Extremely friendly customer service that goes over-the-top to ensure that all my needs were met. I wanted to return two water fountains. The customer service representative told me they would credit my account, but did not want the fountains back. Instead the rep told me to donate it to an animal shelter, which I promptly did to ensure that it's going to a place in need.

Chewy.com has perhaps the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are quick to remedy any issue with a product they sell, they fall heavily in favor of the customer, not their company, and they are extremely warm and friendly on the phone as well as email. Additionally, their delivery times are impressive and their prices are competitive.

I cannot say enough about this company!! The prices, the customer service, the quality, the quick shipping!!!! Every aspect of this company is fan-freaking-tastic! They go above and beyond the call of a business - and a online one at that! 24 hour live chat for any assistance you need, great service when you call their number. I had a little hiccup with shipping (FedEx's fault, not Chewy's) and they contacted FedEx and even attached a special shipping note to my order - they are a breeze to deal with, whether live chatting for help or even a phone call. This company is a spectacular animal product company to deal with. Their prices are competitive and have always given me the best deals. Best of all their company delivers to the door.

I ordered a pet carrier from them. It was way bigger than what I thought it was going to be. I emailed their customer service asking if I could send it back for a refund. I quickly got a response back. She told me that my card would be immediately refunded for the full amount and to keep the carrier and just donate it to a local shelter in my area... Which I happily did. Definitely not the response I was expecting but a very nice surprise. Very rare these days to deal with such a great company that has the customer in mind. Also tells me that the people there truly care about animals and just aren't in it for the money. I rarely write reviews but just wanted to share this with everyone. And to the company..keep treating people like this and you will have many repeat customers for years to come.

After having problems with Amazon and receiving my orders I decided to give Chewy a try and my experience has been nothing short of perfect. I receive goods on time and well packed. My questions are answered on chat and in person. Everyone is very helpful and they have gained a customer in me and I recommend them to family and friends.

Customer service is amazing. I have used "Chat" twice now because I needed to add to or change an order. It is handled immediately, no hassle. Prices are very competitive and products are exactly what you can buy in the stores. Autoship makes it simple to keep stocked on supplies; if you need to change or add to your autoship order, it's very simple and quick. W have been doing business with Chewy for over 2 years now and all I can say is they are the best. Best customer service I have ever experienced, best prices on their products and best shipping time of any online company I have ever done business with. This business is super easy to work with. I have multiple products on autoship and they make it easy to adjust orders as needed. I opened one product on Christmas Eve that was damaged. I took a picture and sent them an email just to let them know. Within minutes I had an email response and a notice that a brand new product was being shipped. This service exceeded my expectations and I will continue to purchase products from this company.

Fast shipping and very helpful! This company is one of the best. I had ordered a $60 bag of prescription food for my cat. I got it and opened it. My vet then changed the prescription. I contacted them to return it and they refunded me and told me to donate to a local rescue. I am so happy to see a wonderful company like this still exists. I will be giving them all the business I can.

The very first order I placed with chewy.com was delivered 2 days after I placed the order. High marks there! However, in that order was a case (24 cans) of catfood that would be for my cat with IBS. Limited Ingredients is an essential "must" for any food for him. I chose the flavor that matched the dry food he'd been eatin, but he wouldn't touch the canned food. Neither would any of the other 6 cats. I wanted to return the unopened 23 cans. The customer service person I spoke with said, "No problem. We'll credit you the price of the 23 cans and please donate them to to a local animal shelter/rescue group." That was
such a GOOD thing to do. They fulfilled their part, I did my part and they now have a loyal customer.

This company is fantastic. The ordering experience is easy, the shipping is fast, and when something goes wrong, they immediately make it right. They have a wide variety to choose from at fair prices. When something was missing from my order - they had it shipped again and at my door two days later. I can say only great things about Chewy.com.

Chewy's customer service is the best I've ever experienced. The support staff is knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. Chewy allows returns for a full year after purchase, and they stick by that guarantee. Absolutely no complaints, highly recommend!

amazing customer service. accidentally did not change my shipping address after moving to a new apartment and they replaced my shipment that went to my old apartment for free. shipping is incredibly quick and auto shipment makes getting my dog food so easy, especially when I didn't have a car but still wanted to buy in bulk. customer service number has no automated system- you talk to a real person right away. absolutely the poster child for good customer service.

We started ordering from Chewy when we discovered our dog needed a special diet due to allergies. Chewy has had phenomenal customer service every time we contact them. Our orders usually arrive next day and at longest 2 days out. I have contacted Chewy with issues with delivery (not their fault once I forgot to update our address and once the issue was with UPS) and both times Chewy resent my order without charging me. Every person I have spoken to on the phone at Chewy demonstrates kindness on top of excellent customer service. I have never done business with a better company.

I had ordered a 25.3 pound bag of Natures Variety Limited Edition dog food from Chewy.com. Due to my error, they shipped a variety that my dog cannot eat. When I called the company, they immediately issued me a credit for the order, and placed a new order for the correct item. When I asked about returning the food I could not use, they recommended that I donate it an animal shelter or rescue! This is the first and only commercial company I found that has a heart for the animals they supply. Will I use them again? You bet, they are the only pet food/supply company that I will ever use. I highly recommend them, and would gladly nominate them up for an animal welfare award. These people really do care!

OUTSTANDING!!! A friends had recommended this website to me and I am SO glad I did business with them. Everything I had ordered was of high quality, great price and they had absolutely wonderful customer service! My order refused to go through the two times I tried, so I started a live chat (they have 24/7 customer service) and the gentleman who helped me, [redacted], placed the order for me. He was extremely polite, he was funny, had a great personality and you could tell that this team truly cares and has smiles on their faces as they help you.
