I Purchased a custom laser cut military patch on 26 Jan 2019. I paid for express shipping so expected it in less than a week. Well fast forward to feb 13th I started wondering where my patch was. I sent an email out and got a “we will look into it” response. Well I got no response so I attempted further contact and still got nothing. I emailed him from another channel about a custom order and he quickly responded to that. Then I attempted calling his phone number on his business card, he dodged all calls and didn’t even attempt to resolve the issue. Long story short I ended up looking through his business *** and there are countless amounts of people who have gone months and almost a year without a response to the order they placed. For a guy who advertises that his company is 100% American made and focuses on “supporting those who serve our country” he clearly doesn’t stand behind what he says. I had 12 people I work with buy patches from him and now they all have to contact their bank to dispute the charge. DO NOT BUY from keystone tactical.

I purchased several patches from this company y April, 25, 2018. I have contact the company multiples via email, ***, and ***. The company has given me several different answers to the location of the product I ordered. The company no neglects to respond to any emails I send, and does not reply to ***. I received an email on 12/12/2018 saying “It was marked as completed on september 5th let me see if its still in the shop somewhere. There isnt a tracking number on the order. Ill also take a look in our shipping logs to see if I can come up with it! Really sorry about this! To which “Dillion” replied “Hmm, ok I wonder if the order was marked completed but then the id tab wasnt in the order so they pulled it to make a new one. I dont have that information unfortunately. I will give them a call in the morning as im out of the office on business right now.Regards,Dillan l***“ I’ve emailed hi back 12/14/2018,12/26/2018,and 02/08/2019. I have yet to receive a response when asked for an update. This company is nothing short of a fraud, and thieves. I don’t understand how an “American” based company could take money from little mulligatawny, and law enforcement individuals and not provide the service requested.

Ordered item 9 months ago and have been told by the company that my item will be sent out ASAP. I am no longer able to get in any form of contact with this company.

I made an order with Keystone Tactical Supply on October 22, 2018 for about 50.00 USD which was not fulfilled. I contacted the company several times and was promised it would be shipped with tracking number the first week of November 2018 which it wasnt and they have since not responded to any customer support emails I have sent.

I placed two orders January 2018. It is now December 12th and I still have not received what I paid for. I have attempted to contact them several times the past 4 months but I have not received any kind of response.

this complaint has NOT been resolved and this company has made zero effort to communicate.

Made a purchase for $21.50 in May 2018. After countless calls and emails I never heard back from this company.

I ordered 46 patches August 29th, 2018 and was charged $828.00 at that time. It is now November 27th, 2018 and I have not received my product or any contact regarding my order. I emailed them (the only way to contact them) September 12, November 9th and November 20th with no response to my inquiry of the status of my order. Apparently after researching I found that they are not a good company to do business with. At this point I would #1. like to receive the products I ordered and was charged for or #2. Receive a refund on my order. This order is for a Military Police Unit located here at Fort Knox, Kentucky and they desperately need their patches.

Contact was made with the buyer on the 11th. We then sent a follow up email explaining the wait and that their order was being worked on. We do not give an ETA for a reason and the buyer is well aware of this before they place the purchase.

I am rejecting this response because:

On Aug. 29th, 2019 I placed a $828.00 order, paid by credit card at that time, for 46 each Military Call sign patches. As of today Mar 14th, 2019, I have not received by order or a refund which was requested twice. I have contacted this company on six different occasions and only received a response when I previously reported this matter to the Revdex.com in November 2018. At that time the reply was it was going to take some time. It's now been SEVEN MONTHS and I want a refund of the money I paid for these patches.

The order I placed was for a Military Police unit here at Fort Knox, Kentucky that was to be deployed and needed these patches. They no longer need these patches and I want a refund of the $828.00 I paid upfront for the order.

They stole fifty bucks from me and because I’m currently toward deployed I can’t drive up there and take care of business face to face. Again, I completely understand it’s a made to order product, but when I asked the status and get lied to, not a happy camper. I was kind of annoying and persistent with emails asking if possible to give me any information leading to my order, but that’s my money, even if it is fifty bucks. Thought it was a legit company, and love supporting American businesses, but I was wrong and do not recommend this company or there product at the least.

I placed an order for a patch on 22 September 2018.
Inquired about the status of the order on 1 October 2018 via email.
Vendor could not provide any information about the order, and personally attacked and insulted me through subsequent emails.
I have not received the product ordered nor a refund.

I placed an order in August 29th and payed extra for faster shipping. It has been almost 2 months and the product has not arrived. I have sent the company a total of 6 emails and yet no response.

Order # *** placed back in July of 2018. Was emailed invoice, money withdrawn for my bank account, never received product, I have sent them numerous emails, multiple phone calls I’ve also tried reaching out to them on their social media pages with no prevail

I have an outstanding order that was placed in March 2018 and as of September 7,2018, I still have not seen my order or had a response to 2 emails inquiring about it.

On 1-26-2018 I placed an order with this company. They cha4gex my card right away and my ordet has not shipped. On 7-17-2018 I contacted them to inform them of a change to my email and to also ask about a status on my order. I was told that they would have my order out by the end of the week. They did not send out the order. On 8-21-2018 after being asked many times about my order they said it wad marked complete but no tracking number was listed. I asked again on 8-24-2018 if they had the shipping tracking number and I have not heard back from them. I have emailed, contacted them through their website and througjt instagram dms many of times over the last 3 months with no answers. It seems to be hit or miss if I can get a response from them.

After placing an order back in the middle of May, now it being the end of August, i’ve made multiple attempts to contact Keystone Tactical, each being ignored and even left on read when their automated system “guarantees” a quick response. It’s been months without any word on my order, you shouldn’t expect to hear from Keystone Tactical if you do somehow make an order with them. This company will ignore you and all forget about you. The only thing they’re quick and sure about is taking your money.

I ordered some patches from them worth $60 and I asked for a custom patch which they told me to pay 25$ (Design fee) to make it and send me a pic to have me see the design before making a patch. I ordered them last April and I haven’t gotten any updates whatsoever. I contacted them on *** messenger but they stopped replying. I then turned to emailing them directly and said they were “banned” on ***. I’ve gotten an email back from them and they asked for the order number (which I have all documented) and the conversation about the 25$ design fee (which I also saved and documented), and said they will look into it and that they are “fully backed up”. Well, at least an update would suffice but it’s turning into a catch up game and it’s already August and I haven’t gotten any responses or updates at all. They’re wasting my time and my money. I recently emailed them simply asking for the refund because it’s really disappointing and time wasting. So far haven’t gotten any reply.

Took over a year to get two patches. Very unprofessional in e-mail correspondence.

I contacted the company via direct message on *** to see if they could make custom patches for myself and a friend. Their response was quick and they advised me they could make it happen. I paid them the $33 they asked and waited for my shipment. A month went by with no update on my order. About 15 days after that, I attempted to contact the company once more via direct message on *** with no luck. I then emailed keystone tactical supply and again, no response. Shortly thereafter I because reading the comments on their *** page and it was evident that everyone who had ordered custom patches from them was experiencing the exact same issue I was. They are taking people’s money and not only not making and shipping the product, but not contacting the customer at all.

Placed an order in November 2017 and have yet to receive it. They first claimed the machine broke and then they claimed it had already been shipped. I then asked for a tracking number to show it was indeed shipped and according to USPS site (May 2018) it stated the package had not made it to USPS yet but a number had been created. I have since tried reaching out to them via Instagram, Facebook, email and phone to no avail. Best of luck with these guys! I'm out over $100.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Placed and paid for a custom order in October of 2017. Despite numerous attempts to resolve, I still have not received my order. All I have been given are excuses, delays and lies as to when the order would ship. I had planned on becoming a frequent repeat customer, but not now. Take your business elsewhere!
