They have been non responsive to my attempts to communicate an outcome of my order. After looking of their *** page, I am not alone, hope the others received their orders. As of June 20th I have not received anything!!!

On March 17, I placed an order with Keystone Tactical. After approximately 60 days, I requested an update on my order through their website and the companies social media site, with no response. I again requested an update a few weeks later, and again no response. I cannot find alternate means to reach out to the company, and I would like to resolve this issue. This is my last resort.

Been a month of trying to contact them about an order and they’ve left me on read every time. Very disappointed.

Order was made in November 2017 of over $100 worth of patches. I have yet to receive the patches (June 2017). Unacceptable business practices. The communication is spotty at best and you never get any follow up regarding your issue.

I found Keystone Tactical Supply through their *** social media in November of 2017. The company was offering discounts for products and I placed an order on November 12, 2017 (order # ***). I paid $45.00 after the discount offered.

I waited until February 22, 2018 to contact the company after not receiving my products. They responded promptly and stated they would have it out the following week.

I again contacted the company on April 10, 2018 about failure to fulfill my order. Again he responded promptly and stated they should have gone out weeks prior and offered to provide a tracking number for the shipment (but did not provide this tracking number).

I specifically asked for the tracking number but was instead told he would remake the order on May 8, 2018. This was his last response even though I have attempted contact multiple times since. As of today, June 6, 2018, I have not received my products, a tracking number, or further response.

I would like for this company to either complete my order or refund my money. I am a law enforcement officer and these patches were to be used in a marking and identification manner for high risk incidents. The failure to produce this product has made the high risk nature of my profession even more dangerous.

I ordered 2 patches from them on March 21, 2018. I contacted them 3 weeks later after not seeing any update and they said they would be shipped in the next week. It is now June 1,2018 and they still have not shipped my patches and are refusing to respond to any contact method where I have requested a refund multiple times. Stay away from this company!

Placed a sizable order during a peak ordering time, owner of the company has been responsive to my needs and good to work with. Yes there’s a lead time, by nature of the product, we’re all so used to instant gratification these days. The quality of the products speak for themselves and are fully worth the price esp when supporting an all American business with hand made products. I will order again in the future and overall am quite pleased.

I have always received my orders within the timeline stated on their site and been more than happy with the quality. Excellent patches at fair prices. I’m very happy with my experiences with this company.

This is an amazing company. With incredible customer service. Easy to reach and easy to talk to. American made extremely high quality product made by an American patriot. He is a former full time Red Liner who serves others that protect. His quality product does take time to make. But it 100% worth the wait and I will continue to buy from KTS.

I have ordered from this company several times. Some of which have been a "I dropped the ball, I need these a training this coming week" and have always been taken care of. Evey time the patches come through looking professional and all of them have survived both Live Fire environments and training environments. Not only will I recommend them, I have in the past and even this week I've handed out their business cards.

Just two days after I ordered my patches were in the mail and on their way to me. Got them withing 48 hours and they were just as described, high quality. Awesome that this company supports our troopers with a military discount, will order from them again soon.

Great company

Great quality patches. Is very liquid with custom designs and wants . Decent pricing. Takes awhile for the patches to ship but that’s expected from any cottage industry nowadays.

I placed the order almost 6 months ago and still have not received my product after repeatedly contact with the owner of the business he would not hardly respond to me and took my money

Keystone Tactical Supply has multiple excuses for delivery delays, “We are hiring staff to catch up on orders.” “ ETA is unknown due the holidays.” “ Military orders are priority.”
My order was made 4 months ago and I have been getting the run around on my order, it got to the point where they aren’t responding no more. I found their FaceBook page and have seen multiple complaints on customers not receiving their orders. Prior to making my order I checked on the estimated ETA and it stated 2 weeks, that is not the case. The reason I ordered from this company was to support a Vet owned company in the US and thought that the military integrity would have crossed over into the business, I was wrong. It would have been faster to order from China.

Ordered Products on September 7, 2017, and have not received them (December 11, 2017). They do not have a telephone number and have not responded to email inquiry but ran card on date of sale.
