21/20) $89.96 for the Keto Blast, and $89.91 for the Detox Blast on 2/21/20. This is a huge difference in what I was led to believe I would be paying.

The representative I did communicate via email with, ignored my initial request to cancel the subscription and tried to convince me to continue at a "discounted" rate.

Of course, since I did not expect to be subscribed to anything nor expect to be charged more for the product I had already received, I was unhappily surprised when I unexpectedly received a second shipment of product. My latest credit card statement I was again charged (on 3/21/20) another $89.96 for the Keto Blast, and $89.91 for the Detox Blast.
These are all highly deceptive business practices and I am not happy at all that I was charged $359.74, when all I expected to pay was $13.87. In addition, the products did not work for me. I would appreciate being refunded the $359.74, as well as being assured that I will not be charged for anything else.

Was charged 4 times of 89 dollars each time when I was told I was getting a refund. False advertisement, lied to me. Would like refund.
I was charged 89 dollars twice and contacted them just outside their 14 day window by email and phone. Was told it was canceled and no further charges would happen and that I would get a refund since their 14 day period is not fairly advertised. "Just pay for shipping" It was it says. I again have been charged 89 dollars a month later. No refund on any of it I now have 4 charges of 89 dollars each! I am in school full time and have two small children. I really need this refunded and would really appreciate any help.

I ordered from their site that says "CLAIM YOUR FREE BOTTLE". I was charged $7 for shipping on March 23 2020 and received the bottle then was charges $90 on April 8. I want my refund back I never approved of that. & Ive seen where theyve charge other people TWICE, I cant afford that. I dont even have $90 left in my bank account now for them to take again. I need my refund I am very upset and unhappy with this. PLEASE get me my money back & shut this company down! This product has false advertising re: it's product, the cost of it, and terms of contract.
I never agreed to purchase this product after the "free trial" offer. I agreed to participate in the "Trial Experience," only! Nothing else!
As of this date I have refused to approve two transactions at my bank and am filing this complaint . So dishonest in advertising, so manipulating, and I refuse to pay!
Cancel the "trial product," and I will return it to you! This is misleading, a downright lie. I refuse to be a part of this scam!

Deceitful and Falsely advertised
On 2/28/2020 I ordered free trial of Keto Blast the Advertisement stated to pay for shipping $6.96.
On 3/16/2020 I seen a deduction for $89.96 out of my account.
I called 1(877)880-0239 spoke to Elnora ***
She stated that I was suppose to cancel order within 14 days. I told her, there was nothing in writing telling me this. I then asked for a refund. She said she can only give me 10% back. I then said that's nothing. She then said the most that I can refund is 40%. I said you took almost $100 Dollars from me and all you want to refund me is $35. I ask to speak to her supervisor she told me she was a supervisor and there is no one else to speak to. I told her everyone has someone over them. I ask her is there a corporate # that I can call she said no. I ask her is she telling me that I cannot have my 100% refund. She said the most she can do for me is 40%. I informed her that I was going to report this to The Revdex.com. And will notify all that I know not to buy anything from them.
I am filling this complaint Because Keto Blast was deceitful and not only false advertising but failure to disclose everything. I was going away for 2 weeks when I placed this order. If I had known there was a 14 window to cancel,
I would not have put in for the trial.

Keto Blast (Starcutters Company) scam billed $190 on my Visa card
In late December 2019 I ordered a free trial of Keto Blast , advertised online to only pay shipping and handling of $6.95 and that was it. Since the free sample never arrived in a month, I began to suspect something scammy was going on, so I contacted them requesting to cancel this "free trial offer" and refund my $6.95 shipping. Instead of doing that, they proceeded to bill my Visa card 2 additional times for $89.95 each time. When I discovered this and called them, I was told that I was placed in an automatic monthly shipment. After much debate and arguing with these trained scammers, they kept offering me the product for 30%, 40%, 50% discount then 60% discount, as if I had called to negotiate a cheaper price. I completely refused any of this nonsense and they claimed the product was shipped to me. I received absolutely nothing from them to date! They also would not let me speak to anyone that would be a supervisor or billing person. They act very SMUG over the whole thing regardless of the situation just saying nothing can be done. So the scam is to get your credit card number while actually sending you nothing, then turn around and lie saying that you signed up for this ridiculous outrageously priced mail order program of Keto Blast supplements until you discover their scam. Then they just do nothing but try to discount it out to you. Close this operation Down please.

When looking to order keto blast somehow detox blast got put onto my order and I didn't want that. Now I'd like to stop entire order and get refund.
I went to order keto blast and when the last page came up somehow detox blast was on my order and there was nowhere to confirm the order before it was already done. I am not comfortable with this anymore and would like the order stopped and my money back. After reading other complaints I am now worried somehow you guys will be automatically take money out of my account and send me those items again when I do not want them or that the website was a scam site. Please refund my card.

I ordered from their site that says "CLAIM YOUR FREE BOTTLE". I was charged $6 for shipping and received the bottle on the 5th. I was then chaged $89 less then 13 days later. They refused to refund my money and said that I agreed to the terms and condtions and had me also enrolled in a online auto ship. This business is stealing money from people and now that I am looking at the Revdex.com they have COUNTLESS complaints of the same issue. Not sure what the point of filing a complaint when nothing is being done.

The advertising does not supply details regarding how this company handles their free trial of Keto supplements.
On 1/18/2020 I signed up online to receive a FREE trial of Keto Blast & Keto Detox. The advertising only said we had to pay shipping costs. On 2/5/2020 I received an $89 charge on my checking account. I could find no information about this company other than the phone number. I called and spoke with operator #***, she stated that I needed to call within 14 days in order to cancel without being charged. This was not in any of the information I received. She stated she could offer 25% money back, this was not an offer I was willing to accept so I asked for her supervisor. She then offered 40% back on both. I didn't even know I was being charged $89 twice! She never got her supervisor and I was tired of arguing so I said fine. But the product is still sitting here sealed and I am willing to send it back for a full refund. She didn't seem to think this was possible. I'd still like to return the product for a full refund, I don't feel approximately $72 back on over $175 is a good offer for a subscription I was unaware of being signed up for.
