Company claim the ad is not theirs, yet they get the money and fulfill the orders. Even though I made contact IMMEDIATELY after receiving the email they refuse to cancel the order and submit refund. I was informed I must accept order and then return. This process is going to take more than 30 days while the entire time, they have my money.

Through Facebook there was an add about getting one bottle of Keto pills for weight loss and you only have to pay $3.95 for shipping. That is all I read about money, no hidden fees but when I went through the paying transaction my credit card was charged $199.99. I immediately emailed them telling them to stop this transaction! A reply was sent back to me right away saying that it was already being processed and the order couldn't be stopped. I called my bank and told them there was fraudulent activity on my account to cancel my credit card. I just received the pills ( five bottles) and there is no return label and no way to send back to this company. I need my money back as soon as possible, please help me.

I saw an advertisement fora free sample of Natura Lean Keto and all I had to pay for was shipping and handling. At the end of the order process, my receipt showed a charge of 199.99 dollars. I immediately called to cancel, and was told that I could not cancel my order. I explained that I did not authorize them to charge my card for anything except the 4.95 shipping and handling for the free sample. They still would not cancel my order. I feel that a fraud was perpetrated on me. I would appreciate any help you can give me in this matter.

At the company website, their offer of a free trial Bottle of their product Keto, was for shipping costs of $3.95, upon completing the process I was Charged $129,.95 usd, which amounted to $178.30 cdn.

Called their service center immediately, and was told they could not refund and cancel the order. They said they had to ship and I would have to return the product at my expense.

This was only minutes after I had placed the order. Not good customer service in my opinion.

This company has an ad on Facebook, which made them seem legit. The prices displayed are reasonable, but the second they had my banking info they charged me 6 TIMES the price displayed. The product was offered as a free trial to begin with, but that changed to $30 on the ad. I decided to go ahead with the purchase, and entered my banking info. I waited for the price to be shown, to be asked if I agree to the purchase, but that process was skipped entirely as I was suddenly thanked for my order and told they were taking $180 from my acct. I immediately contacted them and told them to cancel that order. I heard back within minutes and was told it was too late. That, at 7pm on a Saturday, 7 minutes after they scammed me, they had already processed my order. No refunds. I have to wait until the bottle is delivered before returning it at my stress and expense. These people won’t tell me the name of their business, address etc, and there’s dozens of warnings about them doing this to other people on Facebook and other forums. I wish I’d seen them before giving them my banking info. I’ve had to cancel my bank card as they went in a second time to take an additional $2+. This is, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had with online purchases. I don’t care about the $2 at this point, I just want my payment back.

I saw an ad online from this company. They advertised a free bottle of their product for shipping and handling only. They stated this was not joining a contract, there were no other strings attached. I proceeded to submit my order supposedly for less than $5.00. After I hit the submit button an order summary popped up and said I was being charged $199.00 for 5 bottles of the product. I called their customer support number less than an hour after submitting the order. I was told they could not cancel this order because the shipping label had already been printed. I explained I was only ordering the free bottle as advertised, but I was informed they still could not cancel the order.

on November the 10th I accidently purchased supplements from this place , I immediately called to cancel my order and they said they couldn't, but to return the items upon receiving them. I did and they received my items in their processing area in Denver on 12/07/18 by *** . I have not seen the refund back . I have called three times and I have emailed them numerous times. I have all the documentation needed TO GET A FULL REFUND OF 245.00 !!!!! Please help me with this. The last time I talked to them they said because of the holidays it was backed up, but my purchase was done the first of November .

This company advertises a "free trial bottle for only $3.95 shipping, however once credit card information is entered the charge is $199.99. I called the customer service line right after placing my order and they stated there is nothing they can do and I must wait for my shipment to arrive and then I can send it back, paying the shipping myself of course, and get a refund in 2-3 weeks after they receive the product back. I called them within minutes of the order being placed, yet they stated it was already too late to cancel the order. They stated that it had already been fulfilled and was shipping out. I even spoke to a supervisor who also stated they could not do anything until I send the order back (even though it has not even shipped yet and will not arrive for weeks) This company is a total scam, advertising a product for $3.95 and then charging $199.99, then trying to blame it on 3rd party advertisers and stating there is nothing they can do despite the fact that the order went to them and they got the money.

I order pills from this company for dieting,when I checked my bank account 2 days later they had taken money from my account 5 times in 2 days. I called them and the supervisor had no explanation or tracking that there was funds taken from my account 5 times. I told her I was cancelling my order and to return all my money, I was told I would have to wait until I returned the pills. In 2 days they had taken $534.50 for a product worth $70.00 dollars.

This company is a scam!!! they stole $199.99 from me. They advertise a "free bottle" of Keto pills, if you pay only $3.95 shipping, then charged my card $199.99, I called the company immediately and was told I had to wait for my product to arrive, then send it back (at my own expense) and then once they receive the product back they will refund my money in 2-3 weeks. My bet is I will never receive any product. I am putting return to sender on any package I do get, I am not paying for it. I have started a dispute with my bank as well.

The presentation of the product from Keto Ultra Diet is misleading. It presented itself as if I was getting a free Trial bottle of the Keto diet supplement, and paying $3.95 for shipping. Then at the end it said I’m being charged $199.99.
I did not agree to pay $199.99 for anything. I agreed to pay $3.95.
This is very wrong. They are advertising one thing and then taking it upon themselves to charge the unsuspecting consumer $199.99. It is going to cost me all sorts of overdraft fees. I don’t have that money in my account. As soon as I saw the email confirmation, with the outrageous amount of $199.99 I called them and email them requesting to have the order canceled. They said It was not possible.I will have to wait to receive the product then send it back for a refund. This is a deceptive and dishonest practice, the Keto Ultra Diet is doing. The advertising popped up at least 5 times before I click on it. The pop up advertisement appears in the middle of the game word collect. Im sure they are making thousand of dollars using this deceptive practice.

I was on the keto untra site and saw pricing different than the Invoice I received and for what my card was charged. I sent an email to their support team immediately and was told that the pricing I stated was incorrect and that the price was more than advertised. I asked them to refund the order and they stated they could not do that and that I would receive the product along with a $50 rebate for the difference. I again requested a refund since my order was placed within 30 minutes of our conversation and they said they could not cancel the order because of timing of their system.

This business has very poor customer service and post misleading prices on their website. The total for the order was not revealed until after the purchase and then when questioned they said the price was incorrect and I would receive a rebate. I asked them to cancel the order within minutes of placing it and they said they could not do so and that I could ask for a refund after I received the order. Very displeased and would never purchase their products!

I saw an ad on FB for Keto Ultra Diet to try 1 bottle at no charge except shipping of $3.95.
Within 30 min I checked my bank account as I did not receive a purchase confirmation. I was immediately charged $199.99. To my surprise I called dietglow.com to cancel this order. I did not authorize a charge of $199.99 to my card. I was informed that they can’t cancel orders. I can wait 7 days for the order to arrive and then if I follow their instructions and send the product back I may receive my refund. This will take weeks. I contacted my bank to see if this charge could be stopped but it could not. This is misrepresenting the cost of the product and is a poor business practice. They should be able to cancel an order 30 min after it was placed and provide a refund. This appears to be a scam and or fraud. So now I must wait for weeks for a refund if I receive the product and return it properly. Wow. I hope others don’t purchase from this business due to this practice as there is a large difference between $3.95 and $199.99

I certified mailed with return receipt back the unopened product for a 10-14 day guarantee return and which they received on Nov. 24, 2018. After numerous repeated calls to get my $199.99 full money back Guarantee I still have not received my refund. The business also scammed my debit card for additional charges that I had to cancel at the bank all charges we canceled except the $199.99 went through.

False advertising. Claim to only charge $3.95 for a trial bottle of their product, then charged $199.99 for 5 bottles. I immediately contacted the company to try and cancel my order. They said they would flag the order and emailed me a RMA number, just in case. No my order has shipped and they want me to pay to ship the product back to them once I receive it. They state the return/refund process will take 2 weeks once they receive the product back.

I had thought about ordering this product for several months after seeing it on the Shark Tank. Today, I decided to take the plunge and order the product. The bottles were to be 29.95 and order 3 bottles. That would come to $99. My order was processed, and my credit card was charged 191 with extra products. I called the company to cancel the order, due to extra charges. The customer service representative got the charges to be $131.94 total. This was still more than what was advertised.

She said it was too late to cancel the order, we would have to have it shipped, then return it to get a refund. I had called as soon as I did not agree with the charges. She refused to cancel the order. I feel this is bad business, I do not understand why the order could not be stopped.

The order was not cancelled per my request. It is New Year's Day, the customer service representative said there was nothing that she could do, as it has been shipped. I explain over and over how can that be, as I called as soon as I saw the confirmation on my phone.

We regret to hear that our advertisement was not completely clear to her and that she felt misled. We sincerely value her feedback and will continue to work with our marketing to improve our messaging to create a more positive shopping experience.

Unfortunately, the package was ready to be shipped when Ms. contacted our Customer Care representative and they were unable to cancel the order. That said, we confirm that a full refund was processed on Ms. payment method on January 17, 2019 (Refund Transaction ID: ***). It may take up to 5 business days for her refund to be posted back to her account.

Again we would like to express our sincere apologies to Ms. for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that we have been able to resolve this matter to her satisfaction. We always strive to go the extra mile and ensure our customers have a positive experience. To apologize for the experience she had with us, we would like Ms. to keep her 3 bottle order of Keto on us.
