Cancelled within 14 day trial and was still charged.

Called and cancelled my 14 day trial within the 14 days and then got charged 14 days later and they will not refund me. Was charged $89.96 and then $89.91 Was charged for a magazine called in to cancel whole thing again and they've charged over 180$!

When I ordered this product, I got an email concerning over the charge of the items that have ordered stating as a fraudulent charge. I called the Fraud center of my financial institution and decided to get my old debit card cancelled and requested for a new one. These people are scammers. The product link which is Ketoblastlabs.com did not exist after the day I ordered them. Customer "support" was not much help and I knew that this would cost me. I have NO intention of calling the "company" again due to many complaints of people not getting their refunds. This will hopefully be the last time that I fall for a thing that seemed so good to be true. This scam was sent to me via text and my insecurites got the best of me.

They keep charging my card!! I only ordered the 4.95 bottle and they've been charging my card every month 180.00! I have contacted because I wasn't even receiving product. Now they are sending product that I don't want.

Placed order 1-9-20 Received goods 1-23-20. was then rebilled on 1-27 for $170.00. for same goods. asked refund - denied.
Ordered 1-9-20 - Keto Blast and Keto Detox. was billed 6.91 and 6.96. Received goods 1-23-20. Then was rebilled $89.96 and $89.91 on 1-28-20. Called and was told I did not call within the 14 day TRIAL period to cancel. Would not refund in full. Only 22.47 and 22.49.

Complete SCAM! they enrolled me in a recurring payment against my knowledge and then proceeded to charge my card multiple times under DIFFERENT names so it was difficult to track and catch. And now refuse to reverse the charges! See below

Company charged me $89 claiming I should have cancelled something within 14 days. Cancelled what? No idea. Saw nothing regarding this when I ordered.
I ordered a "free" bottle of Keto Blast from the Keto Company on Jan 2, 2020. It was advertised as a trial for only the charge of $6.96 shipping. Today, January 21, 2020, I was charged $89 by the same company. I called them and was told that I had to cancel my trial period within 14 days or I would be charged the full amount for the pills, $89. I had no idea of this little detail. I would have not purchased the bottle if I knew this. They refused to refund me, refused to take the pills back, and refused to give me the website I ordered from. This is unacceptable. It is a trick to just get your $89. Again, there was nothing to indicate this forthcoming potential charge on anything I was given or on anything I saw on any website or order form or receipt.

when 1st buying it was stated I was paying for just S&H which was around 14.00, now I've been charged 89.91 & 89.96 for 2 bottles of pills. REDUND!???

Around first part of December is wheni purchased trial offer on my debit MasterCard then misrepresented that there would be a$89.96 charge in 14 days. Live on disability and that was grocery money that they took out of my acct. I just want my money back so I can get groceries. I'll never purchase anything like this again!

I ordered one bottle for $69, instead they send me 4 bottles and charge me $198.00. It's been three wks and I haven't got any of my money back.
I originally ordered 1 bottle for $69, I was charged for 4 at $198. When I called to find out what happened they told me I ordered that many and if I kept it they would give me a discount. I blatantly said I would never buy this many to begin with not knowing if it worked or not. They told me I had to pay a restocking fee on my one bottle I ordered as well as the other three I never ordered. The guy I spoke to second said he would only charge a restocking fee on the one bottle but it has been three weeks. This is a terrible company to work with, I returned the package I just want to be done with them.

They charged me for other products I did not agree too or authorize charges for. They stole 179 dollars from me and will not return all of it.
I purchase a sample of the keto blast and detox. Was not a trial offer. Nothing said I would be in a trial or charged a rediculous amount of money for anything. I only authorized for the samples then they charged me for a health subscription and more supplements I called and told them a few weeks ago I wanted to cancel my subscription to anything that I didnt agree to it. I read everything. Their address she gave me was p.o. box 6558 Englewood colorado 80155. They stole my money and I am trapped. Wiped out all the money I had left in the bank account. I am so upset. I dont see how this is legal. It's like going to McDonalds and buying a sandwich. Then they keep charging you for other things even though you only bought the sandwich because they have my card number from a previous order.

I was billed for a product I didn't order and was placed on an automatic reorder program which I didn't sign up for.
I placed the order at 8:30 am on August 26, 2019 & received email the afternoon of August 26th which showed the addition of a product I did not order--Detox Blast.
When I called to cancel I was bombarded with sales pitches, discount offers etc. even though I said over and over again that I didn't want anything except to cancel the order. I was told I couldn't and in fact I would receive my automatic shipments as well.

I have the receipt. The package, USPS Tracking # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX was signed for by Shanti S. I have not received any refund. I contacted the number listed on the internet. I was told that I had to call a specific number first for the refund. There was no phone number listed in any of their materials. This company cheats people.

I was charged $89.92 twice. After returning the product within the specified time period of 30 days, I was again charged and no refund.
Complained via telephone on 6/28/2019 to a Mr. James S., General Manager at Keto Engaged, 5020 Clark Road, #116, Sarasota, FL 34233. I need to receive my refund of $89.92 that I paid by debit card for a small bottle of Keto Blast.

I cancelled keto blast after being billed 180$. Not knowing how much they would charge when ordering and and how long the trial period is.
I ordered this product for my wife in May. The sight had no details of of how long the trial period or charges were. All it said was free trial. After being billed 2 charges totaling about 180$ 3 weeks later I searched online for a customer service # which was no where to be found. I had to call my credit card company to get a number to contact them. I finally cancel the subscription and a month later I get billed another 180$. 2 separate charges totaling that amount. I requested a full refund and they offered me 50% refund since it already shipped. I yelled a little more then they offered me a 70% refund. I threatened them by calling my lawyer and I was put on hold. 4 minutes later they offered me a full refund and to keep the product. I told him I want to return the product and to give me an address and he would not give it to me. I asked for a direct number and all he said was call the same number you called. I was worried they may disconnect the number. I asked for his name and mind you he had a very thick Indian accent like the first customer service agent that helped me and he said his name was Fred maxwell. I'm not racist but that sounded like complete *** to me. I was really upset with the service and product and this company should be put out of business

SOMEONE CHANGED OUR ORDER TO 11 BOTTLES AND CHARGED OUR DEBIT CARD $399.97. WE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CALL THIS COMPANY, NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE. IT WAS LIKE THEY KNEW OUR NUMBER FROM PLACING AND ORDER AND REFUSED TO ANSWER WHEN THEY SAW OUR NUMBER.
WE CALLED WELLS FARGO BANK IMMEDIATELY AND REPORTED THIS TO THEM RE-FRAUD. WE ALSO RECENTLY CALLED A NUMBER OF 855-283-3506 WHEN THE ORDER CAME IN THE MAIL ON 05-23-2019 AND DID GET SOMEONE ON A NUMBER FOR RETURNS. THEY TOLD US THEY COULD AND WOULD NOT RETURN OUR MONEY FOR THE PRODUCT. WE NEVER PLACED AND ORDER FOR 11 BOTTLES. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND A RIP OFF... THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION HAS BEEN NOTIFIED AS WELL AS WELLS FARGO BANK, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN FLORIDA'S OFFICE AS WELL AS SARASOTA POLICE DEPARTMENT HAVE REPORTS AS WELL OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY REPORTS.

This company uses a bait & switch tactic on their website to trick you into buying a $40 product when the initial offer is free plus a $4.95 shipping
When you place the "free product with $4.95 shipping fee" in the cart and fill out the shipping information everythings seems to be legitimate. Once the user starts filling in their credit card information, it switches to the charge of $39.99. Once I detected the scam and called them, they try desperately to keep the funds. After much escalation to higher departments, it took the threatening of my financial institution to come after them over the funds. They even claimed that refunds are against their policy as if they were showing me favor to give my money after they received it deceitfully.
