Keto Blast

I ordered 1 bottle of Keto Blast, and now I guess I've gotten enrolled in some monthly plan that I don't want.
I ordered one bottle of Keto Blast and now I'm receiving it every month. I tried to tap on their unsubscribe tab, but it says that this page doesn't exist. I tried their email at the bottom, and it wouldn't go through either. I want to get off this plan I'm on. I don't want anymore of this product!!

I refused an order because the product doesn't work. I never opened it just refused it and sent it back. They refuse to refund my $59.99.

Company won't refund my money
Called customer service today. The guy was very rude .

Trick you into getting a free trial, just paying shipping, but then charge you the full amount
Two major problems: 1) when you try to order the free trail, it won't let you get to the pay section without also saying yes to the Keto Cleanse. So it makes you say yes to getting this too. Then it charges TWO amounts for shipping and handling (see below). That should not be allowed and I remember being really frustrated at the time. 2) It was NOT CLEAR at all that you would be charged the FULL amount if you didn't return it after 14 days. And nowhere did I see what the full amount would be! So a month later I got HUGE charges ($85.95 and $89.95). I was beyond shocked. I would have NEVER, and I mean NEVER have signed up for this if I knew this would be the fee. I called to cancel and get a refund and they refused. So the bottom line is that they are deceiving the customer by forcing them to get two products instead of one and not being clear about the future charges. I am highly educated and still got caught by surprise. Unbelievable that they can get away with advertising in this way.

I purchased a bottle of Keto Blast for $59.99 but was charged $189.99. I was told it was a computer error. They refuse to fix it.

Spoke to representative on the 4th was told to call when the product arrived for instructions on how to return. Received product on February 11th, called and was told it was non refundable and there was nothing they could dom

I accepted delivery of one bottle of product at $2.95. One week later they charged me $89 unauthorized.

I signed up for a free trial and paid $4.95. Exactly 14 days later I was charged 89.92. When I called to dispute this, I was told that on their website it explained I would be charged the full amount after 14 days. This information was not where I signed up and there were no links to this information. The lady said there was nothing to be done. I said the terms were not available to me and she said the terms were too long to put on the sign up page. I did ask to speak with a supervisor. He said I would get a refund. I did receive an email with that confirmation but will have to wait to see if it is refunded. They also said I would receive an email saying I had cancelled any further shipments. I have not received that email yet.

I called the company and tried to work something out with them

It was supposed to be a rest Free bottle pay for shipping and handling only when I received it after 4 days they charged me $89.92 I called September the 1st they couldn't find my account I told them not to charge me anything else and I'm November 5th they charged me again for $94.87 when I just called there was nothing they could do about it

I was charged $89.92 for a subscription that I canceled. The would not fully refund my money.
I ordered a trial bottle of Keto last on 9/29/18. Per agreement I would have 14 days to cancel this subscription. That would include 10 days of using the product and the time it took for shipping of the product. I did not receive the product until 10/6/2018, and canceled the subscription on 10/15/2018. The was only 9 days after I received the product. So I did not have 10 days to try the product. At the time I canceled the subscription I was not informed I was already charge $89.92 for the trial bottle. When I noticed the charge on my credit I called to cancel the charge, and was first offered a 35% refund. I requested to talk to a supervisor, and was told that because I didn't cancel within 14 days they couldn't refund my money, but would give me a buy get one free offer. This product did not work for me and made me jittery. So why would I want another bottle. I feel that since I did not have a full ten days to use the product I canceled within the proper time frame. I am disputing this charge with my credit card.

I have been trying to get a refund from this company with little help. This company sent me a product I did not want. I tried to return this product and they are telling me they do not do returns. I was charged $80 and then another $89.92 with in 24 hours of each other causing my bank to give me an insufficient funds charge because I obviously was not budgeting for this added expense. I have emailed, sent facebook messages and called this company and finally they gave me a refund for the $89.92. But they still will not give me the other $80 I am requesting. I got charged $26 overdraft fee and should be asking them for this as well but am not. All I want is my money back. I do not want nor have I received any product from this company. I need the rest of the money they took refunded. I feel as though this is a scam intended to basically steal money from people.
